行使期权协议 东南物流1.7亿买20产业

（吉隆坡31日讯）东南物流（TNLOGIS，8397，主板贸服股）子公司———Tiong Nam Logistic Solutions有限公司，向ABS Logistics有限公司行使一项在2007年的期权协议，以1亿7630万令吉向后者购买20项产业。

文告内容指出，当中有1亿2500万令吉以现金支付，东南物流将欠下5130万令吉。

不过，由于ABSLogistics有限公司在2006年向Tiong Nam Logistic Solutions有限公司购买以上产业之际，以发行回教债券和现金方式支付，目前，仍有一笔为数7630万令吉债券需支付给TiongNam Logistic Solutions有限公司。

因此，东南物流欠下的5130万令吉将从7630万令吉中扣除。

节省租赁开销

最终，ABS Logistics有限公司仍需支付东南物流2500万令吉。

东南物流表示，有关献购将能让公司立即节省租赁费用，尽管部分资金透过银行借贷完成，但其预计支付的600万令吉的银行利息，将比每年1030万令吉租赁费用来得低。

有关收购预计在2014财年完成，租赁费用获得节省料能为该财年带来正面盈利贡献，虽然公司负债率或扬升至38%，但每年料能省下430万令吉。[南洋网财经]

首季淨利勁漲逾7倍 東南物流寫52週新高

（吉隆坡20日訊）東南物流（TNLOGIS，8397，主要板貿易）首季淨利激增逾7倍至1500萬令吉，股價在逆市中一度漲21仙至4.80令吉，再刷52週新高。

馬股與區域股市同陷跌，但東南物流在逆市中一開市即漲11仙，報4.70令吉，2分鐘內勁漲21仙至4.80令吉，改寫昨天才寫下的4.60令吉52週新高。

但隨著套利風越吹越勁，該股在部分投資者趁高套現下逐步回吐漲幅；至休市，該股平盤報4.59令吉，成交量18萬6800股。

截至下午4時半，東南物流報4.62令吉，上升3仙，成交量24萬300股。

東南物流昨晚向馬證交所報備截至6月底的首季業績，淨利按年勁漲7.4倍至1535萬令吉，主要歸功于房地產發展項目獲利、營運效率改善、成本掌控奏效、運費與出租率提高，及更高的貨倉佔用率。

受惠于更高房產發展收入，營業額亦增長56%至1億2423萬令吉。

該公司房產業務在首季錄得4380萬令吉營業額，對比去年同期未有房產業務貢獻；東南物流預期，房產發展和出租業務將繼續貢獻本財年業績。

由于營運環境競爭，該公司物流服務業的營業額稍下滑0.9%至6580萬令吉。[中国报财经]

1）从产业畅销来看,是有可能的,股市本是事先预测公司未来净利,前景的投资事务,提早在低价位时进货,等待春天,像东南,在我看来路途还远,目前只来到中途,之后会开往更高的山夆.试目以待,用愉快的心情去体会,任何回跌都是買回良机.( iskandar 特区有公寓项目,都会是近,后期热棒的催发剂,带升股价),别又一次错过资本增值之机会.敢敢进,轻鬆赚.
2）(4,20)价位是不是高，半年后再回来看就知了，（像taKAFUL一样,1年前才近2元,现近8元),
3）公司成功转战产业,前途好,物流业继续贡献,往往股价走在净利前,东南票少,股价走的快并不足奇.
4）我買股看前景,易动的票优先考量,股息是次要,当作花红看.
5）当然在市场中还有许多好股,进与否东南就因人而異,有劳各人的智慧了,有眼见的人看到机会,我看到了,哈哈,你呢?
6）物流方面,在倉库出租贡献可观收益,公司未来重心会放在产业发展,但不会放棄物流业,许多人还得靠它吃飯.
