捷径方案附加股定价10仙

（吉隆坡5日讯）捷径方案（Fastrak，0066，创业板）建议以2配3方式，发行1亿5374万7000股附加股，每股发售价定价10仙。
根据文告，捷径方案董事部的定价考量因素包括：
（1）捷径方案过去股价走势；
（2）截至今年9月4日，每股10.06仙5天交易量加权平均市价，以及
（3）捷径方案股票面值为每股10仙。
捷径方案指出，定价与截至今年9月4日、每股10.06仙的5天交易量加权平均价非常接近，之前除权价格为每股10.02仙。
公司也建议以3附加股配2免费凭单的方式，发行1亿249万8000张免费凭单。

公司小。。。 不稳定。。。 如果你可以拿这个公司前景赌注那就去。。。 但要小心。。。 如果是投机。。 这个可以考虑。。。
