錦記籌營運資本 柏華嘉發2.8億債券

（吉隆坡25日訊）柏華嘉（PERWAJA，5146，主要板工業）擬向母公司錦記鋼鐵（KINSTEL，5060，主要板工業）發行總值2億8000萬令吉的受限制債券，做后者營運資本。

兩家公司向馬證交所報備指出，該批可贖回可轉換無擔保債券為期7年；債券面值和發售價為每股1令吉。

該發售價根據柏華嘉過去5日的平均股價1.06令吉，並折價5.66%或6仙。

文告指出，錦記鋼鐵將向符合資格的柏華嘉股東獻售該批債券，每持2股后者普通股，可認購1股債券。

柏華嘉亦建議發行2億8000萬股免費憑單，每持兩股普通股，可獲1股免費憑單。[ChinaPress]

获龙运铁山采矿权 柏华嘉 锦记双走高

（吉隆坡1日讯）柏华嘉控股（Perwaja，5146，主板工业产品股）获得龙运铁山采矿执照，前景备获分析员唱好，激励柏华嘉控股与母公司锦记钢铁（Kinstel，5060，主板工业产品股）的股价双双走高。

今早甫开市，柏华嘉控股以1.12令吉报开，比上周五闭市价上扬10仙或9.8%，为2009年5月19日以来新高。

随后，股价处于窄幅上涨幅度，并进一步上探至1.14令吉挂收，全日涨12仙，成交量有746万700股。

每吨省147令吉
同时，身为柏华嘉控股母公司的锦记钢铁也受利好因素激励，在今早以72仙开市，扬2.5仙。

该股在盘中一度上探至74仙，惟在闭市时涨幅回落至72仙，全日涨2.5仙，总成交量为454万4300股。

登加楼州务大臣拿督斯里阿末赛益在日前宣布上述好消息后，侨丰投资研究分析员也看好厂房在2012年上半年投产后，每吨可节省50美元成本（约147令吉）。

他说：“未来2年，柏华嘉控股的财务表现还是很平淡无奇，但是随着我们保守估计在接下来半年的贡献后，该公司有望在2012财年勉强收支平衡。”

因此，分析员将柏华嘉控股的评级从“短线买入”上修至“买入”，目标价则从每股1.40令吉上调至1.82令吉。[NanYang]

原料漲價衝擊賺益‧柏華嘉次季由盈轉虧

（吉隆坡24日訊）市場放緩，再加鋼鐵原料漲價衝擊賺益，柏華嘉（PERWAJA, 5146, 主板工業產品組）截至2011年6月30日第二季由盈轉虧，淨虧損1千463萬令吉，前期獲利1千零26萬5千令吉。

半年虧3891萬
首半年也由盈轉虧，蒙虧3千891萬2千令吉，前期為淨利3千292萬8千令吉。

基於市場放緩，次季營業額下挫17.78%至3億8千247萬2千令吉，前期為4億6千519萬8千零吉；首半年下挫36.19%至8億零857萬7千令吉，前期為8億3千893萬4千令吉。

展望未來，柏華嘉認為公私領域推動下，未來建築活動蓬勃有助提振鋼鐵消費；惟原料價格逐年上漲，公司將想方設法減緩鋼鐵價格波動之衝擊，包括探尋收購鐵礦石廠之契機或搜尋本地鐵礦石制鋼。

該廠也將建球結礦廠，以期減緩進口材料的依賴，避免受原料價格波動衝擊和減低生產成本。

錦記鋼鐵次季虧648萬
與此同時，母公司錦記鋼鐵（KINSTEL, 5060, 主板工業產品組）同期由盈轉虧，淨虧648萬1千令吉，前期淨利817萬7千令吉；首半年由盈轉虧1千零4萬5千令吉，前期獲利3千零72萬9千令吉。

次季營業額增長29.56%至4億8千546萬4千令吉，前期3億7千469萬1千零吉；首半年為10億4千106萬1千零吉，前期為9億1千509萬2千令吉。（星洲日報／財經）

我的问题如下：
1) 今天(22/02/2012)一开市就跌了0.145，它是用来换warrant了？像其它股发股息时，也会跌的？
2）我是用HLEbroking的，买了35lots，它是二送一，我得到17lots?
3）那新发的warrant又是什么价钱呢？


因为寻找不到相关的贴，所以自己发帖问。
希望经验老鸟指教，我菜鸟感激不尽

    你有些搞错了。。。1st this is not 送。。是 建议卖。。price is rm1 per loans stock..
2 nd 这个是债卷。loans ..不是warrant.....

    got you got the offer to buy the loans stock shares....mean you got 2units get 1 unit offer of rm1 loans stock share.... you need to use money to buy it...

    ok you also got free warrant.... but also the right issue... sorry as you not show all the information.. i today only check myself then know....
it got 2 entitelement... one is offer for sell 2nd is free warrant...

什么是 LOAN STOCK? 我已经知道代号，公告里写 是"PERWAJA-LR"，它是以什么价格开市？RM1.00?不太可能吧？

loans stock =债卷股票。。比凭单好的。。。认购价是rm1 有 7% 股息。。
LR 时认购表格。。如你不要申请可以把你的认购权卖了。。。大多是上市1个礼拜。。
正式上市的回是perwaja-la
建议卖了LR。。等perwaja-la 上市了如有低过rm1 可以买来收。。

    是的。。但两者有些不同。。前者是不担保（unsecure) 后者是担保( secure)的股票债 perwaja 的是7年的。。

    等那个认购权表格股上市。。perwaja-LR 那你就可以卖了如你不要。。申请LA。。
