陳文龍購達加富8.43%‧崛起為大股東

（吉隆坡6日訊）最近因收購靈通（INGENCO，0034，創業板科技組）顯著股權而成為市場焦點的陳文龍，今次再出擊收購達加富資源（TAKASO，7071，主板消費品組）的8.433%股權，崛起為後者大股東。

據該公司提呈給大馬股票交易所資料顯示，陳文龍今日從公開市場收購達加富資源的1千254萬3千400股的股票，或等於該公司的8.433%股權，成為該公司大股東。

達加富今日價量齊揚，一度漲升3仙，或是8.95%，至36.5仙的全天最高峰，而最低是下跌1.5仙至32仙，顯示交投相當波動。

全天收市時，該股揚升2.5仙至36仙，全天共5千438萬3千800股易手，為全場第二熱門股。從資料顯示，陳文龍貢獻了顯著的交投量。

在過去二三個交易日，達加富資源的交投已出現熱絡，若與過去5個交易日的收市價29仙為准，該股項股價已漲升7仙，或是24.13%。

其實，早在今年9月19日，該公司即開始出現熱炒現象，當時一度飆漲21.7%至26.5仙，並以超過4千萬股交易量成為全場第二大熱門股，並引起當局注意而要求它交代可能引起股價漲勢的原因。惟該公司在第二天表示，對有關不尋常股票交易原因並不知情。

該公司的核心業務為塑料用品供應，去年也以200萬令吉收購一家陰極射線管（CRT）熒幕循環公司，藉此進軍新業務。

陳文龍最近因收購靈通顯著股權而成為市場焦點，主要是他及另外數股東，獲得另一家公司獻議以每股55仙，向他們全面收購靈通股權，惟陳文龍卻以靈通業務前景看好而加以拒絕。截至今日收市時，靈通股價以9仙價位掛收。（星洲日報／財經）

遭马交所质询警示 达加富盘中暴跌32%

（吉隆坡7日讯）昨日股价飙涨81%的达加富资源（Takaso，7071，主板消费产品股）并遭到马交所的质询及警示后，今日立即出现套利而一度暴跌32%。

达加富资源昨日从26仙飙涨81%至47仙后，马交所晚间释出“不寻常市场活动（UMA）”质询，并且促请投资者谨慎。对此，公司回应“不知道股价异动的原因”。

这是达加富资源9月间因出现投机现象后（当时也接获马交所UMA质询）的第二波股价异动。
分析员说：“他们昨日推高股价后，今日进场套利。”

达加富资源今早开市时还出现上扬的趋势，并且在半个小时内升抵51.5仙的全日最高价位，不过，股价自此开始大幅回跌。

截至今日中午，达加富资源已回落20%或9.5仙，暂企于37.5仙，半日成交量达2833万7100股，成为马股十大热门股之一。

闭市时，该股全日下滑14仙或29.8%，收报33仙，成交量为5101万2500股。

陈文龙是大股东
值得注意的是，Utopia（Utopia，0140，创业板）董事经理兼灵通方案（Ingens，0034，创业板）执行主席陈文龙，也在近期晋身达加富资源大股东，资料显示，截至12月5日持股达11.11%。

至于持有达加富资源最大股权（19.5%）的是Nextplus Fortune私人有限公司；罗瑞涛（译音）持股14.79%；执行董事陈文锦则直接持有4.94%股权。

（吉隆坡4日讯）达加富资源（Takaso，7071，主板消费产品股）表示，与Pesaka Astana（马）私人有限公司签署合作备忘录，意味着前者将涉足汽车领域的新业务。

目前，达加富资源的主要业务是制造婴儿用品以及避孕套。

文告显示，Pesaka Astana是一家本地公司，核心业务是制造、装配或者定制各种规格的车辆，包括根据客户（大马政府在内）的要求，定制与供应车辆。

根据该合作备忘录，两造将共享资讯与讨论、洽谈或者同意他们的职责范围，以便为双方缔造双赢的局面。[Nanyang]

(“PASB “) to negotiate further on project collaboration with PASB. Information on PASB PASB is a company incorporated under the laws of Malaysia. PASB is involved, inter alia, in the business of manufacturing, assembling or otherwise customizing vehicles of various specifications including to customize and to supply vehicles required by its customers including the Government of Malaysia. Salient Terms of the MOC (a)          TRB and PASB (the “Parties”) shall share information and discuss, negotiate or otherwise agree on the scope of responsibilities of the respective Parties in respect of the various projects granted to PASB; (b)          Any and all such discussions and negotiations shall be carried out in good faith in order to create a win-win situation for both Parties; (c)          If required or mutually agreed, the Parties may choose to form a joint venture company to carry out the projects or if terms can be mutually agreed and subject to approval of advisers and the relevant authorities, PASB or part thereof may be injected into TRB in order to carry out the projects more efficiently; and (d)          Neither shall incur any material liability from the date of the MOC which may have or create a detrimental obligation without the knowledge of the other Party and neither Party shall permit any new liens or encumbrances to arise that is expected to have a material detrimental effect except in the ordinary course of business or by effect of applicable laws. The MOC shall be effective from the date of execution thereof and shall remain in full force until the earlier of the following: (i)         the execution of any definitive agreement between the Parties; or (ii)        the mutual termination of the MOC by the Parties. 達加富資源 傳獲12億軍事車合約

（吉隆坡10日訊）根據“馬新社”報導指出，達加富資源（TAKASO，7071，主要板消費）間接獲得一項價值12億的軍事車輛供應合約。
　
該報導指出，業內人士透露，該公司的合作夥伴Pesaka Astana有限公司，昨日從國防部獲得提供300輛車輛的合約。每輛車成本為40萬令吉，Pesaka Astana有限公司將會與達加富資源共同負責該合約。
　
公司在本月4日向大馬交易所報備時說，公司已與Pesaka Astana有限公司簽訂合作備忘錄，並會進一步洽談該合約。
　
達加富資源說，他們與Pesaka Astana有限公司獲得3份國防部頒發的意向書（LOA），希望能與他們合作。
　
第1份意向書內容是特別飛行機合約，為皇家空軍的貢科達（Gong Kedak）空軍基地提供蘇愷（Sukhoi）戰鬥機配件。
　
第2份意向書內容是與陸軍步兵商談，提供與運送 AMDAC 戰機配件。
　
第3個意向書內容是為哥打三瑪拉漢（Kota Samarahan）提供與運送戰機配件，及為皇家空軍的實文然（Simunjan）空軍基地提供綜合雷達。
