拉雅國際多元化業務‧發12.5%新股‧提高土著比例

（吉隆坡4日訊）拉雅國際（RAYA,0080,創業板貿服組）建議進行業務多元化動作，同時將向待定土著投資者配售12.5%，以符合最低土著股權要求，最高料籌措451萬令吉用於燃油裝載和貿易新業務。
聯營燃油業務
該公司發文告表示，公司在2015年9月成立Selatan Bunker（馬）私人有限公司，並在12月與TumpuanMegah發展私人有限公司簽署合作協議，聯營燃油裝載和貿易活動，董事部相信業務多元化活動將在未來貢獻淨利和淨資產逾25%，因此建議尋求股東批准業務多元化活動。
與此同時，拉雅國際為達到證券監督委員會（SC）最低土著股權要求，建議向有待鑑定的土著投資者，或國際貿易和工業部（MITI）批准的投資者配售高達2千零50萬股新股，相等於擴大後繳足資本12.5%股權。
假設該批新股發售價為22仙，該公司料可籌措451萬令吉，其中420萬4千令吉將用於燃油裝載和貿易活動。
整個計劃完成後，拉雅國際繳足資本將從1千434萬5千令吉擴大至1千639萬5千令吉，負債比將從0.7倍減為零。（ 星洲日報／財經）

Water Beaute售Raya International 12.7%股权

（吉隆坡14日讯）保健品制造商 Water Beaute World Bhd不再是 Raya International Bhd的大股东。
Raya International今日向大马交易所报备，Water Beaute于6月10日脱售Raya的1827万股，或12.7%股权。
随着这项脱售，Water Beaute股东 Gan Siew Eng、Lui Leong Eng和Lee Chee Hoon也不再间接持有Raya International的12.7%股权。
Raya International在2月公布，将业务从净水器组件经销多元化至供油和石油相关产品交易。
该集团还建议特别发行高达2050万股，相等于发行与缴足股本约12.5%，予稍后确定的土著投资者，筹集最多451万令吉的资金，每股参阅价为22仙。

拟600万买2油船
拉雅发附加股筹2207万

（吉隆坡14日讯）拉雅国际（RAYA，0080，创业板）建议以总值600万令吉购入两艘油船，同时建议发售附加股等一系列活动。
该公司向马交所报备，油船Straits 1，会利用发出附加股所得，以280万令吉购入。
根据该公司文告，将以1配1方式，发售最多1亿8395万2000股附加股。
假设附加股发售价为每股12仙，拉雅国际最少能筹得504万令吉，最多筹集2207万4000令吉。
同时，股东每认购1股附加股送1凭单。
不过，若附加股及凭单活动无法完成，公司也将中断收购Straits 1油船活动。
另外，320万令吉收购Sturgeon油船活动，将以每股16仙发售价，发售2000万股新股完成。
拉雅国际指出，为了能够达至最低标准，公司已取得股东拿督斯里何金财（译音）的书面与不可撤销承诺，确保认购不少于802万3300股股权。
附加股筹资所得，除了用来购买Straits 1油船，也将作营运资本，应付日常营运开销。
拉雅国际指出，购入2艘油船后无需完全依赖租船，可支撑公司业务，且符合扩大资产规模、巩固营运能力和扩展覆盖率的策略。
