（吉隆坡10日讯）Mara Incorporated私人有限公司透过公开市场收购股权，对XOX说电讯（XOX，0165，创业板）的持股权已经提高至6.29%，或相等于1900万股。

根据大马交易所的数据，自1月25日至2月3日，Mara Incorporated透过公开市场收购XOX说电讯的161万股，股价交易水平介于25仙和26仙。

（吉隆坡31日訊）XOX說電訊（XOX，0165，創業板貿易股）2011年1月1日至今年6月30日已審核財報稅后歸屬股東虧損，與未審核財報數據有誤，落差近16%。

該公司今日向馬證交所報備，2011年1月1日至今年6月30日已審核財報已獲外部稽查師Messrs Crowe Horwath檢定為合格。

文告說，未審核財報未將淨撥款、利率調整與爭議項目淨影響，及花費貶值等納入考量。

惟已審核財報稅后歸屬股東虧損為2067萬196令吉，並非未審核財報的2447萬5000令吉，相差15.6%。[ChinaPress]

明年推出新手机应用程序 XOX 说冀转亏为盈

（吉隆坡5日讯）XOX说电讯（XOX，0165，创业板）拟2013年1月推出新手机应用程序VOOPEE，希望能脱颖而出，并协助公司转亏为盈。

《Financial Daily》引述XOX说电讯总执行长黄国兴的话说，公司难以在一个非常成熟的市场竞争，所以必须创造与众不同的优势。

“XOX说电讯从纯粹SIM卡供应商，转变为应用程式供应商。

我们希望在截至2013年6月30日的现财年转亏为盈。”

2011年6月10日上市后，XOX说电讯至今年9月30日已蒙受5484万令吉亏损。

上述新应用程式运用网络数据、允许所有智慧型手机使用者以低价拨打电话和传送短讯，并需付费才可继续使用，类似目前市场上的WhatsApp通讯应用程式。

明年首季推新品牌
另一方面，天地通（Celcom Axiata）总执行长拿督斯里莎沙礼今天在一场媒体汇报会上提到，天地通与XOX说电讯过去6个月不断研究如何打入华裔企业市场。

他表示，双方决定打造更鲜明和尖锐的形象包装，并扩大华人企业家市场的分销网络，再重新走入这一部分。
他透露，天地通将与XOX说电讯召开记者会，拟明年首季推介这新品牌。

XOX说电讯是天地通旗下合作的流动虚拟网络营运商之一，可使用后者的网络基建。[Nanyang]
