購地進軍種植業‧全球科技上市折價1.5仙

（吉隆坡31日訊）全球科技（GLOTEC，5220，主板工業產品組）首日上市交易以12仙平盤報開，最終以折價1.5仙作收，掛10.5仙收市。

該公司以上市參考12仙平盤報開，首宗成交量441萬股，最高價12仙，一度折價2仙，終場掛10.5仙，跌1.5仙，全日成交量1億4千567萬6千900股。

合併後續拓展核心業務
該公司執行主席拿督吳添泉在上市儀式的新聞發佈會上透露，合併後除了持續拓展3家公司固有的核心業務，亦打算購地進軍種植業，主要目標地點以沙巴為主，印尼其次。

該公司是由金馬企業（Temasek Formation）收購3家上市公司，即汽車工業有限公司（AIC）、億達控股（JOTECH）及歐多威企業（AutoV）合併後易名組成。整合後，該公司業務涵蓋大馬、印尼及中國，業務涉及汽車工業、醫療設備、半導體和資源工業等領域。

目前該公司在亞洲區共有12間工廠，國內9間，印尼2間，中國1間。大馬業務以汽車工業及半導體為主，中國及印尼均為汽車工業。中國業務為聯營作業，該公司持有60%股份，其餘40%為中國夥伴所有。

他表示，目前該公司海外貢獻少於15%的營業額，資本開銷預計至少3千萬令吉，未來若還有其他拓展計劃，將依據狀況提昇開銷預算。

他補充，該公司亦在山打根持有2千200英畝油棕種植地，以及一個印尼煤礦場。

針對印尼欲增加礦產原料出口稅是否影響其煤礦場運作，他表示該礦場還未開發，目前還在觀察市場價格，並不打算出口，因此不會構成影響。

未打算增持股權
對於合併後是否有意增加持股權，他表示這是他個人意願的問題，目前還未有打算增加股權。

“我們對今日的股價表現感到滿意，未來會持續拓展業務加強公司表現。”

全球科技的首次公開售股（IPO）涉及每股面值10仙、總共52億7千萬股股票，繳足資本為5億2千736萬令吉。以每股售價12仙計，該公司市值超過6億3千萬令吉。（星洲日報／財經）

才六天而已，我直接買進 rm 0.100 和它一起成長，除非武裝部隊基金賣票了，我也可能不長期投資此股票。

才新上市九天而已  
我是講，如果市埸還是這種交易，沒交易量，又加上 5220 的買賣交易不上也不下，不丟也不買，這種現象，除非公司有新的進展，否則的話，資金肯定會銷死一年多以上。

我目標 rm 0.500 (發白日夢)

这种1毛股会被庄看上的吧。新股等套利/卖压消耗完了就有望北上。技术反弹也好。

这股皆至目前的好消息是掌陀人增持股票至17.66％。如果对公司前景没信心干嘛增持？另一个好消息是武装基金购入5.69％股票变大股东。

一般來講，就是有新合約工程和買賣交易，否則如此不經過股東大會，就直接買進這間公司。
