 有投资者转换了warrant 4百万股成母股，用了 2百万 ，warrant在24/7/2014就到期了.
这位投资者我看他是看到公司亮丽的前景.全球经济好转,油气股前途好,值得加码,哈哈.

4/2/2014 发现油后,从2.33到今天17/2/2014 的2.06 我相信调整己接近结束,是时候进票了,等油田验证出来了 ,好消息将带动价位上升.哈哈 |

大红花向北方能源收购油井
财经 2014年2月21日
（吉隆坡21日讯）大红花石油（Hibiscs，5199，主板工业股）宣佈，旗下的联营公司--Lime挪威石油和挪威北方能源公司签新协议，象徵性地以0.55令吉收购位於北海（Nouth Sea）的一座PL509CS油井。
大红花石油今早发文告表示，Lime挪威已经取得第14张挪威开採石油的执照。新油井的股权转让，目前正在等待监管当局的批准。
把油井股权卖给大红花石油的北方能源，是在今年1月4日获得预定採油区的营运执照。
Lime挪威是在完成包括北方能源產油执照中的虚擬钻油在內深入技术性评估工作之后，才作出上述收购。
目前，大红花石油在挪威一拥有14张执照。
隨著Lime挪威於2013年11月和今年1月获得股东注资2300万美元，加上一笔总值3亿挪威克朗的银行贷款，该公司已经获得未来一年的充足经费。
同时，这项收购亦符合大红花石油的平衡策略，即在政治稳定的区域收购资產。
挪威是全球第3大天然气出口国，同时也是第6大石油出口国。
配合上述宣佈，大红花石油从早上9时停牌一小时，盘中虽一度上升至全天最高的2.16令吉，但最终只收报2.11令吉，无起落，全天成交量是58万9300股。【东方网财经】

PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF CRPS | This announcement should be read in conjunction with the earlier announcements dated 2 August 2012, 18 July 2013, 3 October 2013, 8 November 2013, 7 January 2014 and 29 January 2014 in relation to the Private Placement of CRPS (“Announcements”). All the terms and definitions referred to in this announcement, unless otherwise defined, shall carry the same meaning as those in the Announcements.
On behalf of the Board of Hibiscus Petroleum, HLIB wishes to announce that the Company and Pacific Meadow had on 27 February 2014 mutually agreed to terminate the conditional subscription agreement dated 3 October 2013 (“Pacific Meadow Subscription Agreement”) entered into between Hibiscus Petroleum and Pacific Meadow for the Proposed Pacific Meadow Subscription (“Termination”).
The Board of Hibiscus Petroleum, after taking into consideration all the relevant factors and after careful deliberation, is of the view that the decision on the Termination is in the best interest of the Company and its shareholders to, among others, ensure that there is no unnecessary dilutive effect to the shareholders’ equity holding in Hibiscus Petroleum, as the Conversion Price of the CRPS of RM1.85 (based on the 5-day volume weighted average market price of the Company’s shares immediately prior to the price fixing date), is approximately 13.1% below RM2.13, based on the last transacted price of Hibiscus Petroleum Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 26 February 2014, prior to this announcement.
Following the Termination: (a) Hibiscus Petroleum shall procure HLIB (the placement agent) to return the Initial Payment of approximately RM5.45 million plus all accrued interest to Pacific Meadow accordingly; and
(b) the Pacific Meadow Subscription Agreement ceases to have any effect whatsoever and Pacific Meadow and the Company have no outstanding claims, rights or entitlements whatsoever against each other in relation to the Pacific Meadow Subscription Agreement.

大红花石油子公司 阿曼探油见成果

（马斯喀特6日讯）大红花石油（HIBISCS，5199，主板工业产品股）于阿曼Block50油田的第二项油井动态测试结果令人鼓舞，获得阿曼政府允许于3月23日进行第二阶段工作。
该公司今日发表文告，子公司Masirah石油有限公司于该地的第二项钻探计划取得成果，在过去48个小时的测试，烃能源（hydrocarbons）已浮出表面，动态测试结果显示，该油井每日料可取得3000桶轻油，且没有出现渗水迹象。
Block50油田的钻探计划已进入最后阶段，这也是超过30年以来，首次在阿曼东部探获油源。
Masirah主席汉斯立格仁在文告中指出，第二项油井钻探计划结果发现稳定且颇高的原油产量，这也让探油团队对阿曼东部的地理情况更了解。
“这项发现将有助于我们开拓、评估以及为面积达1万7000平公里的油田拟定未来发展计划。”

伙伴转移20%至HIREX 大红花石油联营澳勘探权

（吉隆坡13日讯）大红花石油（HIBISCS，5199，主板工业产品股）澳洲伙伴3D石油同意，以成本价，把澳洲吉普斯兰盆地VIC/P57勘探准证的20%股权，转至大红花石油的联营公司HIREX。
根据大红花石油独资子公司Carnarvon Hibiscus、3D石油、Althea和Hirex签署的初步协议书，VIC/P57额外的5%股权，也将转换至大红花石油。
HIREX是大红花石油和新加坡上市的Rex国际的联营公司。
根据文告，可能拥有1100万桶石油的VIC/P57，将在明年上半年进行钻井活动。
根据合约的第二部分，Carnarvon Hibiscus也有独家选择权，在VIC/L31西海马油田以合理市价增持股权，从目前的50.1%增至100%。
另外，Carnarvon Hibiscus也将支付750万美元（约2428万令吉）予3D石油，收购后者在Britannia钻油平台的49.9%股权。
