SWS资本第三季亏333万

（吉隆坡22日讯）SWS资本（SWSCAP，7186，主板消费产品股）截至5月31日第三季净亏333万6000令吉；营业额跌1.8%，报3144万7000令吉。
累计首3季，SWS资本净亏205万4000令吉；营业额下滑2.4%，报9392万8000令吉。
文告说，餐桌家具销量从去年同期的580万令吉，大减28.1%，第三季仅录得420万令吉，导致营业额滑落。
公司解释，美元走强削弱欧洲客户的消费能力，影响餐桌家具的需求；但SWS资本也因美元升值而受惠。
SWS资本第三季的税前亏损306万令吉，主因是公司注销库存、为过时的产品作出拨备、外汇亏损等。【南洋网财经】

新大股東申請禁令‧SWS資本取消配股計劃

（吉隆坡16日訊）上月30日公佈配股活動的SWS資本（SWSCAP，7186，主板消費品組），在大股東申請禁令下，今日宣佈取消這項計劃。
該公司發文告說，決定終止配股計劃，並已通知高庭這項決定，也承諾不會展開配股計劃。
該公司上月30日建議增發10%股權予第三方新股東。以每股73.5仙售價推算，配股可集資最多1千零84萬8千令吉，當中的600萬令吉計劃用於購置新廠，434萬8千令吉充作營運資本。
在宣佈配股建議的隔天，該公司隨即宣佈配股定價為76.5仙，發股量為1千318萬2千股，意味著配股計劃可籌措1千零8萬4千230令吉。
同一天，以丹斯里陳坤海為首的一批股東，透過場外交易買下SWS資本的股票，直接和間接持股各報875萬8千620股（6.64%）和2千103萬8千186股（15.96%），躋身控股股東行列。
隨後，這批新股東在入股的3天後，即本月4日發出單方禁令，禁止該公司進行配股計劃。
除了陳坤海，SWS資本大股東包括持股29%的梁天福（譯音）。
大馬股票交易所數據顯示，他的直接和間接持股各達1千176萬8千零45股（9.21%）和2千529萬零518股（19.79%）。（星洲日報／財經）

(TKBRT) FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF RM4,200,000.00 TO BE SATISFIED IN CASH (PROPOSED ACQUISITION) | The Board of Directors of SWS Capital Berhad (“SWSCAP” / “the Company”) is pleased to announce that SWSCAP had on 27 April 2016 entered into a Share Sale Agreement (“SSA”) with Lotus Smile Sdn. Bhd. (748269-U) (“LSSB”), the existing holding company of The Kulim-Baling Road Transport Company Sdn. Bhd. (1115-P) (“TKBRT”), to acquire 3,000,000 ordinary shares with nominal value of RM1.00 each of TKBRT for a total consideration of RM4,200,000.00 and to be satisfied in cash. With this acquisition, SWSCAP is owned 60.15% of shareholding in TKBRT and TKBRT would become a subsidiary of SWSCAP.
