注裝線產能增加‧樂高營業額料提昇20%

（吉隆坡17日訊）塑料罐製造商樂高機構（RALCO，7498，主板工業產品組）看好新聯營業務及注裝線產能增加將提昇今年營業額20%。

該公司首席執行員王志維在股東大會後表示，目前正在與新加坡跨國企業洽談聯營計劃，料今年9月杪有結果。

他指出，該聯營計劃涉及出口用途的中型散裝容器（IBC Tank），主要用於運送餐飲原料，不過因還在洽談，目前尚無法透露持股比例及融資詳情。

另外，該公司也計劃增加現有注裝線產能，從2條增至4條，為德國食用油出口商注裝產品。

“結合聯營及開通的2條注裝線產能貢獻，料有望提昇公司今年營業額20%。”

樂高機構核心業務除了製造化學品、食用油、藥物、油漆產品塑料罐，也多元化至農業樹苗種植模罐、環保塑料產品及代客包裝等附增加值服務。

提昇產品出口率

除此之外，因馬幣疲弱影響，該公司也計劃提昇產品出口率，以從美元及新幣走挺趨勢中受惠。

“還在與阿富汗買家洽談包裝食用油，希望這可在明年杪提昇公司出口率，從現有的10至20%，增至25至30%。”

目前該公司出口20%產品至越南、香港、孟加拉及非洲市場，外匯收入以美元及新幣為主，旗下核心產品佔國內市場25%至30%市場份額，在國內有3間廠房，分別位於汝來、巴生Teluk Gong及柔佛士古來。（星洲日報／財經）

Description	Ralco Corporation Berhad ("Ralco" or "the Company")- Acquisition of Subsidiary from related party
1.  Introduction We wish to announce that the Company had on 19 August 2016 acquired 100 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in the share capital of Ralco Respack Polybag Sdn. Bhd. (“RRPSB”), representing 100% equity interest in RRPSB for a cash consideration of RM100.00 only (“the Acquisition”). With the Acquisition, RRPSB has become a wholly-owned sub-subsidiary of Ralco. 2.  Information on RRPSB RRPSB was incorporated on 20 May 2016 under the Companies Act, 1965 Malaysia with an authorised and paid-up share capital of RM400,000.00 and RM100.00 respectively. The directors and subscribers of RRPSB are as follows:- Name of Subscribers/ Directors No. of Ordinary shares of RM1.00 each Total Cash Consideration (RM) Tan Heng Ta 70 70.00 Heng Chee Wei 30 30.00 RRPSB is currently dormant and it will carry on the business as manufacturer, producer, seller, supplier, trader, distributor, exporter, importer of all kinds of plastic and polyethylene packaging material, bottles, containers, boxes, films, garbage bags or any other materials and all other type of plastic and polyethylene materials for commercial, industrial, agricultural and construction application. 3.  Basis of Consideration The consideration of RM100.00 was arrived at on a willing buyer willing seller basis taking into consideration of the cost of consideration. 4.  Source of Funds The Acquisition is funded through internally generated funds. 5.  Liabilities to be Assumed There are no liabilities (including contingent liabilities and guarantees) to be assumed by Ralco arising from the Acquisition. 6.  Approval Required The acquisition does not require the approval of shareholders of Ralco. 7.  Effect of the Acquisition The acquisition is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing of Ralco, and it has no effect on Ralco’s share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholding. 8.  Directors and/or Major Shareholders’ Interests The directors and subscribers of RRPSB, Mr Tan Heng Ta and Mr Heng Chee Wei, are also the directors of Ralco as well as directors of several subsidiaries of Ralco. Mr Tan Heng Ta is a major shareholder of Ralco. Save as disclosed above, none of the directors and/or major shareholders of Ralco or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the Acquisition. 9.  Statement by the Board of Directors Save and except for Mr Tan Heng Ta and Mr Heng Chee Wei, who are the interest parties, the Board of Directors is of the opinion that the Acquisition is in the best interest of Ralco. 乐高与Respack签股东合约

（吉隆坡3日讯）乐高机构（RALCO,7498,主板工业产品组）宣布，该公司与Respack制造有限公司签署一项股东合约，以合作制造、包装、行销及销售聚乙烯薄膜、聚乙烯袋、垃圾袋及建筑薄膜。
