TRINITY今日向馬證交所報備，公司在本月5日，獲得大馬公司委員會（CCM）發出的所發出的易名成立證書。

該公司早在6月7日提出易名建議，並在本月5日獲得批准。

打南雄风卖地进账3363万

（吉隆坡24日讯）打南雄风（TALAMT，2259，主板产业股）以3363萬7032令吉，脱售25.74英亩的雪兰莪州双文丹地段。

打南雄风向马交所报备，旗下独资子公司Europlus機構私人有限公司，與Mutual Flexi私人有限公司签署买卖协议。

Europlus所脱售的地段拥有永久地契，在1991年收购，投资成本为233萬令吉。脱售完成後，公司估计可入账585萬令吉。

该土地属於商业用途，但发展区域以住宅为主。

截至1月31日，土地净价值为1427萬令吉。

打南雄风表示，脱售所得将用於偿还公司的贷款，以及充作营运资本。[南洋网财经]

Further to the Company’s announcement made on 27 May 2009, we wish to inform that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Europlus Corporation Sdn Bhd (“ECSB”) has on 13 February 2014 entered into a Novation Cum Supplemental Agreement (“Novation Agreement”) with TA First Credit Sdn Bhd (“TAFC”) and Metro Ingenious Sdn Bhd (“MISB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of TAFC to vary the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 26 May 2009 made between ECSB and TAFC (“SPA”) as follows:- (a) to include the excluded land area of 4.24 acres  forming part of the Property which has been excluded in the SPA ; (b) by reason of paragraph (a) above, to vary the Purchase Price of the Property under the SPA from RM44,890,322.40 to RM45,395,884.56; (c) to effect the novation of the rights, interest, title and obligations of TAFC under the SPA in favour of MISB; and (d) to effect other consequential amendments to the SPA. The variance is not expected to have any material financial effects to TTB Group. The SPA was not completed earlier due to the none delivery of unencumbered title by ECSB to TAFC and the title is currently free of encumbrances. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the Proposed Disposal is expected to be completed within 3 months from the date of the signing of the Novation Agreement. None of the directors and/or major shareholders of TTB and/or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect in the Proposed Disposal, save and except for Mr U Chin Wei who is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Kumpulan Europlus Berhad, a major shareholder of the Company and is also an Independent  Non-Executive Director of TA Global Berhad, the holding company of TAFC and MISB. （吉隆坡28日讯）截至1月杪末季，打南雄风（TALAMT，2259，主板产业股）成功转亏为盈，净赚3003万5000令吉，上财年同期则净亏735万4000令吉。

现财年同季营业额则按年劲飙2.8倍至1亿1113万6000令吉，上财年同期报2922万3000令吉。

同时，现财年同季每股盈利为0.74仙。

该公司能够在现财年末季转亏为盈，主要是该公司脱售了投资产业所致。

截至1月杪财年，共获得957万9000令吉净利，上财年则净亏2014万5000令吉。

全年营业额则按年萎缩19.2%至1亿7171万2000令吉，上财年为2亿1263万6000令吉。

文告中披露，该公司已经建竣所有房屋，除了目前的联营发展项目，该公司将继续与信誉良好的公司联营发展地库。

打南雄风1.2亿卖中国酒店

（吉隆坡4日讯）为了改善现金流和负债率，打南雄风（TALAMT，2259，主板产业股）以2亿3000万人民币（约1亿2156万令吉），脱售中国吉林省Maxcourt酒店有限公司股权。

打南雄风透过子公司———Malim Enterprise（香港）有限公司，将吉林省Maxcourt酒店有限公司的85%股权，悉数脱售给香港的Cre8ive酒店管理有限公司。

打南雄风表示，透过这次脱售股权活动，料能取得1830万令吉或每股45仙净利润；至于净资产，将增0.45仙至每股14仙，负债率将从0.78倍，降至0.56倍。【南洋网财经】

优家乐退出 打南雄风料出现新大股东

（吉隆坡21日讯）打南雄风（TALAMT，2259，主板产业股）正进行重组活动，料会出现新投资者的加入，而原有大股东———优乐家集团（KEURO，3565，主板建筑股）则将退出投资者行列。

《星报》引述消息报道，新资金将随着新投资者的加入而流入，而打南雄风也计划通过企业活动，加强资产负债表的表现。

消息披露，新投资者包括原有的股东———万能（MAGNUM，3859，主板贸服股）（前称为马化控股，MPHB）。

目前，万能是通过大马综合工业（MWE，3921，主板消费产品股），间接持有打南雄风。

“投资者投入资金，是因为他们相信该股（打南雄风）拥有长期潜能。”

不过，消息称，新投资者将维持“被动股东”的角色，不会参与营运。

据悉，分析员对于万能入股打南雄风并没有太大兴趣，反之更关注前者子公司———马化资本（MPHBCAP，5237，主板金融股）的派息情况。
前景仍严峻

这是因为，马化资本早前脱售地皮，引起市场认为该公司将派发特别股息的揣测。

在连续三年蒙亏后，打南雄风最终成功在2014财年转亏为盈，全年净利为958万令吉。

该公司曾向大马交易所报备，已完成了所有未竣工的房屋，且将持续和有信誉的企业合作，开发旗下地皮。

然而，鉴于国行紧缩借贷条例，加上建筑成本高涨，打南雄风前景或更具挑战。

优乐家集团的退出，并不是个意外，因其大股东———IJM（IJM，3336，主板建筑股），目前的重心是落实西海岸大道（WCE）。

打南雄风目前拥有约2000英亩的地库，遍布于赛城、士拉央、淡江和武吉柏伦东（Bukit Beruntung）。【南洋网财经】
