扩大集装箱船队 昇阳船务下季可获利

（巴生26日讯）尽管现财年首半年面对艰巨挑战，但昇阳船务机构（SYSCorp，5173，主板贸服股）乐观看待余下季度表现，因公司仍在扩大马来西亚半岛-沙巴-砂拉越贸易航线的集装箱船队服务。

公司已经为现有船队增添1个新成员———MV Danum159，价值3500万令吉；同时，公司计划于5月份再增添1艘更大的集装箱船———Danum160，市值4000万令吉。

昇阳船务机构是向瑞裕（Swee Joo）子公司———佐汉船务（Johan Shipping）购买Danum159，然后根据船只的规格翻新，以及配备最新技术。

昇阳船务机构董事经理林昌陞表示，Danum159是公司的第17艘集装箱船，很快就会增添第18艘集装箱船。

林昌陞在记者会上说：“随着公司不断增加集装箱船并规划全新的集装箱船队、提升集装箱设备及人力资本发展，我们将可为客户提供更好的服务。”

配合上述发展大计，公司有信心可在截至今年6月30日止财年获得盈利。

截至去年12月杪首半年，公司净亏334万7000令吉，上财年同期则净赚2765万1000令吉。

林昌陞说：“我们有信心可以在总结现财年时取得盈利。如果船务市场有改善，肯定可以取得更多盈利。”[南洋网财经]

昇阳船务看好造船维修业务

（古晋11日讯）昇阳船务机构（SYSCORP，5173，主板贸服股）表示，对船只制造和维修业务前景感到乐观。

公司财务总监林理查（译音）接受《星报》访问时表示，公司持有总值7亿6200万令吉的船只建造合约；其中大部分是在今年获颁。

“目前的船只建造订单，足以让公司忙碌两年，我们也积极开拓新商机及竞标新工程。”

其中达洋企业（DAYANG，5141，主板贸服股）子公司DESB海事服务私人有限公司，在上周颁发总值7000万令吉合约予昇阳船务机构子公司———昇阳船坞私人有限公司，以兴建一艘岸外作业船。

林理查表示，船坞提升工程完成后，增强公司的造船能力；目前，公司更专注于建造大型船只。

“另外，也有更多船只停靠接受保养和维修，让公司的船只维修业务按年扬升15%。”

在6月30止的2013财年，公司共维修了390艘船只，其中144艘在末季完成。

昇阳船务机构的船只建造和维修业务，在2013财年净利按年从690万令吉，增至760万令吉，而营业额则按年从1亿7780万令吉增至3亿440万令吉，涨幅达70%。

另一方面，公司船运业务营业额，则从5亿3770万令吉，增至6亿150万令吉。

林理查就此表示，由于东马运至西马的运输量增加，让公司货柜运输量，在过去一年录得超过20%涨幅。[南洋网财经]

The said shares subscription will not have any material effect on SYSCORP’s share capital, substantial shareholders’ shareholdings, earnings and net assets for the financial year ending 30 June 2014. The consideration for the shares subscription was funded by internally generated funds. 升陽船務財團獲逾3億合約

（吉隆坡17日訊）升陽船務（SYSCORP，5173，主板貿服組）與中國港灣集團所組財團，獲得民都魯港口（BIPORT，5032，主板貿服組）頒給3億1千111萬4千零52令吉的港口建築工程。

根據文告，民都魯港口屬下三馬拉如工業區港口公司已發出中標函予Pekerjaan Piasau Konkerit公司和CHEC建築公司，兩者分別隸屬升陽船務與中國港灣集團。（星洲日報／財經）

升陽船務135萬購印尼公司

（吉隆坡3日訊）升陽船務（SYSCORP,5173,主板貿服組）以49億印尼盾（約135萬令吉）現金向PT KeranaLine收購PT Baruna Adiprasetya（BAP）的49%股權。

BAP從事安排船運、貨運和報關行業務。此收購是配合升陽船務在國際市場擴大船務業務的策略。

合順油氣（UMWOG,5243,主板貿服組）宣佈，該公司取得一項總值2千萬美元（約6千400萬令吉）工程合約，以在菲律賓油田提供升降式鑽機及相關服務。

該公司文告指出，該公司獨資子公司-合順岸外鑽油有限公司，獲得Frontier石油機構頒於上述合約，以便在菲律賓峇拉旺岸外的KJF油田SC50座的KJF-1以及KJF-2設施提供升降式鑽機及相關服務。

文告指出，該公司將在上述合約使用新的UMW NAGA-7鑽機設備，後者是在中國深圳製造。

上述工程合約為期120天，擁有進一步延長180天的選擇權，並在2015年1月中動工。（星洲日報／財經）

1.      INTRODUCTION The Board of Directors of Shin Yang Shipping Corporation Berhad (666062-A) (“SYSCORP”), wishes to announce that its 99.50% owned subsidiary PT. Shinline ("PT SL") had acquired the 49% shareholding in BAP from the existing vendor, PT. Perusahaan Pelayaran Samudra Karana Line (“PT Karana Line”) on 1st July 2014 of 4,900,000 ordinary shares of IDR1,000.00 each for a purchase price of IDR4,900,000,000.00 (equivalent to approximately RM1.35 million) (“Purchase Consideration”) to be satisfied via cash payment. BAP is engaged in the operation of arrangement of transportation of freight and cargo and forwarding agency. 4.      PURCHASE CONSIDERATION The Purchase Consideration is arrived at on a “willing-buyer willing-seller” basis based on the nominal par value of the shares in BAP. The Purchase Consideration is to be satisfied entirely by cash through internally generated funds. 5.      RATIONALE BAP is a private limited liability company which principally served in shipping transportation of freight and cargo and forwarding agency. 昇阳船务巩固印尼业务

（古晋30日讯）昇阳船务机构（SYSCORP，5173，主板贸服股）在购下印尼货运服务公司后，计划进一步巩固印尼沿海船务业务。

昇阳船务机构财务总监林鹏隆接受《星报》访问时表示，公司在3个月前，就已在印尼提供船务服务，主要在港口之间，运送动物饲料与食品产品。

至于早前计划在下半年起，提供矿产运输服务事宜，昇阳船务机构现阶段暂时未有定案。

本月初，昇阳船务机构持股99.5%印尼子公司Shinline，以135万令吉，向印尼船务公司Perus PelayaranSamudra Karana Line（简称PPSKL）购下Baruna Adipras（简称BAP）的49%股权。

BAP主要业务为货运安排及运输代理商联系。

林鹏隆说，公司已在民都鲁的沙马拉祖（Samalaju）港口展开船务服务，该港口将在2016年次季全面运作，为沙马拉祖工业园的能源密集工业提供服务。

沙马拉祖港口今年的货运量可达45万公吨。

“昇阳船务机构目前为沙马拉祖港口提供建材运送服务，不仅如此，公司旗下的建筑臂膀昇阳集团，也获颁沙马拉祖港口的两项主要建筑工程。”【南洋网财经】
