(2)業務前景:該公司宣佈截至2013年12月31日次季業績時,談到最新各項業務展望指出,雖然國家銀行推出新的產業指南,為本地產業市場帶來一些不明朗因素,不過,該公司的未入賬銷售額達到近8億4千800萬令吉,預料旗下現有產業計劃,將持續營造令人滿意的盈利。

旗下的建築業務方面,預料它將持續面對具挑戰性的經營環境,主要是市場缺乏熟練勞工及建築材料價格波動所致。

該公司的建材業務在持續擴展中,加上市場需求有增無減,預料製造及貿易業務將持續表現良好。酒店及休閑業務的市場競爭激烈,不過,預料業務保持平穩。

總而言之,該公司表示將繼續專注在上述核心業務,加上以往立下的良好經營記錄,确保公司在現財政年持續交出更好的業績。

(3)不動產價值:9億2千970萬令吉。

(4)大股東:潘斯里卓彩梅(譯音)直接與間接持有23.79%股權(2013年報資料)。

(5)難以預測,視大股東而定。

未进帐8亿4千万多是不是就是现金?如果是,扣除6亿7千万,加上银行4千万多,那么辟捷控股不就是净现金有2亿多,加上刚卖辟捷大厦2亿和Batu Cave 地1亿多,那么辟捷控股不就有6亿左右现金了。请问大家是不是这样理解?

第三季派息了2.5sen,那么第四季应该至少会派5sen,我在KNM和中国文具亏损了650万马帀左右,好彩辟捷控股1945赚回一点,要不日子就难过了!

这股不错,买了就收住不放,当养老金,只拿利息来用即可!持有凭单者,乘机会赶快放了买母股安全又有利息收!

(吉隆坡19日讯)辟捷控股(PJDEV,1945,主板产业股)通过持股75%子公司Yarra美景园,与澳洲公司Dynasty Falls签署买卖期权协议,以购买澳洲墨尔本的一片土地。

该公司向马交所报备,Yarra美景园若行使期权,就可以1亿4500万澳元(约4亿3900万令吉)购买在墨尔本,面积达2.026公顷的永久地契土地。

需付5%订金
根据文告,Yarra美景园需支付725万澳元(约2193万令吉)或等于土地售价的5%作为定金,并等待澳洲外资投资评估局核准。

若澳洲外资投资评估局不批准该项土地买卖活动,Yarra美景园可原数取回定金。批准后,则可随时行使期权,购买土地。

辟捷控股认为,该土地增长潜能庞大,位于墨尔本南岸优越位置上,是墨尔本主要商业活动中心,有很多大型企业办公楼、高楼及地标。【南洋网财经】

花4亿4千万马币买一块2公頃的地,太贵了,一年利息都有2千5百万以上。管理人也许为了私人回扣,这样烧钱,公司将来危险了!

黄老板在PJD只有27%股份,所以赚钱再多也不会派息多,把钱留着做自己的生意。不象OSK实业黄老板有70%多股份派息越多自已得利越多。股份少的公司,一般老板都会以公谋私,坑了小股东钱,还是放手安全些,要不就脱不了身了。

本人推想:PJD公众持股有70%左右,如果派高息,那么多钱流出,黄老板不爽。而OSKPROD 黄老板有73%左右股份,派越多越好,因为是绝大多数入自己口袋。所以高风险让PJD去,能赚当然好,不赚或亏损也是70%由公众买单。因此OSKPROD 股票原来价值不及PJD,但因为黄老板不断加持和不断提高派息,慢慢的股价就远远超过PJD。如果以后要合并的话,黄老板就可以以小吃大、以短换長,真是高明的手段。

这股收了很多年,放着收利息,只是今年赚这么多应该派多一些利息。今天跌的够力,大家同我一起住套房吧。仍然持有200万股,不想放!所以升跌都可以,只要有话题热闹就好!
