擴展武吉甘孟山城地庫 建樂3720萬購180英畝地

(吉隆坡4日訊)彭亨州關丹武吉甘孟山城(Bukit Gambang Resort City)發展營運商建樂集團(SNTORIA ,5213,主要板房產),計劃以3720萬令吉購得180英畝土地,並擴大關丹武吉甘孟山城地庫至727英畝。

該公司公關與投資者關係主管納斯魯汀透過文告指出,關丹武吉甘孟山城地庫佔地原為547英畝,以3720萬令吉購得180英畝土地后,關丹武吉甘孟山城地庫將擴大至727英畝,其中涵蓋度假套房、住宅發展及甘孟山水上樂園等。

擴大夜間動物園
“旗下子公司建樂Alfa已接獲彭亨州政府批准該收購土地計劃案;公司冀望將關丹武吉甘孟山城發展成為彭亨州一流的休閒和商務旅遊目的地。”

納斯魯汀說,其中50畝土地將用于擴大正基建的夜間動物園(Safari Park);竣工后,該夜間動物園將佔地138畝。

“該收購土地計劃案可進一步擴大武吉甘孟山城主題公園的景點,這對公司來說,非常有利。”

建樂集團 淨利增24%至4780萬

(吉隆坡29日訊)今年上市的建樂集團(SNTORIA,5213,主要板房產),在截至9月底2012財年淨利獲得24%增長至4780萬令吉。

該公司2012財年營業額,增長10%至1億7930萬令吉,其中將近66%或1億1840萬令吉營業額是來自房地產發展,其中最大效益是來自彭亨關丹房地產計劃。

該公司在休閒娛樂方面亦同樣有不錯的表現,營業額從4840萬令吉,增長14.2%至5533萬令吉,主要貢獻則來自主題樂園關丹甘孟山城度假勝地(Bukit Gambang Resort City)。

該公司表示,2012年是建樂集團相當成功的一年,除了參與該公司房地產計劃的購買者亦越來越多以外,甘孟山城度假勝地的遊客達到61萬。

該公司在截至9月底本財年第4季,營業額達到4390萬令吉,淨利達1680萬令吉。[ChinaPress]

发展总值3.15 亿 建乐发展关丹综合产业

(吉隆坡6日讯)配合进一步在关丹扩大版图,建乐(Sntoria,5213,主板产业股)将在当地发展一项综合发展计划,发展总值(GDV)估计达3亿1500万令吉。

建乐今日发文告指出,上述计划为Bukit Rangin2花园,坐落于Fajar Pertiwi私人有限公司旗下的210英亩土地上。

这计划将包含2500单位的住宅和商务单位,由建乐独资子公司Sentoria Alam私人有限公司负责。

配合发展该计划,Sentoria Alam和Fajar Pertiwi已签署一项联合发展协议,两者因而会分别取得91.5%和8.5%的销售额。

建乐大众与投资者关系主管纳西鲁丁说:“我们相信BukitRangin2会随其姐妹发展计划(Bukit Rangin花园)的优良成绩而取得好处。”

他预计,此发展计划会于截至2014年9月30日止财年开始为公司贡献营业额。[Nanyang]

(吉隆坡31日讯)建乐(Sntoria,5213,主板产业股)与Seriemas发展私人有限公司签署协议,将在雪兰莪州摩立,联营发展18亿令吉的综合度假城。

建乐今天发表文告,证实在摩立发展354英亩的地段,其中204英亩发展综合主体度假村,其余则是建设混合商业与住宅。

建乐与Seriemas发展私人有限公司签署两份合约,分别是发展综合度假村的权利协议,以及联营发展商业与住宅产业的协议。据悉,Seriemas发展私人有限公司,乃PNB发展私人有限公司的独资子公司。

建乐大众与投资者关系主管纳西鲁丁表示,上述联营是很好的增长计划,并能探讨大马西海岸的潜能,提升摩立的旅游业。

5年内完成计划
他冀望,建乐能够把彭亨武吉甘孟度假胜地(Bukit Gambang Resort City)的经验,带进这项新计划。建乐是武吉甘孟度假胜地的发展商和业者。

综合发展计划估计5年内完成,分为4部分,即度假村和会展中心、精品酒店、水上主题乐园和野生动物园,而加上土地收购价,发展成本共计1亿9030万令吉。

(吉隆坡25日讯)建乐(Sntoria,5213,主板产业股)建议以10配1送红股方式奖励股东,预计次季完成。

建乐向马交所报备,董事部建议发行4000万新股红股(每股面值20仙),以10普通股配1红股的方式,奖励现有股东和提高该股的流通率。

该公司将通过股东溢价户口来发行红股,截至去年9月财年,建乐股东溢价户口达3758万2000令吉,扣除发送红股及相关费用后(共833万令吉),股东溢价户口所剩余额2925万2000令吉。

此外,该公司也建议回购股票已发行及缴足股本10%,及针对相关人士交易活动(recurrent related partytransaction,RRPT)事项的股东批准与授权。[南洋商报财经]

建樂股東通過 提高股本派息1仙

(關丹29日訊)建樂集團(SNTORIA,5213,主要板房產)今日在常年大會上,獲得股東同意,派發每股1仙終期股息。

根據該公司文告指出,該公司在常年股東大會上,也獲得股東的同意,發行每股20仙的新股,繳足資本將從原本的8000萬令吉,提高至4億4000萬令吉。

建樂集團是甘孟山城度假勝地(Bukit Gambang Resort City)的開發公司,度假勝地的野生動物園(Safari Park)目前已開放3個區域。

文告指出,目前所開放的區域包括“辛巴山”(Simba Hill)、“夜間森林”(Night Jungle)和“外國村”(Foreign Village),該公司希望野生動物園在今年年中能全面開放。

該動物園面積約有138畝,共設有8個專屬區域,其他還未開放的區域包括“森林地帶”(Forest Land)和“猛獸地帶”(Land of Predators)等。

該公司公關與投資者關係主管納斯魯汀透過文告指出,度假勝地的水上樂園在2009年開放,單是去年到訪的遊客已達到60萬人。

他說,公司首個主題樂園獲得熱烈的反應,他為新主題樂園-野生動物園的開放,感到相當開心,預計今年中能將該野生動物園全面開放。

該公司共投資約6000萬令吉在甘孟山城度假勝地,該資金來源為內部資金和借貸。

建乐集团拓收入来源 促进休闲业务贡献

(吉隆坡8日讯)低调建筑与产业发展公司建乐集团有限公司(SNTORIA,5213,产业组),将促进其休闲业务以开发持续收入。过去数年交出卓越盈利的建乐集团,正发展彭亨甘孟的武吉甘孟度假城。

作为实现其长期目标重要一步,该产业发展商探讨这项将在2020年完成计划的18亿令吉总发展值。

当全面完成后,武吉甘孟度假城将成为马来西亚最大综合度假城市之一。面积727英亩(290.8公顷)的武吉甘孟度假城,面积小于云顶胜地(1万1000英亩)和绿野仙踪(1300英亩)。

建乐集团的发展将在分阶段完成的单一地点设下多重吸引景点。该度假城将拥有4个主题乐园,为武吉甘孟度假城发展的主要焦点。

除了上述主题公园,建乐集团也在武吉甘孟度假城发展度假居住区。这个称为Global Heritage的住宅区,预料将在2016至17年间建竣,预测总发展值3亿5500万令吉。

这项占地117英亩围篱房屋区包含11种主题房屋,以及一间精品酒店,而其居民将可在完成后使用其设备。

其现有吸引力是水上乐园,及另外2个附属设备,即阿拉伯湾胜地和加勒比海湾胜地。

自2009年水上乐园开幕以来,该公司已看到超过160万名游客。

建樂集團首半財年淨利挫

(吉隆坡26日訊)建樂集團(SNTORIA,5213,主要板房產)宣佈截至3月底第2季業績,營業額增近27%,但淨利卻挫59%。

該公司次季營業額4927萬2000令吉,錄得淨利251萬8000令吉,總結首半財年,營業額微跌報9246萬4000令吉,淨利則挫42%至1038萬4000令吉。

馬證交所報備文件指出,截至3月底,建樂集團共出售698間排屋和14間店屋,銷售值達9504萬令吉。

文告指出,上半財年營業額達9246萬令吉,其中房地產發展領域貢獻約62%,其余則是來自休閒和酒店領域的貢獻。

由于關丹甘孟山城(Bukit Gambang Resort City)的初期營運成本較高和房量開銷增長50%,相比去年同期,上半財年的淨利從1800萬跌至1040萬令吉。[中国报财经]

(吉隆坡23日訊)建樂集團(SNTORIA,5213,主板產業組)以總值4千700萬令吉,分別買進砂拉越古晉兩塊佔地500英畝土地,以進行總值達12億7千萬令吉的Borneo Samariang度假城發展計劃。

該公司發文告表示,將透過內部資金和銀行貸款方式,分別以1千700萬令吉和3千萬令吉向Bandar Samariang私人有限公司收購200英畝和300英畝土地,來進行總值達12億7千萬令吉的Borneo Samariang度假城發展計劃。

排除任何不可預見因素,涵蓋水上樂園、度假村、野生動物園,以及住宅和商業組合在內的Borneo Samariang度假城預期需時8至10年進行開發,料在2015年開業。(星洲日報/財經)
