打造电脑精品大学 必达量冀争取私人界商机

（吉隆坡24日讯）必达量（PRESBHD，5204，主板贸服股）希望旗下以电脑课程为主的精品大学（Boutiquecomputing university），能为公司在私人领域争取到更多商机。

《星报》报道，必达量创办人兼集团执行主席阿布哈山表示，公司有许多计划，包括开设以电脑课程为主的精品大学。

他希望大学能为公司带来重复性收入，也希望在私人领域争取更多商机。

阿布哈山白说：“大学会在明年次季迎来第一批学生，预计开课第一天即可赚钱。”

目前，必达量提供资讯与通讯工艺（ICT）认证、培训课程和软件。

服务对象主要来自政府部门，特别是本地大学生和政府部门。

根据侨丰投资研究的分析报告，必达量超过90%的营业额来自政府部门。

看好业绩前景
另外，阿布哈山表示：“我们在刚过去的季度表现良好，预计未来季度也会很好。”

截至2012年9月30日第3季，必达量净赚1020万令吉，营业额报3530万令吉。

首9个月净利上涨17%至2690万令吉，软件执照分销与管理及培训与认证业务均取得增长。

阿布哈山说，公司的业务以大型公司为主，因此成功与小型业者区隔。

他表示，经常被人问及公司的订单总值有多少，但必达量不是建筑公司。

“对我们而言，最重要的是业务可持续发展。消费者必须常更新软件和认证，购买了我们的产品后也必须经常接受培训。这是公司订单未能反映的部分。”[Nanyang]

柏斯達亮獲480億培訓合約

（吉隆坡18日訊）柏斯達亮（PRESBHD，5204，主要板貿易）旗下子公司柏斯達亮系統有限公司已獲財政部批准，進行價值480萬令吉的石油與天然氣工業工程的專業技術培訓。

根據國家關鍵經濟指標（NKEA），油氣領域料在2020年協助推高國家收入至2410億令吉，每年增長率5%。因此需要額外5萬2300名，至少40%擁有工程和地質學專業知識的技術人員。

這項為期3個月，價值480萬令吉的培訓計劃，放眼為油氣業培訓360名大學畢業生、高級文憑和文憑持有人，獲取油氣領域的專業知識。[ChinaPress]

柏斯達亮總執行長阿布哈山博士指出：“馬大資訊工程（UniMy）預計將可貢獻公司營業額，我向來都相信有素質的教育將可獲利。”

他預計，馬大資訊工程可貢獻柏斯達亮2016財年淨利的25%至30%。

他認為，馬大資訊工程將可提供穩定的經常收入，繼而提升公司整體的業務。

股海宝藏：必达量茁壮成长

必达量（PRESBHD，5204，主板贸服股）于2011年7月上市，是我国资讯科技领域的主要业者。

该集团的核心业务是训练和软件分销，提供资讯科技训练和文凭课程，以及分销合法软件以及管理服务。

必达量为成年人以及终身学习者提供训练和文凭课程，至今已训练超过12万名在资讯科技和油气领域的职员。

自从创立以来，该集团已分销和管理超过200万份合法软件。

此外，该集团也与软件公司合作，以在全国提供超过40个文凭课程。

在2012年，必达量独资子公司———必达量教育私人有限公司，已获得高教部批准，兴建一间高等教育私立学院。该公司在致给大马交易所文件中表示，该私立学院将名称“大马电脑科技与工程大学”。

现金流动强大

必达量现在也开发其他属于本地的文凭课程，例如工艺英语、回教金融及绿色科技。

截至2012财年，必达量的现金为5960万令吉，相等于每股27仙。

由于资本开销不再增加（2010至2012财年的平均资本开销为2700万令吉）以及拥有强大现金流动（2010至2012财年的平均营运净现金流为2700万令吉），所以财务将进一步加强，有能力于2013财年派发丰厚的股息。

于2011和2012财年，必达量分别将净利的59%和49%派发给股东。

根据侨丰投资研究的报告，必达量2012财年的营收为1亿1101万令吉，按年微跌1.5%，主要是因为公司训练和文凭课程营收减少。

无论如何，2012财年的核心盈利按年跃升10.9%至3730万令吉，归功于当年有更好的赚幅。

在季度业绩方面，2012财年第四季营收，按年减少25.7%以及按季减少31.4%，至2420万令吉，主要是因为收账速度放缓。

不过，该公司第四季的净利按季增1.65%，而按年则跌1.7%至1040万令吉。这是因为在这季度必须花费一笔过的资金，兴建大马电脑科技与工程大学。

必达量宣布派发每股3仙的年终股息，使全年每股股息为10仙，意味着它慷慨地将盈利的59%充作派息，而这一财年的周息率超过8.2%。

两年周息率逾9%

由于必达量是属于轻型资产的商业模式，所以，侨丰预测该公司于2013和2014财年，将分别派发11仙和12仙的股息，意味着在未来两个财年，周息率将介于9%至9.8%。

侨丰和大众投资银行，继续喜欢必达量的长期基本因素，以及吸引人的估值。

随着大马电脑科技与工程大学的设立，预料每年将为公司带来1500万至2000万令吉盈利。

管理层也表示，正在致力争取更多油气领域的训练工作。

尽管该公司在过度依赖政府合约，令到投资者暂时对它却步，但是一旦全国大选过后，相信会成为其中一个被上修的公司。

必达量目前是在2013财年本益比6倍的水平交易，比同侪折价62%。

此外，过度依赖政府合约的风险因素，会被高周息率、持续赚钱以及稳健财务情况的利好因素冲淡。

打进油气业培训市场

必达量从财政部手中赢获价值达480万令吉合约，为油气领域计划执行专业技术课程。虽然这个合约数目不大，但是一项正面发展，意味着它已经成功打进油气业的训练市场。

在国家关键经济区（NKEA）发展计划下，被列为关键范围之一的油气领域，放眼在工程及地质学领域中拥有约5万2000名技术工人，当中至少40%为合格专业人士。

风险因素
1.高度依赖政府合约（去年占集团营收的70%以上）
2.缺乏内部开发的课程以便与同侪区分。无论如何，该公司已计划将业务多元至海外，特别是中东，以及在未来推介更多内部课程。此外，该公司最近也涉及石油及天然气领域的训练，以及设立一所新大学，这将可以逐步减少依赖政府合约。[南洋网财经]

收入穩定業務亮眼 柏斯達亮漲28仙寫新高

（吉隆坡15日訊）柏斯達亮（PRESBHD，5204，主要板貿易）首獲券商評估，看好公司業務及股價未來成長潛能，股價大受激勵勁漲創新高。

柏斯達亮甫開市即取得開門紅，以15仙漲幅迎市，掛1.69令吉，過后盤中股價步步高升，先跨越上市以來最高水平后再攀至1.86令吉新高，一度高漲32仙或21%！

休市時，柏斯達亮漲稍收窄至28仙，不過仍掛1.82令吉，半日共1001萬2300股易手，為早盤漲幅最多股項之一；閉市時，柏斯達亮漲28仙，掛1.82令吉，成交量1180萬700股。

聯昌證券研究分析師首度評估該股，該行在報告指出，柏斯達亮為國內最大型的資訊科技培訓及軟件執照服務供應商，目前60%營業額為持續性收入，現有服務及新資訊科技大學UniMy帶動下，料可達16%的3年平均每股盈利年複成長率（CAGR）。

他指出，上述16%成長率比業內8%來得高，股息回酬率也保持在超過7%水平，更多大型合約及UniMy高入學率皆可推動股價。

“除了持續性收入佔營業額約60%，為最穩定收入來源，另一潛在成長動力是該公司旗下油氣業務，儘管現階段比重仍小，仍是未來長期強勁發展的重要潛能。”

至于UniMy大學，分析師認為，倘若一切順利，該大學可在2015年擁有2000名學生，屆時將為公司帶來1200萬令吉至1500萬令吉的長期收入。

土著企業柏斯達亮（PRESBHD，5204，主要板貿易）首季淨利揚12.23%，同時派息2.50仙，加上極具吸引力的股息收益率，我們預計股東可持續在未來幾個季度中獲利。

截至2013年3月31日，柏斯達亮首季淨利揚12.23%，至900萬300令吉，營業額按年跌3.2%，至2619萬7000令吉。

稅前盈利同報900萬300令吉，按年揚12.23%，每股盈利達4.09仙，去年同期為3.65仙；我們相信，柏斯達亮營業額按年跌3.2%，主要因為季節性因素所影響。

該公司首季業績表現雖弱，但依然符合市場預期，看好公司未來前景表現，我們給予該股“跑贏大市”評級，並維持本益比及2.79令吉目標價。

我們預計，柏斯達亮股息收益率將維持6%或以上，資訊通訊科技訂單亦將好于預期；最主要的是，該公司旗下馬大資訊工程（UniMy）亦起了催化股價上揚的作用。

馬大資訊工程將在今年7月招收新生，如果一切順利的話，相信該公司有望于2015年，達成招收200名學生的目標。

柏斯達亮亦將在明日，舉行2013財年首季業績分析師簡報會。

获公积金局加码　必斯达亮前景亮丽

（吉隆坡7日讯）僱员公积金局宣布增持必斯达亮（PRESBHD，5204，主板贸服股），成为大股东，加上该公司亮丽的前景和具吸引力的周息率，联昌国际投行分析员將该公司列为首选中小资本股。       

公积金局在周四宣布增持必斯达亮股权，將持股提高至1140万股或5.2%。与此同时，必斯达亮早前也参与联昌国际的巡迴活动，到新加坡会见基金经理。基金经理的关注焦点主要是必斯达亮的工艺资讯科技大学--马来西亚电脑科技及工程大学（UNIMY）的进展。这家即將在7月开课的大学，目標招收300位基础课程学生，並在9月招收另外300名学士课程学生。

僱员公积金局通常不会投资小资本股，因此，获得该机构的青睞，为必斯达亮加分不少。而在与基金的会面时，也获得许多正面的评价。

虽然在5月初得大选之后，必斯达亮的股价已显著增长，不过，联昌国际投行分析员仍看好该股，並建议逢低买入。分析员认为，必斯达亮目前处于8.3倍本益比估值仍算便宜，此外，在股价走高之后，该公司的周息率仍维持在6-7%，相当有吸引力。

必斯达亮今日上涨11仙或5.91%，至1.97令吉，全天成交量达264万股。

另外，必斯达亮在1月杪与大马电脑科学与工程大学合作的大专教育设施，与UoM Commercial有限公司签署合作协议，以提供大学工程服务。这项协议在今年6月6日生效，截止日期为2016年5月31日。

在这项合作协议下，UoM Commercial有限公司將提供大学外来考官服务、质量保证諮询服务，以及实习和研究机会。

Description	PRESTARIANG BERHAD ("Prestariang" or "the Company") Collaboration Agreement entered into between University Malaysia of Computer Science and Engineering and UoM Commercial Ltd
INTRODUCTION Subsequent to the announcement made on 31 January 2013, the Company is pleased to announce that University Malaysia of Computer Science and Engineering (“UniMy”), a tertiary education facility established under Prestariang Education Sdn. Bhd. (“PESB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Prestariang had on 6 June 2013 entered into a collaboration agreement (“Agreement”) with UoM Commercial Ltd (“UoMC”) for the purpose of providing project services to UniMY by UoMC. The Agreement shall be effective from 6 June 2013 and shall end on 31 May 2016. OBJECTIVE OF COLLABORATION UoMC had agreed to provide the following services to UniMY:- External examiner service On an annual basis, UoMC will provide external examiner services to UniMY. These services will include the following: (a) Review end-of-semester examination papers for agreed subjects each semester in a timely and secure manner, providing timely feedback as required. (b)Travel to the campus of UniMy for a period of five (5) business days in order to review the semester assessment, marking sheets, and examination process for the curriculum. (c)Write a report on the examination process of UniMy at the completion of the academic year. (d) To facilitate the provision of external examiner services, UniMy will provide any necessary documents to the key personnel, including their curriculum, example examination scripts, and marking schemes. Quality assurance consultancy services UoMC will provide quality assurance consultancy services to UniMy with the goal of assisting UniMy in creating a culture of rigorous self-analysis and review, from which continuous improvement initiatives are identified and implemented. These services will include a comprehensive review of existing policies and procedures of UniMy, and suggestions for such new policies and procedures as are necessary to put in place an annual cycle of planning, performance monitoring, quality assurance and reporting at UniMy. These services will be provided on an annual basis including a review visit, at a time convenient to both UniMy and UoMC. A quality assurance report will be provided on an annual basis. Other general services will include the followings:- Review of curriculum; Engagement of engineers without borders; Capstone project; Assist in the interview of PhD student applicants; and Documentation and compliance. Internships & Research Opportunities UniMY and UoMC wish to record their intention to, at a later date, exchange services in relation to the provision of internship opportunities for students as well as opening up opportunities for joint research projects for students and staff. It is envisaged that students from UniMy will be provided with internship opportunities with industry partners in Melbourne. In return, it is envisaged that UniMy will provide internships for University of Melbourne students with industry partners in Malaysia. The evaluation of potential projects will be conducted in the first instance by UoMC. It is envisaged that this may most suitably completed during UoMC on-campus visits in Malaysia. EFFECTS ON FINANCIAL, SHARE CAPITAL AND SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDERS’ SHAREHOLDINGS The Agreement is part of the future plan of Prestariang to improve and benchmark its standard which would bring the effect of contributing positively to the future earnings, net assets per share and gearing of Prestariang Group. Such collaboration will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholding of Prestariang. DIRECTORS’ AND/OR SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDERS’ INTEREST None of the Directors and/or substantial shareholders or any person connected to the Directors and/or substantial shareholders of Prestariang has any interest, either direct or indirect in the Agreement. DIRECTORS’ STATEMENT The Board of Directors of Prestariang is of the opinion that the Agreement is in the ordinary course of business and of the best interest of Prestariang Group.
