鲁斯特工业5 送4凭单

（吉隆坡14日讯）鲁斯特工业（Luster，5068，主板工业产品股）建议私下配售最高2亿7000万股新普通股，每股面值10仙，相等于24.8%缴足股本。

鲁斯特工业配合上述私下配售，以每5股普通股送4张凭单，送出最高2亿1600万张凭单。

鲁斯特工业在文告中表示，上述新股将配售给独立第三方投资者，身份稍后会再公布。私配新股发售价的折价将不超过5天交易量加权平均价格（VWAP）的10%，并且不低于面值10仙。

假设私配指标发售价为每股10仙，公司预期可从私配集资约2700万令吉。

所筹集到的资金中1790万4000令吉将在3个月内赎回债券；879万6000令吉作鲁斯特工业与子公司的营运资本、其余30万令吉需支付私配新股送凭单相关开销。

鲁斯特工业今年6月12日完成重组计划、并将在连续两季取得净利后向马交所申请脱离PN17行列。

投機炒作‧魯斯特交投熱

（吉隆坡14日訊）PN17公司魯斯特工業（LUSTER，5068，主板工業產品組）因投機性炒作交投熱絡，以3千350萬零600股成為全場成交量第六大股項，起0.5仙或4.76%到11仙。

該股早盤時，一度成為全場第二大熱門的股項，股價一度起1仙到11.5仙；魯斯特工業憑單（LUSTER-WA，5068WA，憑單）也同樣受追捧，一度躍升1.5仙至7.5仙，惟後來漲幅收窄，終場起0.5仙或8.33%到6.5仙，該股以1千958萬2千800股，成為全場第十大熱門股。

一名資深抽傭經紀表示，魯斯特工業無重大消息，因此，市場投機客可能隨傳言買股，再隨事實售股。

“私下配售不是甚麼特別的事，個人投資者因消息買股，操作者將隨事實售股，這樣的交易活動非常不道德，大馬交易所應該終止這樣的行為。＂

魯斯特工業早前建議私下配售高達2億7千萬股股票或佔現有股項的24.8%股權，同時，派送2億1千500萬單位憑單，每股私下配售價將不低過10仙。

根據魯斯特工業的財務員，該公司已向大馬交易所提出私下配售的申請，但交易所仍未批准，一般上，交易所需約2個月來批准申請。

連兩季錄得淨利
有望擺脫PN17
該公司也向交易所申請，在公佈截至2012年12月31日的季度財報後，脫離PN17公司的行列。

該公司過去至少連續兩季錄得淨利，令該公司有望擺脫PN17公司地位。

該公司在截至去年6月30日的財政年，寫下3千190萬令吉淨利，惟截至去年9月30日，僅獲得淨利62萬8千令吉。（星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡14日訊）LUSTER工業（LUSTER，5068，主要板工業）去年6月已完成重組計劃，並已在今日向馬證交所提呈申請，以脫離PN17公司行列。

該公司今日向馬證交所報備，已委任肯納格投資銀行，代為提呈上述申請。

在提出這項申請前，Luster工業已連續2季獲利，符合脫離PN17公司申請資格。

下周脱离PN17 鲁斯特工业一度飙10%

（吉隆坡15日讯）鲁斯特工业（Luster，5068，主板工业产品股）获大马交易所批准，在下周一（18日）正式脱离PN17行列。

鲁斯特工业昨日宣布，由于公司已完成企业重组计划，因此已呈交申请予马交所，以脱离PN17的行列，而马交所则在今日正式批准是项申请。

受到利好消息激励，鲁斯特工业今日价量齐升，盘中一度上涨10%至11仙，闭市时以10.5仙挂收，涨0.5仙或5%，成交量有2576万7500股。

2012财年转盈

鲁斯特工业在去年6月12日完成重组，当时曾表示若取得连续两个季度的净利，则将申请脱离PN17行列。

截至2012年9月30日的第三季，该公司成功转亏为盈录得62万8000令吉净利，上财年同期为123万令吉净亏损。

第四季方面，相较于上财年的199万令吉的净亏损，公司净利达75万3000令吉，推动2012财年净利达3024万令吉，挥别2011财年时650万令吉净亏损的窘境。

据了解，鲁斯特公司新购入的子公司，以及债权人撤销公司的债务和利息，均有效激励公司净利表现。

马交所是在2008年5月将鲁斯特公司纳入PN17行列，当时后者的股东权益为2519万令吉，较公司截至2007年12月31日的6118万令吉缴足股本少了一半。

而后，该公司在2009年7月推出重组计划，包括削资、股票分拆、附加股、私配等企业活动，成功摆脱颓势。[南洋网财经]

（吉隆坡25日讯）刚于上周一脱离PN17作业守则地位的高精密塑胶配件与零件制造商鲁斯特工业有限公司（LUSTER，5068，工业产品组），将采取步骤以确保不会陷入5年前的相同财务窘境。

该公司不只将加速其高精密塑料配件与零件制造核心业务，同时也探讨进军医疗业，生产抛弃式针头和注射器等产品。

该集团执行董事梁伟基（译音）告诉The Edge财经日报：“鲁斯特工业正策划进军医疗业。目前，它正与一个现有客户合作，制造塑料配件零件供应一项生命科学计划。这将成为一个平台，让鲁斯特工业进入医疗业。”

梁氏指出，投资于医疗业将在未来3至5年积极拓展，因这些产品的供应拥有高盈利利润。该公司也准备获得环球证书ISO 13485，从而铺路让它成为一个主要医疗产品制造商。

他补充：“新设备和生产建筑扩建成立消毒室和铺设环氧树脂，将给予鲁斯特工业进军医疗工业一个好的开始。”

在现有高精密塑料配件与零件制造核心业务方面，鲁斯特工业已投资于新设备如溅射工序、机械化和旋转喷射设备、激光制造工序、自动化丝印和四色覆盖印刷等。

梁氏称：“鲁斯特工业将可提供增值程序予其客户们。加上新扩建消毒室、控制室注射铸模程序和环氧树脂地坪，鲁斯特工业将可加速制造价值连锁，从而加强和维持其盈利水平。”

鲁斯特工业的其他业务是其于3年前开始参与的汽车零件制造。这个部门包括了制造车头和车尾灯，现仅提供少于10%的集团收益。

梁氏指出，该公司计划积极推动这项业务，以成为区域内主要汽车零件和配件制造厂商之一。“马来西亚汽车业未来数年的前景将会更佳和更看俏。”

一個月股價倍增‧魯斯特交投熱絡

（吉隆坡4日訊）身價在短短一個月內倍增的魯斯特工業（LUSTER，5068，主板工業產品組），昨日（週二）繼續以多達1億零591萬6千400股躍升全場成交量第二大股項，惟銳氣略減，全天受回調擺佈，黑臉作收。

週一高居成交量榜首並高歌的魯斯特工業和魯斯特工業WA（LUSTER-WA，5068WA，憑單），昨日士氣大落，母股以23.5仙平盤開市後一直在低位掙扎，一度挫1.5仙至22仙最低點，最終難敵下壓，終場報23仙，跌0.5仙。

魯斯特工業WA早盤原本繼續高歌，以起0.5仙至14仙後，一度被追高到14.5仙，但最終卻樂極生悲，反挫0.5仙到13仙，成交量達3千187萬5千400股。

魯斯特工業和魯斯特工業憑單週一母子受熱捧，母子分別以3億1千393萬4千100股和1億7千407萬1千300股趕在第一和第二成交量最大的榜中霸位，各起2仙至23.5和13.5仙。

值得一提的是，魯斯特工業前天（週一）的成交量幾乎相等於發行股本13億6千600萬股的23%，而該股身價自上個月來狂飆，相比當時的9仙，身價已飆升多達14.5仙至昨天的23仙，漲幅多達161%。

魯斯特工業WA亦隨母股起舞，週一大起17.4%或2仙至13.5仙，創下去年6月上市以來最高水平。

（吉隆坡7日訊）本週交投熱烈股項之一的LUSTER工業（LUSTER，5068，主要板工業）在私下配售計劃下，出現兩大股東認購14.88%股權，利好消息帶動全日交投熱烈，位居10大熱門股之一。

LUSTER工業今早開市平盤報22.5仙，股價走勢平平無奇，但交投熱烈，截至休市時，該股微跌0.5仙，掛22仙，成交量多達5287萬8300股。

閉市時，LUSTER工業同報22仙，成交量達1億5505萬2000股，位居10大熱門股榜榜首。

根據馬證交所資料顯示，韋秀恆（譯音）共購得LUSTER工業7000萬股，相等于5.11%股權；而林秀阮（譯音）則購得1億3383萬股，相等于9.77%股權。

LUSTER工業去年配合公司重組計劃，私下配售多達2億7000萬股新股，相等于該公司24.8%繳足股本，同時以每認購5股則送4憑單，派發多達2億1600萬張憑單。

傳3買家聯手 欲購LUSTER工業

（吉隆坡19日訊）有消息指出，3名競購吉打港口碼頭的買家，被指欲聯合收購近期交投火熱的LUSTER工業（LUSTER，5068，主要板工業）。

“馬新社”引述消息指出，相信上述3個買家已分別向持有LUSTER工業19%股權的董事經理林施傑（譯音），及持有17%股權的執行董事黃鬆喜（譯音）展開洽談。

吉打港口是連接浮羅交怡島與吉打的碼頭。

“馬新社”報導說，其中一個買家傳是土著鉅富丹斯里賽莫達的公司Puncak Semangat；其他2人為Manfield發展私人有限公司及Jalinan Muhibah私人有限公司。

Manfield發展及Jalinan Muhibah最后一次活躍于企業界，是晉身Northern Utility Resources私人有限公司（簡稱NUR）的股東。

LUSTER工業在截至3月底季度的財報成功轉虧為盈，錄得淨利50萬1000令吉，最近公司股票交投火熱，每日超過1億股易手。

根據馬證交所報備文件顯示，該公司進行私下配售后出現兩大股東，在5月30日，黃秀恆（譯音）收購7000萬股或5.11%股權，而林秀阮（譯音）則購下1億3383萬股或9.77%股權。

董事經理未接獲獻購 LUSTER工業母子熱爆全場

（吉隆坡20日訊）針對獲3買家聯合競購，LUSTER工業（LUSTER，5068，主要板工業）董事經理回應只有在接獲實質獻購才會有所行動；但消息已刺激今日交投火熱，休市前已有1億股交手，母子佔據熱門股榜首。

該公司董事經理林施傑（譯音）回應“馬新社”指出：“我常收到很多‘口頭”建議，不管是買其他公司或脫售我自己的公司，但從來沒有白紙黑字的列明。”

“針對上述消息，我只有在收到正式實質的獻購后，我才會決定、計劃或執行。”

目前，林施傑持有LUSTER工業19%股權，而執行董事黃鬆喜（譯音）則持17%股權，為公司主要股東。

昨日報導指出，傳有意聯合收購的3買家是土著鉅富丹斯里賽莫達的公司Puncak Semangat；其他2人為Manfield發展私人有限公司及Jalinan Muhibah私人有限公司。

儘管LUSTER工業及2憑單LUSTER工業-WA（LUSTER-WA，5068WA，主要板憑單）及LUSTER工業-WB（LUSTER-WB，5068WB，主要板憑單）均尾隨大市走低，但交投量卻是包辦熱門股榜三甲位置，其中母股LUSTER工業截至休市，共有1.4億股易手。
