扩肉鸡蛋鸡产量．发来两年拨1亿资本开销

（吉隆坡23日讯）发来资源（HUATLAI，7141，主板消费品组）有意进一步扩展肉鸡及蛋鸡产量，未来两年拨出8000万至1亿令吉的资本开销，包括设立新农场及培养场，预料其在2017年第三季起的肉鸡产能增加10至20%，蛋鸡产能则增加15%。

该公司管理层表示，短期盈利将受到家禽饲料（玉米及大豆）成本扬升的冲击。通常该公司为其原料价格作出3个月前的护盘对冲。肉鸡价格最近从谷底扬升约30%，预料有助于抵销部份成本走高的劣势。

艾芬黄氏研究指出，发来资源为大马主要综合家禽业者，主要涉及生产家禽饲料、培育一日大的小鸡、肉鸡，以及蛋鸡以及鸡只下游加工领域。

该行指出，该公司在2015年的营业额创下15亿令吉高峰，自2002年上市以来的营业额节节扬升，惟盈利表现则是参差不齐，主要是受到饲料成本及肉鸡及鸡蛋市价的影响。

该行指出，发来资源拥有1400英亩空置土地，包括坐落在兴建中马六甲重工业园附近的330英亩种植土地。

若以当地地价每平方尺17令吉为准，该块土地的价值，即达到其市值逾60%。不过，该公司债务沉重，净债务/股本比例达到1.7倍，利息覆盖率则达到2.4倍水平。

每股5令吉．大股东私有化发来

（吉隆坡24日讯）大马养殖业吹起并购风，发来资源（HUATLAI，7141，主板消费品组）大股东Esprit Unity公司建议全面献购尚未持有的25.35%股权，出价为每股5令吉现金。

全购余下25.35%股权

该公司在文告中指出，献购方在交易完成后无意维持上市公司地位。

全天涨14仙

受此利好消息带动，周一该公司股价开高走高，全天共涨14仙或3%至4令吉80仙，但成交量却只有仅仅1万2500股。

Esprit Unity公司股东是发来资源主席兼董事经理林耀火，以及非执行董事林耀坚以及拿督林耀雄，3人分别持有Esprit Unity公司的50%、25%以及25%股权，并透过Esprit Unity公司持有发来资源的70.96%股权。

每股5令吉出价，分别比发来资源上交易日（21日）、5天、1个月、3个月以及6月的加权平均价（VWAP），高出7.30%、4.98%、8.27%、13.08%以及15.57%。

发来资源为国内主要鸡蛋生产商之一，每日生产接近300万粒鸡蛋，同时也从事动物饲料和农业肥料生产，在印尼和新加坡皆有业务。

近年来大马禽畜业炙手可热，特别是鸡只和鸡蛋行业更是万众瞩目，当中又以丽鸿（LAYHONG，9385，主板消费品）话题最多。

丽鸿原本遭全利资源（QL，7084，主板消费品组）全购，后来以董事经理叶志鸿为首的创办家族力挽狂澜，在公司控制权争夺战中后来居上，现在更透过引进世界顶尖食品集团日本火腿集团（NH Foods）参股，无论财务或业务都犹胜从前。

（吉隆坡22日讯）营业额走高加上成本控制措施奏效，发来资源（HUATLAI，7141，主板消费产品股）截至9月30日第三季，净利按年飙2.4倍至4516万5000令吉，或每股净利57.89仙。

同时，营业额按年微升6.41%，报4亿4096万3000令吉，归功于家禽产品需求、平均售价以及销售量提高。

今季的税前净利较上季高，主要是因为鸡蛋和肉鸡平均售价较高。

累计9个月，净利按年扬22.24%，录得7589万5000令吉；营业额则扬8.2%，达12亿2795万9000令吉。

发来资源私有化出价不公平

（吉隆坡25日讯）独立顾问Mercury证券认为，发来资源（HUATLAI，7141，主板消费产品股）创办家族建议私有化该公司，每股5令吉的出价“不公平”，但“合理”。

Mercury证券指，根据贴现现金流（discounted cash flow）的方法计算，发来资源的合理价，应介于5亿3570万令吉至5亿7459万令吉。

按照该算法，预计每股合理价等于每股介于6.87令吉至7.36令吉。

Mercury证券说：“5令吉的出价，低于合理价，且等于6.87令吉至7.36令吉，约27.22%至32.07%的折价。”

虽然收购价“不公平”，Mercury证券指出，该出价“合理”，因为该股缺乏流动性，和能让股东套现的机会。

“发来资源自2002年7月3日上市，直到最近最后一个交易日，该股从没以超过献购价的价格交易（除了去年的11月6日、9日、11日，及今年2月11日）。”因此，Mercury证券建议股东接受该收购献议。

上月底，发来资源创办家族建议私有化该公司，出价每股5令吉，献购剩余的25.35%股权。 【e南洋】

（吉隆坡22日訊）發來資源（HUATLAI，7141，主要板消費）因聯合獻購方持股超過90%，股票從周五（23日）早上9時起暫停交易。

發來資源向馬證交所報備，聯合獻購方共持有公司超過90%股權，且無意維持發來資源的上市地位，因此根據主要板上市第16.02(3)條例，其股票將在周五早上9時開始暫停交易。該股停牌前掛價5令吉。

根據報備文件，發來資源停牌主要是因為，公司董事局周四（22日）接獲大馬投資銀行代表聯合獻購方的通知，指獻購截止日，即週三（21日）下午5點，聯合獻購方共持有公司98.41%股權。

此外，根據馬證交所主要板上市條例16.02（3），在截止日到期后的5個交易日，即下周五（30日）早上9時開始繼續暫停交易。

獻購方Esprit Unity公司的股東，包括發來資源主席兼董事經理林耀火，及非執行董事林耀堅和拿督林耀雄組成聯合獻購方，建議以每股5令吉現金獻購發來資源未持有股權。
