公共实业投资信托首季财报倒退

二零一四年六月十五日 晚上七时五十三分
(吉隆坡15日讯)公共实业投资信托(ARREIT,5127,实业投资信托)公布,在截至2014年3月31日止第1季度,所取得的税前利润按年从1137万令吉下降至795万令吉。

该基金致函大马交易所表示,至于营业额则由前期的1674万令吉下降至1597万令吉,主要是旗下的公共信托大楼自2014年1月27日起一直空置。

它说:“管理公司持续确保投资组合内的现有资产获得良好的保养,以确保租金收入稳定及从资本增值中获益。”【光华日报财经】

股息从1.7%下降至1.3%,猛跌0.4%,心痛啊!!

之前是1.88, 现在是1.70, 跌幅10%

之前是1.88, 现在是1.30, 跌幅27%

预计股价应该至少会掉到0.88-0.89 (除息后); 它的盈利模式已经收到了挑战,所以只会跌,很难涨。除非它尽快落实收购新的产业。。。

high 5 (7136) 的股票在8月14號已經被bursa malaysia停止公開交易,high5 這公司相信各位讀者應該不陌生,它是麵包生產商。在年年虧損下,high 5最近提出的重組計劃被bursa否決,如果high5在9月5日前不提出上訴,將會在9月10日被除牌。

重點是,跟arreit股東有什麼關係?因為high5位於shah alam的廠房是向arreit(5127)租的

1)Wisma Amanah Raya Berhad就快找到租户了;
2)High 5厂房已经拖欠Amanah Raya半年租金,些许高层跑路,因此Amanah Raya法律追究。
