稽查報告完成‧福星沒不尋常交易

（吉隆坡24日訊）福星（ASUPREM，7070，主板工業產品組）特別稽查師——CH國際諮詢私人有限公司（CHI）已完成2011至2013財政年調查工作，並未發現2011和2012財政年有任何的不尋常銷售交易。
不過，該公司發文告指出，為數240萬令吉的期後回收款項（Subsequent Collection）將納入截至2015年5月31日止財政年賬目的其他收入欄。
同時，福星表示，集團在2014年5月28日向警方報案，並起訴前董事經理王大晉失責，導致該公司在截至2013年12月31日止財政年蒙受1千551萬令吉虧損，而高庭最終判決王大晉須賠償公司1千551萬令吉，以及5%常年利息。
福星是在2014年8月委任稽查師審核2011至2013財政年賬目。（星洲日報／財經）

競標政府計劃‧福星專注產業發展

（吉隆坡30日訊）福星（ASUPREM，7070，主板工業產品組）將投注更多資源於產業發展領域，並以競標政府計劃為主。
福星董事經理拿督黃安輝在股東大會後表示，公司接下來的計劃是更專注於產業發展領域，主要是以承包政府產業建築計劃為主。
該公司目前手上合約總值約1億零500萬令吉，大約完成了80%。
他說：“公司會嘗試競標更多政府建築工程，雖然政府工程的帳期較久，但是還是相對比私人領域公司可靠。”
該公司最近獲得Wira Syukur公司（WSSB）頒發3千850萬令吉的沙巴斗湖人民房屋計劃的二手承包工程。
他表示，公司來年會在巴生河流域一帶尋找適合產業發展計劃。“但管理層會謹慎的觀察市場狀況，畢竟現在大環境不是太樂觀。”
他也補充，該公司目前的管理層產業經驗都十分豐富，相信可以協助公司成功轉型。
福星之前是一所電子產品製造公司，目前正往產業界發展。水電安裝和建築佔該公司營業額90%。
詢及馬幣的疲弱是否對公司產生衝擊，黃安輝覺得影響不大，因為公司的電子製造業務已經縮小，大約只影響公司的10%營收。
截至今年5月杪的2月財報，該公司淨虧62萬2千令吉。
需時解決前朝遺留問題
福星暫時也沒有新的海外計劃，黃安輝表示，目前公司內部需要一些時間，解決之前管理層遺留的問題。
針對該公司起訴前董事經理王大晉一事，他表示主要的損失都發生在子公司方面，對於公司整體影響不大。
高庭最近判定該公司前董事經理王大晉要為該公司出現1千551萬損失負責，需要賠償1千551萬加上5%的利息。

福星獲沙巴8053萬合約

（吉隆坡3日訊）福星（ASUPREM，7070，主要板工業）接獲價值8053萬令吉分包合約，在沙巴古打毛律（Kota Belud）人民組屋（PPR）進行主要建築工程。
該公司向馬證交所報備，已開始多元化業務至建築業務，通過子公司福星建築私人有限公司獲得Kuasa Lumpadang私人有限公司發出意向書。該公司估計可從工程取得548萬令吉盈利，賺幅為6.8%。
根據協議，福星建築將供應材料、勞工、設備供設計和交付900單位的單層排屋，還有其他相關工程。這些建築工程包括結構、建築、機電工程，並備有基本建設、環境美化和基礎設施工程。
福星建築是在去年3月開始進軍建築領域，並執行兩項總值1億500萬令吉工程。【中国报财经】

同時，該公司也不排除透過削資及發售附加股等計劃，籌集業務拓展資金的可能，惟目前無法透露太多。
該公司首席執行員黃安輝在股東特大後表示，電子製造業務虧損，製造設備也相當老舊，因此打算全面脫售相關業務。
“脫售期限胥視大馬股票交易所何時放行。”
黃安輝補充，他本身並不具備電子製造的經驗，且管理層曾在建築與產業領域擔任要職，因此該公司未來會全面發展建築與產業業務。
手握1.1億建築合約
詢及建築業務，黃安輝說，該公司手握1億1千萬令吉未執行建築合約，可忙碌至2017年，預期完成這些合約後，該公司2016財政年可擺脫虧損。
“即使無法轉虧為盈，至少也可以達到收支平衡。”
截至2015年8月31日止首季，該公司營業額報1千零25萬令吉，淨虧83萬3千令吉。
由於該公司更換財政年至2016年5月31日，因此並無比較數據。
對於競標合約，黃安輝表示，該公司目前競標3億5千萬令吉合約，2項來自私人界，其餘則來自政府。
產業業務方面，黃安輝透露，該公司計劃今年第三季或第四季在巴生河流域推出發展總值12億令吉的產業項目，主要以中階房產為主。
“萬一房市和經濟惡化，公司也不排除延至明年推出上述產業項目的可能。”
此外，黃安輝也表示，公司有意在沙巴及吉蘭丹擴展地庫，目前正在和相關地主洽談收購事宜。（星洲日報／財經） |
