公共实业投资信托首季财报倒退
二零一四年六月十五日 晚上七时五十三分
（吉隆坡15日讯）公共实业投资信托（ARREIT，5127，实业投资信托）公布，在截至2014年3月31日止第1季度，所取得的税前利润按年从1137万令吉下降至795万令吉。
该基金致函大马交易所表示，至于营业额则由前期的1674万令吉下降至1597万令吉，主要是旗下的公共信托大楼自2014年1月27日起一直空置。
它说：“管理公司持续确保投资组合内的现有资产获得良好的保养，以确保租金收入稳定及从资本增值中获益。”【光华日报财经】

之前是1.88， 现在是1.70， 跌幅10%

之前是1.88， 现在是1.30， 跌幅27%
预计股价应该至少会掉到0.88-0.89 （除息后)； 它的盈利模式已经收到了挑战，所以只会跌，很难涨。除非它尽快落实收购新的产业。。。 |

1）Wisma Amanah Raya Berhad就快找到租户了；
2）High 5厂房已经拖欠Amanah Raya半年租金，些许高层跑路，因此Amanah Raya法律追究。
