Description	INCORPORATION OF A NEW SUBSIDIARY COMPANY BY SYSARMY SDN. BHD.
The Board of Directors of Systech Bhd (the “Company” or “Systech”) wishes to announce that SysArmy Sdn. Bhd. (“SysArmy”), a subsidiary of the Company, had on 18 July 2018 incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, namely SecureIoT Academy Sdn. Bhd. (1287737-M) (“SecureIoT”) in Malaysia. The issued capital of SecureIoT is RM2.00 divided into 2 ordinary shares. The intended principal activities of SecureIoT is to carry on the business of cyber security training and related activities. Subsequent to the incorporation, SecureIoT shall become a wholly-owned subsidiary of SysArmy, which in turn is a subsidiary of the Company. The incorporation of SecureIoT will not have any material effect on the Systech Group’s earnings per share, net assets per share, gearing, share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholding for the financial year ending 31 March 2019. None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the incorporation. Having considered all aspects of the incorporation, the Board of Directors of Systech is of the opinion that the incorporation is in the best interest of the Company. This announcement is dated 18 July 2018.

Working experience and occupation	Ms Chong joined Syscatech Sdn. Bhd. in 2006 as an Operations Manager and has more than thirty (30) years of working experience in various fields i.e. marketing and branding, administration, secretarial, operations and human resource. She commenced her career with MUI Finance Berhad in 1986 before joining Convenience Shopping Sdn. Bhd. as a data entry clerk cum computer operator in 1988. SHe then moved on to join Dataware Sdn. In 2001, she was promoted to Franchise Manager handling Johnson's Baby Bath, Johnson's Baby Shampoo and Johnson's Kids range, which accounted for one third of the company's total sales at that time.  She worked for Johnson & Johnson Sdn. Bhd. for ten (10) years and over that time, gained invaluable experience in product launches and branding. Then in 2002, she moved into the retail industry, joining Manchester United (M) Sdn. Bhd. as a Senior Brand Manager where she was responsible for the operations, administration and merchandising of all retail stores, wholesale corners and the fan club. In 2004, she left to pursue her own business as a Unit Trust Consultant for SBB Mutual Berhad (now known as CIMB Wealth Advisors).She was promoted to Senior Operations Manager in 2007, overseeing the operations, administration and human resource of the Systech Group before being made the Group Chief Operating Officer in 2016. She is also a director of five (5) of Systech's subsidiaries, namely, Syscatech Sdn Bhd, Mobysys Sdn Bhd, SysArmy Sdn Bhd, Syscode Sdn Bhd and Techcasys Sdn. Bhd.
