大红花计划明年开採挪威3油田

(吉隆坡14日讯)大红花石油（Hibiscs，5199，主板工业股）宣布其联合持有的Lime Petroleum挪威公司计划在2015年，开採位於挪威大陆架（NCS）的3片油田，预计在明年首季宣布获得合约。
大红花石油今早发文告指出，Lime Petroleum挪威公司將在2015年申请在3个油田开採石油，分別是PL591及PL591B、PL708和PL616。
另外，该公司將在2014年末季，决定开採或放弃PL498和PL498B，並在2015年首季针对PL503、PL503B和PL503C油田的开採计划做出决定。
文告也表示，其他油田的开採或放弃的决定，预计將会在2016年或之后作出公布。
Lime Petroleum挪威是Lime的独资子公司，大红花石油持有后者35%的股权。
股价企稳
大红花石油今早暂停交易1个小时，以公佈这项消息。
10时回复交易之后，股价並无变动，最终以1.53令吉收市，微跌1仙或0.65%，成交量为51万7100股。【东方网财经】

大红花石油4429万 加码西海马油田

（吉隆坡15日讯）大红花石油（HIBISCS，5199，主板工业产品股）行使VIC/L31选择权，以1405万美元（约4428.9万令吉）收购VIC/L31西海马油田剩余的49.9%股权。
该公司向马交所报备，5月，通过子公司Carnarvon Hibiscus收购澳洲伙伴3D石油的资产时，也获得VIC/L31西海马油田独家选择权。
该公司可以合理市价增持股权，增持VIC/L31西海马油田股权，从原有的50.1%增至100%。
完成这项活动后，Carnarvon Hibiscus将持有VIC/L31西海马油田全数股权。【南洋网财经】

On behalf of Hibiscus Petroleum, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that pursuant to the VIC/L31 Option Deed dated 4 July 2014, Carnarvon Hibiscus Pty Ltd (“CHPL”) (a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Hibiscus Petroleum via Oceania Hibiscus Sdn Bhd) had today, exercised the VIC/L31 Option to acquire the VIC/L31 Remaining Interest from 3D Oil Limited for a consideration of USD14.05 million (“VIC/L31 Option Consideration”).
The payment for the VIC/L31 Option Consideration and the completion of the acquisition of the VIC/L31 Remaining Interest (together with the completion of VIC/L31 Sale Interest pursuant to the VIC/L31 SPA) will be effected subsequent to the relevant approvals being obtained from NOPTA, thereby increasing CHPL’s interest in VIC/L31 from the current 50.1% to 100%.

大红花石油 完购挪威油田

（吉隆坡8日讯）大红花石油（HIBISCS，5199，主板工业产品股）宣布，联号公司Lime石油挪威（简称Lime挪威），已完成收购挪威海两块油田各5%的股权。
根据文告，该公司是在6月4日与北能源（North Energy）签署协议，两块油田分别为PL591和PL591B，营运商为Tullow Oil NorgeAS。
目前，大红花石油在挪威共持有13个生产执照。
Lime挪威是Lime石油（简称Lime）的子公司，大红花石油共持后者35%股权。
Lime分别在去年11月及今年1月，注入2300万美元（约7513万令吉）给Lime挪威，再加上从Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB获得4500万美元（约1亿4686万令吉）融资贷款，Lime挪威已有足够能力完成工作，直至明年。【南洋网财经】

根据文告，大红花石油建议最高私下配售8916万4225股，筹资发展澳洲维多利亚的West Seahorse油田计划。

大红花石油澳洲钻探

（吉隆坡29日讯）大红花石油（HIBISCS，5199，主板工业产品股）独资子公司Carnarvon Hibiscus（简称CHPL）与Origin能源资源，签署钻井共享合约，共用钻井台。
大红花石油发表文告，Origin能源资源将把钻井台移交予Carnarvon Hibiscus，以在澳洲岸外VIC/P57油田进行钻探活动。
但在移交钻井台之前，将先完成两个油井的钻探活动。
根据合约，Origin能源资源完成之前的钻探活动后，钻井台将交给Carnarvon Hibiscus。
Carnarvon Hibiscus将利用该钻井台，来接手独立钻井台营运者Seadrill West Telesto，继续VIC/P57油田中SeaLion油井的钻探活动。
Carnarvon Hibiscus料耗时30天，来完成Sea Lion油井钻井。
另外，Carnarvon Hibiscus还有选择权，可以在West Seahorse的开发区中，进行2个油井钻探活动。
该公司董事经理肯尼思佩雷拉指出，这项共享合约，能够显著节省钻井成本。若成功，Sea Lion油井将成为West Seahorse油田区开发项目的一部分。【南洋网财经】

大红花石油9大股东 频加码目前持67%

（吉隆坡16日讯）大红花石油（HIBISCS，5199，主板工业产品股）大股东自首次公开募股（IPO）后，在积极增持股权。
《The Edge》财经日报引述公司董事经理肯尼思佩雷拉谈话，自上市以来，大红花石油的9大股东已将股权增至67%。
根据肯尼思佩雷拉和彭博社提供的数据，截至12月15日，该公司的管理团队通过Hibiscus Upstream持有公司18.75%。
在2011年上市以来，大红花石油也引来一些私人油田服务领域和科技公司不断累积。
彭博社数据显示，目前的大股东包括Mercury Pacific Marine（持股8.17%）、Littleton控股（持股5.99%）和黎才德（持股5.06%）。
报道指出，黎才德是新加坡上市公司Ezra控股董事经理和Emas离岸非执行主席。
油价跌拖累股价
另一方面，拿督斯里莫哈默沙菲在12月8日至12日间，透过3场交易增持412万股，持股率达12.78%，崛起成为第二大股东。
年初至今，大红花石油股价已下滑49.17%，肯尼思佩雷拉表示，油价下滑拖累油气股挫跌，同行都面临股价下跌窘境，因而不认为股价下跌是累积亏损所造成。【南洋网财经】 |

（吉隆坡22日讯）大红花石油（HIBISCS，5199，主板工业产品股）宣布，联号公司———Lime石油挪威有限公司（简称Lime挪威），获得PL591C油田执照及5%股权。
根据文告，挪威石油和能源部，发布该公司获得执照的消息。

市况波动费用减低 大红花今年要钻5口油井

（吉隆坡30日讯）虽然目前市况波动，但基于钻井费用低，大红花石油（HIBISCS，5199，主板工业产品股）仍将更积极寻求商机。
大红花石油董事经理肯尼思佩雷拉，昨天在MIDF投行举办的聚餐会上表示，目前的趋势对油气公司而言更诱人，因低费用可让公司进行更多钻探工作。
“相较去年同期，钻井费用下跌25%，非常吸引人。作为需要这类服务的公司，我们认为这是个机会。”
他说，公司在一年前只能钻四口油井，现在费用走低，公司有能力钻五口油井。
肯尼思佩雷拉续称，大红花石油已将今年设定为“执行年”，并不会改变目标。
该公司未来12个月的计划，包括在挪威钻三口油井，中东和澳洲各一口。
同时，也会检视今年其他的发展项目。
“对于一家小公司而言，一年钻五口油井会让人印象深刻，我们也对此感到骄傲。”
不过，他并没有透露大红花石油在钻井的持股率，因目前仍在招标阶段。
“我们乐观相信，可以达成5年1亿桶油的目标，目前产量是1230万桶。”
油价走跌属周期性
假设Kitan油田的交易完成，可日产1万桶油。根据大红花石油25%的持股权，该公司可获得2500桶油。
加上今年将会开挖的五口油井，相信会超过1亿桶。
同时，肯尼思佩雷拉相信，油价走跌属于周期性，领域会适应。
中期来看，他始终相信油价会在下半年回扬，公司会持续放眼收购，目标是地缘政治稳定的国家。[南洋网财经] |

大红花石油 澳洲油井6月开钻

（吉隆坡11日讯）大红花石油（HIBISCS，5199，主板工业产品股）子公司位于澳洲岸外VIC/P57勘探井，将今年6月开始钻井活动。
根据文告，大红花石油旗下的Carnarvon Hibiscus公司，去年10月与Origin能源签署钻井平台股权合约。
一旦Origin能源在海狮勘探井的钻井活动告一段落，Carnarvon Hibiscus就开始采用Seadrill钻井平台活动。
Carnarvon Hibiscus预计耗时30天，才能完成Sea Lion油井钻井活动。
该公司目前拥有VIC/P57勘探井的50.1%参与权，其余由澳洲联营伙伴3D Oil有限公司持有。
大红花石油董事经理肯尼思佩雷拉表示，对钻井平台运抵澳洲感到高兴，象征公司开始第二次勘探钻井。

（吉隆坡24日讯）早盘暂停交易1小时的大红花石油（HIBISCS，5199，主板工业股）发文告公布，其联號公司--Lime挪威（Lime Norway），行使与Lundin挪威（Lundin）的协议，收购位於北海的PL338C油田特许权的30%股权。
文告指出，Ludin挪威是PL338C油田的营运者。一旦完成收购后，Lundin挪威持有PL338C油田特许权的50%股权，Lime挪威和OMV（挪威）公司则分別持有剩余的30%和20%。
配合以上宣布，大红花石油股票在今早9时至10时暂停交易。该股闭市报0.905令吉，全天跌1仙，或1.09%，成交量为36万零100股。
大红花石油董事经理肯纳佩雷拉博士在文告中表示，「我们从一家信誉良好的营运商手中，成功购得一项进行中项目的股权。」
Lime挪威是Lime石油公司的独资子公司，而大红花石油持有Lime石油公司35%股权。【东方网财经】
