Pictureworks港海洋公园合作4年

（吉隆坡12日讯）PUC（PUC，0007，创业板）正在收购33%股权的Pictureworks控股，与香港海洋公园缔结4年独家合作协议。

PUC日前向马交所报备，图像采集和分销平台服务供应商Pictureworks控股，和海洋公园从上月开始合作，直到2022年5月31日，负责提供数字图像产品，以及相关的系统和服务。

PUC表示，这项新合作案不影响正在进行的收购计划，条件不变，预计下季完成收购。

为了进一步扩大业务范围和多元化营业额来源，PUC在去年12月27日时，宣布以5280万令吉，收购Pictureworks控股的33%股权，进军图像采集领域。

同时，后者也担保，在在2018和2019财年，能分别取得1480万令吉和2050万令吉的净利。【e南洋】

PUC乐园影像服务3年合约
今年9月生效

（吉隆坡9日讯）PUC（PUC，0007，创业板）正收购33%股权的Pictureworks控股，与世茂集团旗下的上海淘迪旅游咨询达成协议，为“世茂Hello Kitty上海滩时光之旅”室内主题乐园项目，提供为期3年的独家影像服务及影像衍生品销售业务。

PUC向交易所报备，该主题乐园预计会在今年9月营运，因此，这项为期3年的协议将在同期生效。

Pictureworks总执行长郑宇媗在文告中指出，该公司将利用最先进的创新影像技术，提供高效与优质的个性化影像和衍生服务，提升乐园整体游乐体验。

该公司也为多个国际知名的主题乐园，提供优质影像服务，如大马乐高乐园、日本乐高乐园、遍布全球多地的KidZania等等。

PUC是在去年杪宣布，以5280万令吉收购Pictureworks控股的33%股权，预计在今年次季完成，同时能从中获得今明两年的盈利担保，分别1480万令吉和2050万令吉净利。

财务总监辞职

另一方面，PUC财务总监李佩仪，以个人理由辞职，即日生效。

PUC称，这不会影响公司的财务运作，因为财务总管邝俊强，将会监督集团的金融与会计事物。 【e南洋】

（吉隆坡12日讯）PUC（PUC，0007，创业板）旗下RedHot媒体私人有限公司，已与佳礼网络私人有限公司签约，以进行交叉营销，巩固公司在各领域的立足点。

PUC今日发表文告，通过这份为期一年的合作合约，RedHot媒体将成为佳礼论坛、网站、手机应用程序等的首选广告和媒体代理。

RedHot媒体将为佳礼设计横跨品牌、创意设计、媒体计划活动，通过传统和数字媒体平台，推广给更多大马人。
