KAF西金1225萬購安聯投資管理70%

（吉隆坡25日訊）KAF西金（KAF，5096，主板金融組）以1千225萬令吉，收購安聯銀行（Alliance Bank）旗下的安聯投資管理公司的70%股權。

該公司發表文告指出，上述收購價相等於安聯投資管理截至8月30日總基金額的0.81%，而且以截至3月31日的1千652萬5千令吉淨資產計，所收購的70%股權相等於1.06倍股價賬面值比。

目前安聯投資管理擁有17項海內外基金，這項收購計劃可讓KAF西金擴展及多元化金融服務市場的收益來源，而收購資金則將透過內部融資取得。（星洲日報／財經）

接獲多位買家獻議‧KAF西金開放看待併購

（吉隆坡8日訊）KAF西金（KAF，5096，主板金融組）對收購持開放態度，坦言除了新加坡華僑銀行，亦有其他買家有意收購該公司。

該公司非獨立非執行董事拿督卡蒂嘉在股東大會後針對收購傳聞作出回應時指出，不只新加坡華僑銀行，他們也接獲多家對該公司有興趣的買家獻購。

“我們從不拒絕與他們接洽，至於是否合作或接受，則須通過洽談探討經營理念，就像兒女嫁娶一樣，合則來不合則去，確保雙方合作後可達至雙贏局面。＂

2011年12月，彭博社引述消息來源指出，華僑銀行將收購該公司49%股權，雙方已洽商逾一年，會於今年初完成收購。The Edge財經日報也報導，一家新加坡銀行有意收購該公司的股票行業務。

無意進行併購
對於近期國內金融機構大吹併購風，她表示不會跟風，也無意與其他大型業者競爭，未來將專注於機構投資業務和財富管理利基市場，維持小而精緻，易於掌控的業務格局，為機構投資者提供穩定與高品質服務。

“收購安聯投資管理公司70%股權，公司可多元化服務，從債券延伸至股市，推出更多基金以拓展信託基金業務至高端市場，強化機構投資市場，同時將進行股市研究，開創偕同效應節約成本。＂

KAF西金是在今年9月宣佈以1千225萬令吉，收購安聯投資管理公司，後者旗下擁有17項海內外基金，管理資產（AUM）總值22億令吉。

至於大馬投資市場狀況及業務展望，她指出，我國的投資市場正在進化演變，目前機構投資者佔了市場80%分額，散戶僅佔20%，顯示機構投資業務具潛能成為公司另一項收入來源。

“大馬股市因機構投資者根據基本面和研究報告進行投資，而比其他新興市場更具抗跌性，海外基金經理通過機構投資者量購大馬成份股，主要目的是投資而不是投機，反觀以散戶市場為主的市場如泰國，因個人投資者根據市場傳聞和喜好判斷投資，導致其股市比大馬和新加坡更為波動。＂

她預見，未來大馬的投資方向將由基金經理引領潮流，將掌握此資本趨勢，致力推動業務成長。（星洲日報／財經）

西金8200萬購地

（吉隆坡17日訊）西金（KAF，5096，主要板金融）斥資8200萬令吉向子公司收購位于吉隆坡市中心面積3180平方公尺的土地。

該公司向馬證交所報備，配合內部重組計劃，已與子公司西金證券私人有限公司簽署買賣協議，將后者旗下非核心資產轉移至母公司，做為未來長期投資。

文告指出，目前該土地仍空置，截至去年5月底賬面價值約552萬令吉，收購金額是在估價師評估后決定，將在簽署協議后14天內付款。

該土地位于吉隆坡嘉炳路（Jalan Kia Peng）及樟卡嘉炳路（Jalan Changkat Kia Peng）交界路。[中国报财经]

KAF西金開放態度看待併購

（吉隆坡7日訊）KAF西金（KAF,5096,主板金融組）暫不合併股票經紀及財富管理旗下資產，未來專注拓展財富管理銷售，為公司長期成長鋪路，但對其他併購機會持開放態度。

該公司非獨立非執行董事拿督卡蒂嘉在股東大會後表示，股票經紀業務及新收購的財富管理業務性質不一，暫未有合併的打算，但是會積極拓展財富管理業務。

至於收購安聯投資管理公司後會否持續通過併購拓展財富管理業務，她對此抱著開放態度，有意尋求可為公司增值的併購良機。

“除了與許多賣家洽談收購，亦有買家如投資銀行、股票經紀及財富管理公司洽詢脫售業務，去年有2家洽談，但沒有成功，因我們並無意脫售及被併購。”

對於領域併購趨勢，她認為這會讓市場充滿許多不確定因素，不過越多的公司進行合併，對留存在市面上的業者而言是好事，因為這將減少業者之間的競爭，提供市場更專注的領域服務。

管理資產總值45億令吉

談及公司業務未來發展，她說：“現有的股票經紀業務已趨向成熟，未來成長將不及財富管理業務顯著，如今大馬人均收入9千美元，已是泰國的2倍，對專家協助管理財富有其需求，預見未來股票經紀業務表現將走下坡，財富管理業務將顯著成長。”

目前，KAF西金的管理資產（AUM）總值45億令吉，今年4月15日完成收購的安聯投資管理公司管理資產總值22億令吉，擁有17項基金。

卡蒂嘉說，公司有意促進財富管理業務的固定收入增長，包括推出新基金，如符合依斯蘭教義的基金，同時也計劃通過銀行及代理銷售公司與其他公司產品。

她指出，未來領域將呈“股票經紀業務下滑，財富管理業務增長”趨勢，相信在某個時間點，財富管理貢獻終將超越股票經紀業務，該是時候把業務轉向財富管理，為長遠未來打算。

不過，她並未預期財富管理可在短期內貢獻業績，未來主要盈利貢獻來源依然是股票經紀業務。

购KAF固定收入业务 东方汇理称霸外资同业

（吉隆坡1日讯）欧洲最大资产管理机构—东方汇理（Amundi），向本地金融机构KAF集团收购固定收入业务，一跃成为大马最大外资资产管理公司。

根据文告，KAF集团将固定收入业务，脱售予大马东方汇理，惟未透露价码。

KAF集团为本地女强人拿督卡蒂嘉创办，也是KAF西金（KAF，5096，主板金融股）母公司。

大马资产至140亿

总部位于巴黎的东方汇理，手上管理的资产超过1兆美元（3.26兆令吉），从KAF集团购入的愈12亿美元（39.16亿令吉）资产，将把大马东方汇理资产推高至43亿美元（140.34亿令吉）。

东方汇理在欧洲排名第一，同时是全球第九大资产管理公司。

这项收购活动，有助强化东方汇理在东南亚的版图，并在全球和本地回教债券市场内扩大足迹。【南洋网财经】

KAF 西金Q3 净利挫61%

（吉隆坡25日讯）KAF西金（KAF，5096，主板金融股）高成本和佣金收入减少，现财年第三季净利锐减61.3%。

KAF西金第三季净利，从上财年的393万9000令吉，降低至152万4000令吉。

该公司表示，雇员成本和佣金支付额增加，加上重新入账的投资额减少，导致截至2月28日的第三季净利失色。

相比上财年703万2000令吉，KAF西金第三季营业额扬升51.58%，至1065万9000令吉。

首9个月净利按年涨升82.35%，达1355万8000令吉；营业额按年攀升57.04%，至3808万6000令吉。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡24日讯）KAF西金（KAF，5096，主板金融股）末季净利报174万6000令吉，按年下挫77.7%，该公司上财年同期净赚784万令吉，盈利表现走跌，使得KAF西金每股盈利由上财年同期的6.53仙，降至1.46仙。

KAF西金末季营业额报1270万7000令吉，较上财年同期的1351万6000令吉，按年跌幅近6%。

该公司指出，投资项目重新评估，加上员工成本提升，使得末季盈利走跌。

KAF西金全年净赚1530万4000令吉，按年微增0.16%；营业额则增加34.5%，报5079万3000令吉。【南洋网财经】
