（吉隆坡5日讯）大马7-Eleven控股（SEM，5250，主板贸服股）将掌握电商商机，在旗下的分行提供包裹寄放服务，以为网购的消费者提供取货便利。

根据《星报》报道，大马7-Eleven控股总执行长加里布朗自指出，该项服务最快于本月开始。

他最近在亚太零售大会上接受访问时如是指出。

他解释，有了最新服务，购物者可选择把网购包裹送到最方便自己的7-Eleven便利商店后，以密码解锁取得包裹。

且7-Eleven是全年无休24小时营运的便利商店，方便购物者随时前往最靠近的分店领取自己的包裹。

加里布朗认为，大马零售市场和7-Eleven便利商店，都需要增加便利，改善客户体验。

他补充，该公司计划未来10年内，每年增设200家新分行。

过去2年半内，大马7-Eleven控股共开设500间新分行，同时也翻新500间旧分行。【e南洋】

尽管消费者信心或支出持续疲软，但受惠于新店增长、商品组合改善，及消费者促销活动的推动，营业额按年微升5.5%至5亿4780万8000令吉。

上财年同季营业额报5亿1922万8000令吉。

累计首9个月，净利微扬1.89%至4265万3000令吉；营业额亦扬4.86%至15亿7975万8000令吉。

展望未来，集团料营业条件仍充满挑战，因为消费税的实施和最低薪资提高加重成本。

但是，集团仍然保持积极的态度，维持市场领先地位。

上财年同期为净赚1393万7000令吉，或每股1.16仙。

该公司向马交所报备，末季营业额按年增4.78%，从4亿9974万4000令吉，增至5亿2360万9000令吉。

累计全年，净利按年跌6.5%，录得5217万3000令吉；营业额则报21亿336万7000令吉，按年扬4.84%。

尽管消费者信心或支出持续疲软，但受惠于新店增长、商品组合改善，及消费者促销活动的推动，推动营业额增长。

该公司向交易所报备，以每张凭单发售价为10仙来计算，将能筹集最高6167万令吉，并用作营运资本。

大马7-11控股称，营运资本包括支付给供应商的款项，及营运开销的融资如租金、店铺的水电费、保险、店铺维修。

根据大马7-11控股截至本月18日5天成交量加权平均市价（VWAMP）1.66令吉，该公司的理论除权价（TERP）为1.48令吉，因此，把凭单的行使价定在每张1令吉。

（吉隆坡28日讯）丹斯里邝汉光在本月25日，一口气增持大马7-11控股（SEM，5250，主板贸服股）6450万股，把持股权从1.31%推高至7.12%，成为大股东之一。

大马7-11控股在今天向交易所报备，邝汉光在25日，透过场外交易向7-11控股大股东丹斯里陈志远，购入该批股权，并直接持有。

完成交易后，邝汉光的持股权，从原有的1.31%或1450万股，剧增至7.12%或7900万股；陈志远的持股权则降低至40.33%。

也是富贵集团创办人兼董事经理的邝汉光，接受《南洋商报》访问时说，如果和泰国7-11的分店和市价比较，大马7-11控股的市值已被低估。

“大马7-11的分店数量为2154间，而泰国7-11有9542间，是前者数量约4.5倍。”

“然而，大马的市值为18亿令吉，泰国的市值却高达497亿令吉，两者相差近27倍，因此我认为，大马7-11控股的市值，拥有极大上涨空间。”

值得长抱

另外，随着电子商务成为零售领域的大趋势，邝汉光坦诚，对该领域的展望，从之前的看衰，转为现在的看好。

“越来越多相关领域都纳入电子商务服务，包括网上订购和支付等等。”

“通过大马7-11旗下广泛的分店网络，以及行内80%的市占率优势，相信在电子商务护航下，业务前景亮眼。”

另外，邝汉光也提到，大马7-11的现金流充裕，且派息高，值得长期投资，且不排除未来继续增持股权。

（吉隆坡24日讯）营业额下滑加上销售与经销成本上涨，大马7-11控股（SEM，5250，主板贸服股）截至3月杪首季，净利按年挫50%至800万3000令吉，或每股0.72仙。

该公司今日向交易所报备，销售与经销开销按年扬10.4%或1460万令吉，归咎于员工、租赁、店面折旧和水电费成本走高。去年7月初实行的最低薪资制，也造成一定的影响。

零售市场持续放缓，拖累首季营业额按年微跌0.71%至5亿2252万8000令吉。

市况挑战

董事部认为，由于消费者信心疲弱和宏观经济不稳，接下来的贸易情况依然充满挑战。

券商调降7-Eleven控股目标价至1.13令吉

（吉隆坡29日讯）券商对7-Eleven控股（7-Eleven Malaysia Holdings Bhd）的短期盈利前景仍抱持负面看法，并重申该股“减持”评级，目标价也调低至1.13令吉。

联昌国际投资银行研究（CIMB IB Research）在上周五（5月27日）的研究报告中指出，由于消费者支出环境持续疲弱，加上香烟销量下降，该集团2017财政年首季的同店销售增长率（SSSG）按年下跌6.3%。

“我们将该股2017至2019财年的每股盈利调低9%至10%，以反映出销售增长减低和营运支出增加的负面影响。”

“因此，我们的2017年终目标价随之调低至1.13令吉（原为1.50令吉），并重申‘减持’评级。”

中国游客来马更方便
7-Eleven率先提供支付宝服务

（吉隆坡22日讯）随着中国游客来马日益增加，7-Eleven有限公司看准商机，成为我国首家提供支付宝（Alipay）电子钱包服务的零售业者。

大马7-Eleven控股（SEM，5250，主板贸服股）旗下7-Eleven有限公司，本月初就已经和MOL AccessPortal私人有限公司合作，在西马2000家的7-Eleven便利商提供支付宝服务，之后将扩大到东马地区，最终目标是百分百覆盖全国分店。

游客无需携带现金

7-Eleven集团总执行长加里布朗今天在推介礼指出，该服务主要是为中国游客带来便利，无需携带现金，就能在我国消费。

“在中国，支付宝非常普及，就像大马人每天吃椰浆饭一样，非常生活化。”

另外，蚂蚁金融服务高级副总裁兼支付宝总执行长道格拉斯费金在致辞上披露，据去年统计，游马中国旅客高达210万人次，加上中国来马出境游年增30%，旅客人数上看350万人次。

迄今，支付宝已有4亿5000万个活跃用户，主要来自中国。

在中国，只要有了支付宝，就能为生活带来便利，比如出租车、预订酒店、预约医生、购买戏票、支付水电费，或直接购买理财产品等。

如今，中国游客可在大马的7-Eleven便利商，也能够运用支付宝付款，并且是以人民币完成结账。

此外，MOL全球联席总执行长林崇杰也说，支付宝电子钱包服务不但为中国游客带来便利，他们也无需被征收外汇费及额外服务费。

成功集团将落实支付宝

成功集团创办人丹斯里陈志远指出，通过推出支付宝电子钱包服务，相信将为7-Eleven引入更多的中国旅客。

“中国游客通过支付宝电子钱包服务，在泰国的7-Eleven消费金额，平均是大马7-Eleven的5倍。”

此外，陈志远也披露，支付宝电子钱包服务未来将延伸到成功集团旗下的其他公司，例如酒店、休闲俱乐部、连锁餐饮、购物中心、星巴克咖啡等。

“很快，成功集团酒店与度假村，即将推出支付宝电子钱包服务；未来，中国游客只需用支付宝，就能预定成功集团旗下的公寓，为他们带来不同的消费体验。”【e南洋】

7-11控股取消凭单发售

（吉隆坡2日讯）7-11控股（SEM,5250,主板贸服组）取消早前的凭单发售计划。

该公司在文告指出，在考虑了综合意见以及目前市场反应后，决定取消之前以2配1比例最多发行6亿1669万2500股凭单。

该公司是在4月25日宣布该发行计划，所筹集的资金主要是充当公司营运资本，按该计划该公司预计可以筹集6166万9000令吉。

何明暂掌7-11控股

（吉隆坡10日讯）大马7-11控股（SEM，5250，主板贸服股）加里布朗以私人原因辞职，暂由非独立非执行董事何明（译音）暂代总执行长一职。

大马7-11控股向交易所报备，现年58岁的加里布朗，将在本月底离开公司，而何明将从下月1日起，暂代他总执行长一职。

何明现年57岁，是在2011年加入公司，曾是大马7-11私人有限公司的副总执行长，直到去年4月29日。

他目前也是立通国际（REDTONE，0032，创业板）的执行董事。

值得一提的是，他也曾在数码网络（DIGI，6947，主板基建股）服务超过10年，并担任财务总监，直到2005年离开。【e南洋】
