（吉隆坡25日讯）OCK集团（OCK，0172，创业板）建议以1430万令吉的收购价，购入位于莎阿南的一片土地和三层高的厂房。

OCK集团是透过独资子公司OCK Setia向Gainvest企业（大马）私人有限公司，收购这片土地。

这项收购的资金是来自内部资金和银行贷款，这当中的比重将会在之后确定。

整项收购建议，预计可在2012年第四季完成。[Nanyang]

準備擴充洽融資 OCK明年轉戰主要板

（吉隆坡20日訊）積極接洽銀行融資的OCK集團（OCK，0172，創業板貿易服務股），為2013年業務擴充計劃做準備，明年轉戰主要板。

肯納格證券研究指出，OCK集團已開始接洽銀行融資，為業務擴充做準備，預計2013財年將建設100至150個電訊塔，刺激營業額增長20%至30%。

此外，OCK集團更預備在明年從創業板轉至主要板。

該行指出，轉至主要板將提升OCK集團形象，未來將增加更多交易機會。

OCK集團主要收入來自電訊網絡服務部門，該部門首9個月營業額報7790萬令吉，佔集團總營業額70%，該集團2012財年收入表現亮眼，首9個月淨利錄得1000萬令吉，已符合該行全年預測的93.5%。

隨同第3季業績發布，OCK集團也宣布派息0.5仙，管理層預備2012全財年派息1仙。

肯納格證券研究建議“買進”該股，目標價48仙；OCK集團7月以36仙價格上市，股價最高曾探50仙，但近期多在45仙上下盤旋，該行預期該股將在一定幅度內波動。

今日閉市，OCK集團揚1.5仙至46.5仙，成交量7萬5900股。[ChinaPress]

（蒲种2日讯）新上市的OCK集团（OCK，0172，创业板）的目标是在今年5月或6月，转至马交所主板上市。

该集团董事经理黄贞焜在接受传媒采访时说，今次的转板行动是夺取较多国内外业务的局部策略。

上述电讯网络服务供应商在过去数年中，其财务表现经已稳定下来。

他称：“我们有信心业务将会继续增长，尤其是目前是一家上市公司。我们对国内和全球市场的前景持乐观态度。”

预计明年收入将会有两位数的增长。

该公司预计，受益于分配4G长期演进的宽频下，将会有更多商机来提升和优化通讯站。

此外，该公司也将目光转向其他东南亚国家市场。目前，它正在越南投标一份合约，预计在2013年首季度公布结果。

黄氏指出，泰国有很多电讯基础设施商机，像OCK这样的承包商，在当地是有需求去协助提升电讯系统。

在最近的一份报告中，肯纳格证券研究行认为，OCK的转板行动，将会提高公司的知名度和增加夺取更多交易的机会。

转板助提升知名度

该研究行还透露，该公司的股价自今年7月18日首次公开募股以来，一直处于盘整阶段。

虽然该行表示，OCK集团的弱点之一是其市值较小，但是它的优点是一级市场中最大的业者。至于其他一级电讯网络供应商，分别是R＆A电讯集团（RA，0110，创业板），以及Instacom集团（INSTACO，0069，创业板）。

此外，肯纳格说，OCK集团在截至今年9月30日止首9个月的净利是1千万令吉，占该研究行全年预测的93.5％，因此它的今年全年业绩较预期出色。

据彭博社的数据显示，预计该集团在截至2012年12月31日止财政年度的收入，按年增长51.71％，至于下个财政年度的增长是24.63％。

黄氏称：“我们宣布派发0.5仙的第3季度股息，并计划在明年2月宣布派发2012财政年的末期股息。”

肯纳格指出，在整个2012财政年度中，我们得悉OCK集团的管理层拟派发末期息1仙，这意味着周息率是2.2％，派息比率为14.4％。

是不是宝。。 还早。。。 因为科技公司要很多R&D....到主板好事代表公司足够大了。。。。 但这一行的市场有限。。除非打出国外。。。。

也就是今天是RM1,明天转去主板还是RM1,不会搞什么附加股？
