（吉隆坡25日讯）Vizione控股（Vizione Holdings Bhd）在截至今年5月31日止第四季（2018财年第四季）净赚1100万令吉，写下新高记录，比上财年同期的18万3000令吉，按年狂飙60.4倍，归功于新收购子公司的建筑工程。

营业额也从2017财年末季的1610万令吉，按年弹升约6.9倍，至现财年同期的1亿1070万令吉。

该集团在2018财年净赚2620万令吉，比2017财年的59万8000令吉，按年剧增43.8倍。

2018财年营业额为4亿1320万令吉，较2017财年的4910万令吉，按年劲扬8.4倍。

展望未来，该集团预计会有更多机会，因为新政府在竞选宣言中计划在短期至中期内打造更多可负担房屋，即在两个任期内建造100万间可负担房屋。

Vizione说：“随着集团在去年10月份收购了Wira Syukur私人有限公司，集团有信心可从上述计划中受惠，因为Wira Syukur通过采用具有成本效益的建筑方法，在低成本和可负担房屋领域积累了丰富的经验。”

该集团的订单总值34.1亿令吉，足以忙碌至2022年。

该集团将继续在建筑和产业发展领域寻求新的业务流。

（吉隆坡18日讯）鉴于市场信心疲弱打压本地建筑业，Vizione Holdings Bhd正加快进军东南亚市场的计划。

董事经理拿督黄安辉表示，Vizione的目标是在2019年第三季之前参与印尼和越南的房屋及基础设施项目，比2020年的初步计划更早。

他今日出席股东常年大会后向记者说：“就大马而言，市场情绪依然疲弱。大型项目可能还要再等两年，等我国的财政状况稳健。”

他解释说：“我们一定会以联营合作为基础，开展海外房屋项目，而基础设施将任特许持有人的主要承包商。”

然而，他指出，Vizione仍有33亿令吉的未完成订单，足以让集团在未来4年忙碌。
