OMESTI公司（OMESTI，9008，主要板科技）的股價最近受到子公司微想科技（MICROLN，0126，創業板科技股）業績大好，股價數度漲停的情況下大漲。

雖然該公司的漲幅沒有微想科技那么凌厲，而且間中也有顯著股東減持，公司主要大股東在近期股價還未大漲前，增持OMESTI公司母股和憑單或顯示股價還有再衝的潛能。

OMESTI公司是一家主要是從事資訊科技服務的公司。該公司也持有三家上市公司的股權。

他們包括子公司微想科技和DGSB （0131，創業板科技股）以及持有17%的和合建築（HOHUP，5169，主板建築股）。

值得一提的是OMESTI公司所持有的上述三家公司股權總值比本身的市值還高。

大馬股票交易所的資料顯示，OMESTI公司大股東馬守國和家人，在今年4月和5月從公司另一顯著股東梅格納茲慕丁，買過1000萬OMESTI公司母股以及900多萬OMESTI公司憑單OMESTI公司-WA。

該公司旗下股價上漲是在上述交易完成后才發生。

OMESTI公司股價上漲后，另外一些顯著股東如英沙士和蒙特羅也減持股票。不過，看來OMESTI公司股價經過一輪過山車的波幅后，在上周結束時站穩腳步，這也可能某些大股東之間的買賣導致價錢的波動。

值得關注的是馬守國和家人是以4仙和5仙買進行使價為96仙的OMESTI公司-WA。

OMESTI公司的兩項憑單OMESTI公司-WA和OMESTI公司-WB在這次母股大起之前，是冬眠了一段日子沒什么交易的。

還有一樣值得投資者注意的是該公司董事經理拿督顏業流曾經在2013和2014年，以高價大量買進OMESTI公司-WA。

OMESTI公司-WA明年4月就到期。該憑單從溢價的角度來看有點高。

不過由于該憑單的行使價是比目前母股價仍然高出不少的96仙，這使得投資者寄望，或許母股價能夠衝上至少OMESTI公司-WA的行使價。

不過投資者應該直接買進母股，以避免付出過高的溢價買進OMESTI公司-WA。畢竟該憑單的期限不足一年。

（吉隆坡10日讯）Omesti（OMESTI，9008，主板科技股）宣布，以100配1比例，送出微想科技（MICROLN，0126，创业板）股票，以股代息回馈股东。

根据文告，Omesti最多将送出微想科技597万8436股，相等于3.93%缴足股本的股票，给公司的股东。

Omesti是微想科技的最大股东，持股79.02%。

Omesti表示，当初投资在微想科技的成本约达6223万令吉，这批股票是在2012年5月至今年6月9日期间购入。

后者是一家拥有多媒体超级走廊（MSC）地位的公司，专门为传统和回教金融机构，提供“终端到终端”（end-to-end）的银行解决方案。

Omesti表示，此举是为了回馈股东长久以来的支持，同时，也为股东提供一个零成本，且可直接投资在微想科技的机会。

不仅如此，这也能帮助提升微想科技的公众持股率。目前，该公司的公众持股率为20.84%。

“由于在微想科技的持股率会降低，故也意味着后者日后的贡献会减少，净利贡献料跌3.93%。”

（吉隆坡13日讯）Omesti Bhd大股东拿督马守国在上周五（7月10日）以每股62仙，收购Omesti的120万股。

Omesti今日向大马交易所报备，马守国在Omesti的直接持股权增至22.094%或相等于8570万股。

马守国是Omesti的副主席，同时他也间接持有Omesti的2.93%股权或相等于1136万股。

今年迄今，Omesti的股价由54.5仙攀升19.3%至65仙，市值高达2亿5023万令吉。

Omesti近期也完成了重组计划，将旗下5家子公司注入其上市子公司--微想科技（Microlink Solution Bhd (Financial Dashboard) ），Omesti持有微想科技的79%股权。

（吉隆坡19日讯）Omesti Bhd派送子公司微想科技（Microlink Solutions Bhd ( Financial Dashboard)）高达598万股予股东的建议，获得股东批准。

Omesti（基本面：0.95；估值：0.9）总财务长 Richard Voon指出，这项派股是当作股息回馈股东。

他今日出席股东特别大会后向记者说，此举将冲淡Omesti目前在微想科技（基本面：2.1；估值：0.6）的79%持股权，至75%。

当被问及是否计划将微想科技从创业板转向主板，他说，该集团确实有意这么做，但拒绝透露转板的一个特定时间。

“我们确实有意（转板），考虑到微想科技已符合必要的获利能力。”

休市时，Omesti跌1仙或2%，报53.5仙，成交量仅8万1800股。市值为2亿758万令吉。

手持2.31億合約‧OMESTI展望仍謹慎

（吉隆坡23日訊）經濟放緩，OMESTI公司（OMESTI，9008，主板科技組）雖手握2億3千100萬令吉合約，仍謹慎看待2016財政年。

該公司主席丹斯里納慕丁在股東大會後表示，公司目前手握2億3千100萬令吉，合約期限從3個月至3年。

“目前，公司競標中的合約主要是來自金融領域，合約總值大於現有的合約，預期今年內可取得2項合約。”

電子基建貢獻10%營收

他表示，電子基建（Digital and Infrastructure）服務業務貢獻公司2015財政年10%的營業額，前期為6%。

“電子基建服務是公司的經常性營收，預期2016財政年仍可取得成長。”

他補充，公司其餘的營業額來自企業績效服務（Business Performance Services）及電腦軟體與硬體分銷，分別貢獻公司50%及40%的營業額。

此外，他也表示，中小企業發展蓬勃，公司也會在該領域尋找更多的機會。

有關馬幣走弱的問題，納慕丁表示，公司雖然在新加坡、泰國、文萊及印尼設有分公司，但主要的業務都在大馬，因此馬幣走弱並沒有讓公司受惠。

詢及首季業績疲弱，首席財務員翁壽文表示，傳統上公司首季是公司最疲弱的表現，但公司樂觀並謹慎看待2016財政年的業績表現。

截至2015年6月30日，該公司首季業績營業額挫21.08%至7千421萬4千令吉，虧損703萬3千令吉，前期淨利為108萬6千令吉。（星洲日報／財經）


OMESTI謹慎看待未來

馬幣滑落及消費稅實施對OMESTI公司（OMESTI，9008，主板經濟組）造成衝擊不大，但該公司還是謹慎看待未來計劃。

該公司的首席財務員翁壽文早前在股東大會後表示，消費稅的實施和匯率的下滑，一會造成一定的物價上漲。但主要受影響的直接面對消費者的產品，如寬頻或電信設備等。“但是我們目前還是針對企業商對商服務，直接衝擊有限。”

針對大環境疲弱應對問題，該公司大股東拿督馬守國認在目前的經濟環境不算最差，相較其80年代和90年代的經濟衰退來說，我國目前的基本面仍算良好。加上該公司已經做好準備，有充足的現金流來面對大環境不佳的挑戰。

至於現金流的數額，該公司管理層拒接進一步透露，只說將在來臨9月的股東大會說明。

該公司主席丹斯里猛格納加慕丁則說：“個人經歷過許多大馬亞經濟風波，包括1986年經濟衰退和1997年金融風暴。”

釋出約4%股票作股息

他說即使在最困難的時候仍讓有企業在成長，公司若能未雨綢繆，就不會有太大問題。

另外，翁壽文透露，該公司為了保持子公司微想科技（MICROLIN，9008，創業板科技）的上市公司地位，釋出了約598萬或約4%的股票作為股息，以符合散戶持股的比例。

微想科技是一家專注提供伊斯蘭銀行銀行核心系統服務的公司。在2014年11月獲得母公司OMEST公司注入總值5千萬的5間子公司，讓該公司轉型為一家資訊科技中樞公司，為企業進行商對商服務。

OMESTI公司向馬證交所報備，間接子公司Formis Network Services私人有限公司，獲得總值3101萬4540令吉（含稅）電子法院的第2階段工程，為大馬半島法院基礎設施，提升科技素質。

根據報備文件，上述合約仍有待我國政府和Formis Network Services雙方簽署正式協議。

The Board of Directors (“Board”) of Omesti Berhad (“Omesti” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that Omesti Holdings Berhad (formerly known as Formis Holdings Berhad) (“OHB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had during the period from 29 May 2015 to 11 January 2016 disposed of a total of 23,000,000 ordinary shares of RM0.10 each (“Microlink Shares”) in Microlink Solutions Berhad (“Microlink”), representing 15.12% of the total issued and paid-up share capital of Microlink via direct business transactions for a total cash consideration of RM29,140,000.00 only or at an average of RM1.27 per Microlink Share to  third party investors (“Investors”) (“Disposals”). Following the Disposals, OHB now hold a total of 95,458,193 Microlink Shares, representing 62.74% equity interest in Microlink. Further details of the Disposals are attached below.
