凯雷收购消息导致股价走高 达加富澄清未洽售股权

（吉隆坡18日讯）达加富资源（Takaso，7071，主板消费股）今早暂停交易查证美国私募股本有意购买该公司股权的报道，傍晚向交易所呈报表示，大股东及董事均没有和私募股本接洽或商討脱售股权。
该公司今早9.30分向大马交易所提出暂停交易的要求，以便该公司调查及確认有关美国私募股本有意购买该公司股权的报道。
本地英文財经周刊上週五报道，凯雷集团（Carlyle Group）有意收购达加富资源，双方在有关报导出炉之后，並没有做出澄清或否认。这传言也导致达加富资源股价今日开市后不久即达到0.295令吉的全天最高水平，涨幅达2.5仙或9.26%。
该公司向大股东及董事查询，相关人士均表示对此毫不知情，也没有和凯雷集团商討或接洽。
该公司也表示，对这项没有向该公司確认消息的报道感到失望。
暂停交易查证
达加富资源要求暂停交易至今日5点。在停牌前，该股上涨0.5仙或1.85%，至0.275令吉，成交量达1135万4800股。达加富资源將在明日（19日）復牌。
达加富资源是马股市第一家掛牌的避孕套生產商。隨著全球最大的避孕套生產商--康乐（Karex，5247，主板消费股）早前上市，股价大涨，市场也开始留意到另一家避孕套生產商--达加富资源。
达加富资源上週曾发文稿告表示，打算多元化收入来源至即食业务，为公司带来更佳的前景。
该股在10月中开始一轮涨势，从0.20令吉，带量走高至0.255令吉，之后稍微回调再衝高，於11月14日达到0.275令吉。[东方日报财经]

陈劲升两度减持股权 不再是达加富大股东

（吉隆坡7日讯）达加富资源（TAKASO，7071，主板消费产品股）宣布，陈劲升1月两度减持股权，如今已不再是公司大股东。
达加富资源向马交所报备，陈劲升在1月20日通过公开市场脱售400股，次日进一步脱售287万5000股。
因此，陈劲升如今只持有公司的647万5000股，低于5%股权。
陈劲升是迈德资源（MINETEC，7219，主板工业产品股）现任执行主席兼大股东，持有公司38.87%股权。【南洋网财经】

The Board of Directors of Takaso Resources Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the earlier Agreement signed on 9 October 2013, will expire on 8 April 2014 and the Company had entered into an Addendum Agreement according to the following terms and conditions:- 1. （吉隆坡4日讯）达加富资源（TAKASO，7071，主板消费产品股）进军印尼市场，成立联营公司PT Takaso生产。
根据文告，独资子公司Takaso工业，与印尼人哈里森罗、仙蒂帕蒙和艾迪依斯干达（皆译音）签署联营协议，成立PT Takaso生产。
此联营公司核心业务，为生产橡胶和塑料产品，以及销售自家生产和其他品牌的橡胶和塑料产品。【南洋网财经】
