舊街場快速消費品業務唱好

（吉隆坡13日訊）舊街場（OLDTOWN,5201,主板貿服組）的快速消費品（FMCG）業務已經成功打開海外市場，核心餐飲業並有潛能攻進中國龐大的市場，分析員看好FMCG業務成長勢頭是舊街場業務成長主動動力，未來幾季將將作更卓越貢獻，惟暫時維持財測不變。

該公司管理層在分析員匯報會透露，快速消費品已進軍泰國與台灣，至年杪，這些貨品將出現在泰國400間與台灣700間大賣場和零售場；馬銀行研究表示，這些銷售場，將使該公司在霹靂的新生產產能獲善用。

管理層表示，在今年11月杪，旗下的快速消費品會出現在台灣好市多和泰國的特易購和馬克羅，這區塊業務在首季貢獻營業額43%與稅前盈利的45%，管理層放眼次季銷量按季成長15%。

安聯研究認為，舊街場的快速消費品廠在7月已經完成，相信有助加強未來盈利成長。

首季營業額可增13.4%

豐隆研究則說，這業務首季營業額按年成長13.4%、按季成長10.1%，在霹靂打昔工業區新廠投入生產後產能大增，還有超過一半的產能可迎合不斷增長的需求。

安聯對舊街場在亞洲長遠前景樂觀，特別是快速消費品料可強勁成長，中國還有很大待開發咖啡市場，新增產能也可迎合需求。

馬銀行認為，在中國開展的餐飲，仍以廣東中央廚房為主，料年杪可啟用；迄今在中國未開任何分行，預料2014至2015財政年每年開4間分行。

豐隆說，中央廚房預料在年杪在中國正式運作，可以支持在中國開設更多餐廳。

豐隆說，該公司餐飲業仍以大馬為成長動力，管理層採取多管齊下策略迎合各市場需求，基本上有分專服務國際市場的名號餐店、普通咖啡館與餐飲站。

“舊街場已在大馬推出全日套餐和清真食品，已協助改善客流；長遠來說，則計劃改為半自助式，以減低對勞力的倚賴。”

馬銀行說，今年10月中在吉隆坡中央商業區的Avenue K開設餐飲站，此前在KLCC與士乃機場開設。舊街場也計劃在新巴生河流域大道的蜆殼油站開設類似餐飲站。

豐隆說，外資5月持股40.6%，至9月仍穩在40%，對外資不離不棄表驚奇。（星洲日報／財經）

应该是炒家看到炒不起加上刚派息不久，纷纷离场。原糖起价根本无损盈利，须知2012年起老早就没津贴了。还可以乘机借糖起价，下一季盈利应该更多了。

随着白咖啡进军中国香港，一尝世界上最大块的饮食业肥猪肉，加上拿到清真认证，进军中东应该是下一步。打着马来西亚第一个上市的快餐饮招牌，贩卖的都是大马最道地的食物，营养价值和成本比别的快餐便宜和廉价，我觉得很值得投资。
