刚刚略读了这公司的年，季报。
每股净资产52仙，看季报的BS，没有什么资产会贬值吧，为什么每股卖少过净资产那么多？

看年报，去年每股净赚1.8仙 （price rm0.16 = PE 9x)
看季报，近来公司净赚还不错。最新季报，每股净赚1.5仙（半年）（price RM0.19 = PE 6.3X) 看起来满便宜的。

当然，这算是流动量低的股，又没股息，难怪没人要买。

實嘉1800萬售2子公司

（吉隆坡28日訊）實嘉（SYCAL,9717,主板建筑組）以1千800萬令吉脫售旗下2家涉足柔佛市場產業界的子公司100%股權，估計賺取440萬令吉盈利，以將產業發展據點轉移至北馬市場。

該公司發文告說，2家遭脫售的子公司分別是Sycalland發展和Southhost私人有限公司，由於公司近期在北馬參與數項發展計劃，且有意將業務遷移至北馬，脫售上述子公司正好符合這項計劃。（星洲日報／財經）

Dato’ Jaffar was active in Foundation work being Chairman of PROTON Foundation as well as Chairman of Family Health Foundation Malaysia. He was the President of the Federation of Family Health Associations Malaysia, Chairman of Malaysian Dutch Business Council and Member of the Institute and International Strategic Studies, Malaysia (ISIS).
