下月5日報到馬股 兩發獲超購23.32倍

（吉隆坡28日訊）鋼鐵貿易及生產商兩發有限公司（LEONFB）即將于6月5日報到馬股，每股60仙的首發股獲公眾超額認購23.32倍。
　
文告指出，首發股共接獲1萬4132份申請，欲認購3億7703萬4500股，若以公開發售1550萬股計算，共超額認購23.32倍。
　
公開發售中775萬股供土著認購股權亦接獲6204份申請，認購1億4955萬8500股，相等于超額認購18.3倍；另50%供公眾認購股權則接獲7928份申請認購2億2747萬6000股，相等于超額認購28.35倍。
　
大馬股票發行所（MIH）指出，兩發在首發股計劃下發行的股票，全數獲認購，根據招股書，原定保留貿工部批准投資者的535萬4000股，亦將供土著投資者認購。
　
文告指出，成功申請這項首發股的投資者，將在今年6月4日前接獲書面通知。
　
該公司預計從這項計劃中籌措3560萬令吉資金，1300萬令吉用于購買土地，600萬令吉供建設新廠房及購買新機器，780萬令吉為營運資本，余下280萬令吉為上市費用。
　
安聯投資銀行為這項首發股的主理商、包銷商兼私募代理商。

MIH is pleased to announce that the Leon Fuat Berhad ("Leon Fuat") Public Issue under which 15,500,000 Shares were made available for application by the Malaysian Public has been oversubscribed and balloting of successful applications was conducted this afternoon.

A total of 14,132 applications for 377,034,500 Public Issue Shares were received from the Malaysian Public for a total of 15,500,000 Shares available for public subscription, which represents an oversubscription rate of 23.32 times.

All Notices of Allotment for these Shares will be mailed to successful applicants on or before June 4, 2013.
