如果要看外面的花草,我非常谢谢设计师为我们设计那个厨房的sliding door,一开门就可以出去外面看花草了。哈哈哈

洗衣机放在yard,要去洗衣赛衣还要绕过bedroom4,我已经很不满意了!!!
洗衣机放在厨房??? 你有没有搞错哦~ 以为mercury是apartment, 是吗?

自从2年前起SP Setia 能干的精英都跑到eco world 去，而且跑到7788了。现在的setia 已经算马来人的了，看来请的consultant公司也是croni papaya 来的。设计到这样的屋子，买家只有自求多幅了。我相信屋子设计根本不会大改的，如果不要现在抽出来输一点钱，那以后住进去一定后悔

如果很多人抱怨 sxtia应该改变设计。

Since Two years ago from SP Setia competent Elite Come to eco world have to go, and went to the 7788. Now Setia has been Considered the Malays, it Seems ...

no Body Regret .. this Kind of thing happen to many Other buyer, for Other Taman house TOO. we just want a better Design. if we complan and Sxtia change, is good. if not.. spend own money renovaite or just life by it. Is normal.

UEM, SIM darby all GLC. Quality House very good. You buy where? How much? or you Have not buy?

买屋子最重是。。要开心 ^_^

我不知道原来买屋子也要查到人家公司的 architect 去 eh @_@
听你讲到Setia好像乱乱来,马来krony都出来。。。有点怕怕!
所以我去上网查了一下这家公司

他们除了kl,马六甲... 新加坡也有公司哦

网站有他们的projects. 什么都有, commercial,retail malls, JB  的Giant,Tesco,Carrefour都是他设计的。
Residential,高的有condo IJM, IOI, landed 的 mah sing, KSL, bukit indah,seri Austin,nusa idaman,大大小小, 还有 hotel,学校也有 Foon You 5 pri.......

就不懂他们的网站会不会是假的啦!! 哈哈哈

Hi Giantree, today tin99 and I were there but that sales manager ( Miss Catherine)who called me was not there. But she will be working on Sunday. So those who go on Sunday, may be ask Catherine to book appointment so that those unhappy mercury buyers can have dialouge with the managment.We must find out as many as possible who are not happy.

I think Setia's staffs read this forum too. So, the message we want to convey is: SP Setia is a renowed developer in Malaysia and they build condominun in Singapore too. The requests from the mecury buyer are very resonable and valid. If Setia ignores and give funny reasons, then I think they are being very shortsighted, and SP Setia is no different with the other local Malaysia developer. Moreover, they have one strong competitor going to beat them anytimes. SP Setia can save their money for the aggressive advertisement in the TV in Singapore and Malaysia. Mercury buyers will help them to have free advertise being in the internets, newspapers or word of month.

坏消息！

sales_manger打电话给我 今天晚上..

我刚去showhouse参观，不太能接受的就是二楼楼梯不平，还有天台围栏过高。
其他的（一楼楼梯、storeroom、一楼yard），我觉得勉强还算可以，要改也属于大改，希望不大。


天台围栏，可能就如我猜的，vendor已经生产完毕，这样setia就不可能换了。

泳池的地砖已经完成，实际大小有惊喜！不会太小，很不错！
长度够长，大家担心的宽度，大概能容纳5~7人吧！（没带mesuring tape，不能量）
深度由浅到深，最深的大概1.5m（可以跳水），不错！

放下心中的大石阿！哈哈~
