（吉隆坡2日讯）遍视利（PENSONI，9997，主板工业产品股）通过子公司Keat Radio Co，以925万令吉脱售一块面积达1.884英亩土地，及土地上面积达4万平方尺的仓库兼办公室。

该公司向马交所报备，该资产位于槟城威省，将脱售给CheungWoh科技。

扣除费用后，该公司将获得约796万7831令吉的收益，所释放资产价值将增加公司未来营运资本，降低债务并协助拓展业务，而且也可以节省资产未来的维修费。

年杪前迁仓库

土地租用期限到2052年，而建在上面的建筑物已有长达38年历史。

遍视利于1992年以89万令吉现金购入该工业地，而仓库兼办公室建筑费用为229万4328令吉。截至5月底，该产业的净账面价值为91万9522令吉。

目前该资产还抵押在银行，不过，在脱售前，已还清贷款。

脱售该资产后，遍视利的营运不会受到影响，因为仓库将于今年底前搬到该公司位于威省Bukit Minyak的新厂。【南洋网财经】

當一個投資者大量買進一家公司的公司憑單而又不持有顯著股權的時候，我們就或許要問，為什么該投資者會有如此動作。

特別是這家公司的憑單是價外憑單（也就是憑單行使價高于母股價）就更加耐人尋味。

這個情況就出現在本視力（PENSONI，9997，主要板工業）的公司憑單本視力-WB。該憑單是本視力今年初以每憑單10仙發出6483萬單位。當時本視力股東可憑每2股認購1公司憑單。

本視力-WB在今年初開始交易后的價錢在13仙半至20仙之間交易。本視力母股近期的價位在46仙左右，而該公司憑單的行使價則在60仙。

可獲百分比回報

根據本視力最新年報資料顯示，一名個人投資者Koon Woh已經成為本視力-WB單一最大持有人。他持有1120單位本視力-WB而這佔了總憑單發行量的超過17%。

不過，本視力的大股東周氏家族還是通過控股公司和家族成員持有持有46%憑單。

本視力近期的業績不算出色。在截至2014年5月結束的財政年，該公司雖然取得6%的營業額成長至3億7400萬令吉，其淨盈利反而倒跌25%至270萬令吉。

該公司在業績展望的報告也不會令投資者有所憧憬。不過該公司的每股淨資產卻是達到75仙而比目前市價高出不少。

由于該公司憑單行使價60仙比每股淨資產75仙低不少，而這又是一項10年憑單，Koon Woh相信是看著這一點而大舉買進本視力-WB。

由于這項憑單的槓桿比率高達接近3倍，憑單持有人在母股上升的時候，可獲得更好的百分比回報。不過投資者也需要注意大股東的動作。大股東若不想憑單持有人有機可乘的話，是可以分多一點股息的。

由于憑單持有人未能享有股息，公司若一直派息的話，的確是對母股價造成一定的上升阻力。不過若是公司的業績是有顯著進展，母股和憑單還是始終會上升的。

（吉隆坡25日訊）本視力（PENSONI，9997，主要板工業）執行董事丹斯里陳坤海增持49萬1000股，晉身為該公司主要股東之一。

本視力向馬證交所報備，陳坤海在上週五至昨日之間，通過3次交易增持49萬1000股，收購完成后直接持有5.14%股權，間接持有2.24%股權。

文告指出，他上週五分別以每股46仙買進47萬3900股，並以每股45.5仙買進1萬股，本週一則以每股45.5仙再增持8000股。

本視力為本地老牌家電品牌，不過近期未有重大企業活動，公司股價至今日閉市時亦沒有交易，最后報價45.5仙。【中国报财经】

（檳城26日讯） 遍视利（PENSONI，9997，主板工业股）首席执行员拿督周俊仁坦承明年全球环境將面对更严峻挑战，无论如何，该集团会採取应对步骤，並相信明年財政年度將取得更好成长。

「董事局向所有股东保证，承诺我们会进一步努力， 沿著以前的步调与方式，再创辉煌业绩。」

他今日在该集团第2 0 届股东大会上表示，集团2014年財政年（5月31日结帐）营业额有所成长，主要归功于不断增长的海外市场需求。该公司在2014財政年营业额增6.5%，至3亿7400万令吉，上財政年为3亿5100万令吉。

其他出席者包括遍视利控股有限公司执行主席拿督斯里周荣吉、执行董事丹斯里陈坤海、董事经理周俊义。

周俊仁较后在新闻发布会上表示，该集团目前正与美国公司洽谈合作项目，准备在明年初以一个全新品牌出击，推出各项有关智慧型周边產品的创新產品。

他说， 这些创新產品包括蓝牙装置、无线上网接驳器等有关物联网（IOT，Internet ofThings）的產品及服务。

「我们將通过积极开发创意產品和专注于我们在本地及海外的家电產品的竞爭优势，以便我们能在这个充满挑战的环境中，继续保持竞爭力。」

周俊仁说， 遍视利集团乐观看待未来財政年的业绩， 並会继续取得更好成长。「面对最低工资政策、油价和电费调涨所面临的挑战，加上政府执行新的消费税，肯定会直接增加企业成本。」

他表示，在不明朗的经济前景下，遍视利在未来將面对更严峻的挑战。因此，该集团董事局已开展管理转型，加强更具针对性的业务操作步骤。

「我们还实行严格的信贷控制、收紧货仓管理系统与库存精简政策，节约管理成本。」

他表示，该集团產品销售主要是以本地市场为主，佔70%，另30%是海外市场。海外市场的销售主要以东盟邻国为多，佔50%比率。他说，该集团位於武吉敏惹的新厂房预料將能在今年尾落成，明年首季迁入运作，整个新厂房投资额约5000万令吉。除了一般製造业工厂运作，新厂房也將兼具研发中心及全球行动中心的功能。【东方网财经】

（吉隆坡23日讯）遍视利（PENSONI，9997，主板工业产品股）截至11月30日次季转盈，取得59万8000令吉净利，摆脱去年同期116万6000令吉净亏的窘境。

根据文告，当季每股盈利为0.46仙，去年同期为亏损0.9仙。

营业额从8655万令吉，年增1.65%，至8798万令吉。

首半年营业额报1亿9400万9000令吉，较去年同期的1亿8944万9000令吉，年增2.41%；净利则增2.79%，从272万令吉提高至279万6000令吉，或每股2.16仙。【南洋网财经】

该公司向马交所报备，第3季度净利报218万7000令吉，或相等每股1.69仙，优于上财年同期的179万2000令吉，或每股1.38仙。

第3季营业额上升7.22%，报1亿145万8000令吉，上财年同期为9462万5000令吉。

该公司指出，基于出口市场有极大改善，促使出口额按年上涨26.9%至3790万令吉。

出口市场贡献最大　遍视利毛利激增

（吉隆坡24日讯）遍视利控股有限公司（PENSONI，9997，工业产品组）在截至2015年5月31日止首12个月中，录得税前盈利1770万令吉，比较去年同时期只有180万令吉。

与此同时，其营业额也从之前的3亿7370万令吉，提高到3亿8840万令吉。

集团董事总经理周俊义在一项声明中透露，营业额的增幅为1460万令吉或3.9%，而税前盈利则暴增了1580万令吉。

在上述期间，遍视利控股的最大营业额贡献来源是出口市场，整体上它比去年高出24.8%。

在季度方面，该公司第4财季录得税前盈利1290万令吉，比较去年同时期则蒙亏270万令吉，主要是拜脱售产业获得840万令吉赚益所赐。

而期间的营业额则从去年同时期8960万令吉，提高到9290万令吉，增幅为330万令吉或3.7%。

遍视利控股称：“增长主要是由出口市场贡献，而本地业务则因为消费税的实施面对小幅的下滑。”

周俊义表示，鉴于上述稳定的表现，遍视利控股董事部已建议派发每股3.5仙的股息。【光华日报财经】

業績轉盈提振 本視力寫15年新高

（吉隆坡27日訊）本視力（PENSONI，9997，主要板工業）最新業績轉虧為盈且交出優異表現，提振股價一度大漲9仙或17%至61.5仙，刷新15年新高價位，憑單本視力-WB（PENSONI-WB，9997WB，主要板憑單）也大熱走高。

本視力以57仙開市，早盤一度漲9仙或17%至61.5仙，休市報61仙，起8.5仙，半日有1551萬6800股易手。截至下午4時半，本視力報59.5仙，起7仙，成交量1867萬3700股。

憑單本視力-WB同樣大熱走高，早盤以23仙開市，之后最高攀升5.5仙或29.7%至24仙，休市掛22.5仙，起4仙，成交量達1935萬4500股，為十大熱門股項之一。截至下午4時半，本視力-WB報21仙，起2.5仙，成交量2642萬7300股。

在較高出口銷售和房產脫售收益貢獻下，本視力截至5月底2015財年末季，淨利達1260萬令吉，扭轉上財年末季的164萬令吉虧損，並建議派發3.5仙股息。

該公司在上周五（24日）向馬證交所報備，營業額按年增3.6%至9290萬令吉，由出口市場貢獻，至于國內業務基于消費稅實施而微幅走跌。

“本視力交出1290萬令吉稅前盈利，相較去年同期為虧270萬令吉。因脫售房產取得840萬令吉收益貢獻。”

全年業績表現，該公司淨利從287萬令吉，6倍成長至1758萬令吉；營業額按年增4%，從3億7373萬令吉攀升至3億8837萬令吉。

本視力指出，市場競爭激烈，但會繼續開拓新市場和創新產品。

出口提升　遍视利无惧令吉走贬

（吉隆坡11日讯）多年致力于开发外销市场的大马家电龙头--遍视利（PENSONI，9997，主板工业股）称，无惧令吉匯率走软。

当受询令吉匯率跌破17年新低对该公司的影响时，遍视力首席执行员周俊仁自信满满指出，目前该公司有30%营业额是以美元计算，因此令吉疲弱对他们影响並不深大。

他说，「10年前，我们公司只有5%的营业额是美元计算，如今已经增加5倍以上。」

同时，周俊仁亦劝勉国內中小型商家应积极往外发展。

他指出，匯率是商人无法掌控的因素，因此积极开拓国外市场，是解决此问题的最佳方案。遍视利早在2012年已进军东盟国家如印尼、泰国及越南，甚至进入中东市场。

「作为大马中小型工商业，我们应该专注于建立以美元计算的海外市场，如果你能有50%的营业额以美元换算，你就一点问题也没有了。」

他在今天出席一项活动时，向媒体如此表示。

受惠美元走强，遍视利2015財政年全年（截至5月31日止）净利激增5倍，上扬512.23%，自去年同期的287万令吉，增至1758万令吉；

惟周俊仁亦不否认佔营业额70%本地业务，因令吉匯率贬值而受打击。而对此，遍视力通过逐步转嫁成本，减轻压力。

他说，「在过去1、2年，我们逐渐转嫁成本，售价每3个月提高2%、3%，缓慢地上涨，以抵消令吉贬值的影响。」

周俊仁强调，「不过（价格调整幅度）十分微小，我相信消费者可能根本不会感觉到。」

推手机附件產品

周俊仁今日出席遍视利首个电话附件產品「Fonebud」推介礼，其他出席者为新任贸工部部长拿督斯理黄家泉、大马投资发展局首席执行员拿督阿兹曼马末、大马外贸促进局首席执行员拿督朱基菲里及商伟首席执行员郭冠仪。

「Fonebud」是一项全由大马设计的產品，由遍视利与国內手机分销商--商伟公司共同研发的智能型移动电源，连接智能电话以后，可用以接听电话及相机快门等功能。

周俊仁表示，將在未来2年在全球50个国家寻求分销伙伴，並在2016財政年內该公司瞄准在全球卖出10万架。

他指出，发展中国家对智能手机的需求高，手机附件目前仍是一片鲜少人踏足的市场，相信將会为遍视利带来正面的盈利贡献。

惟他也强调，遍视利的核心业务仍是家电，是该公司带来主要的收入来源。而通过產品创新，则可提升、塑造该公司的品牌，並进一步推广该公司的其他產品。

周俊仁指出，在接下来的財政年內，遍视利將推出2项手机附件的產品，惟他並未明言推出时间表。【东方网财经】

遍視利擁2亮點‧撙節派息

選股，有時候可以很生活化；無意間接觸某種產品、某個品牌、某間商店，都可能是認識或追蹤一家上市公司的起點，視乎你夠不夠敏銳。

上月逛超市，友人買了某本土品牌的浴室熱水器，我問他為何選該品牌，而不是其他知名進口品牌，他簡單回答：“經濟實惠。”

這讓筆者對該品牌產生興趣，因筆者曉得，該品牌是由一家略低調的上市公司擁有，而消費者口碑對這類公司而言極為重要。

最後，在細閱有關公司的資料後，筆者決定在本期《股海撈月》中與讀者分享。

這家公司，名叫遍視利（PENSONI，9997，主板工業產品組）。

在1995年上市馬股的遍視利，是家土生土長的家庭電器商，其業務可分兩大類，分別是家電貿易與製造，旗下擁有以“Pensonic”為名的自創家電品牌及美國Cornell、德國Lebensstil Kollektion等外國品牌。

該公司也是一些國際家電品牌在大馬的獨家分銷商，如知名的通用電器（GE Appliances）就是之一。

多元品牌經營模式

透過過去10年持續投資在多元品牌經營模式所得到的經驗和總結，遍視利擬定了多元目標市場策略，用不同品牌進軍不同市場，包括大眾市場、中高檔市場和利基市場，這是該公司同時經營多個品牌的緣故。

2014年年報中，該公司表示即使在經濟低迷時期，多元品牌運作模式也有助維持公司業務，中高檔產品則能替公司貢獻更佳的賺幅。

與其他受國內市場規模所限的本地企業一樣，遍視利過去幾年不斷勤耕海外市場，在多個區域國家如中國、印尼、新加坡、泰國、緬甸等都有業務，中東也是業務板塊之一。

海外業務——成長動力

數據顯示，遍視利的海外業務規模迅速成長中，貢獻比重也持續揚升，顯然已崛起成業績的主要成長動力。

回顧2011財政年，海外業務只替遍視利貢獻了7千445萬7千令吉或24.98%營業額，今年5月總結2015財政年時，海外業務共帶來1億3千169萬5千令吉或33.91%營業額。

換句話說，遍視利的海外銷售額在過去5年間共揚升76.87%，反觀國內銷售額僅在同期增長14.84%，由此可見遍視利要在未來繼續成長，海外業務扮演極關鍵的角色。

另外，遍視利早年配合經濟轉型計劃（ETP）所成立的嶄新設計、研發中心兼國際家電分銷樞紐，無意外已在去年第四季完成。透過新中心的輔助，遍視利表示將研發更多新產品，強化長期競爭力。

監督及合理化成本

《股海撈月》認為，遍視利如今擁有兩大亮點；一，是內部撙節措施開始彰顯效益，使賺幅和業績明顯改善。二，數據顯示該公司過去15年來不曾中斷派息，即使在經濟風暴和業績虧損期間，派息紀錄傲人。

先說第一個亮點。

截至今年5月31日止財政年，遍視利報營業額3億8千836萬6千令吉，僅按年揚升3.92%，原因是國內銷售額在消費稅的影響下萎縮4.28%，慶幸來自其他亞洲國家的銷售額同期猛增31%，抵銷內需壓力，力撐營業額繼續成長。

然而，雖然營業額成長平平，同期淨利卻按年猛增512%至1千757萬7千令吉；扣除賣地賺取的840萬令吉一次性盈利，全年營運淨利仍有917萬令吉，相當於每股盈利7.07仙，遠勝前期的287萬1千令吉或每股2.21仙。

管理層在文告中說，淨利明顯增加是因為營運效率改善，實施更嚴謹的貨存管理和信貸控制方針，使貨存和應收賬撥備減少，管理層還表明會繼續積極開拓區域市場，同時密切監督及合理化成本。

接著我們看派息。

經濟風暴仍派息

在公佈2015財政年第四季業績時，遍視利同時宣佈派每股1.5仙單層中期股息，加上去年12月派發的2仙股息，股東一共在過去一年裡收穫3.5仙免稅股息，收穫頗豐。

需注意的是，遍視利過去每年僅派一次終期股息，宣佈日期一般在10至11月期間。因此，雖然該公司已在今年7月提前派1.5仙中期股息，卻不排除在該公司二度派息，在公佈2016財政年第一季業績時再宣佈終期股息的可能性。

一般相信，由於遍視利已建立起良好派息紀錄，那只要業績持續好轉，未來派息額也可望水漲船高，因為過去兩年派息額都呈增加跡象，與業績升勢吻和。

遍視利將在本月內公佈新財政年的第一季業績，淨利能否延續升勢及會否再派終期股息，將是今次業績的兩大看點。

股價3個月漲50%

雖然作風向來低調，但在業績大好影響下，遍視利近期漸受關注，吸引不少投資者追捧，讓股價氣勢如虹，在過去3個月累積近50%漲幅，股價也改寫至少13年新高，是少數在這段動蕩期內仍能拔足狂奔的公司。

不過，即使在急漲後，遍視利截至上週五市值也只有7千520萬令吉，考慮其派息紀錄、業務展望等因素，相信市值仍有成長空間，前提是未來業績和派息持續上揚。

換句話說，該公司在強漲後是否仍被低估，或能否繼續上漲，完全取決於未來業績進度。

另外，遍視利目前有一項憑單在馬股上市，即截至上週五報18.5仙的遍視利WB（PENSONI-WB，9997WB，憑單），有關憑單轉換價設在60仙，意味轉換溢價暫企於34.48%。

不過，遍視利WB較特殊之處，在於其有效期長達10年（一般為5年），2024年1月才屆滿，這讓其轉換溢價顯得合理。因憑單而言，有效期越長轉換溢價就會越高，之後才隨時間推進而逐步收窄。

要補充的是，憑單的價值始終來自母股。若遍視利未來越戰越勇，憑單價值當然也會水漲船高，反之亦然。

（吉隆坡26日訊）成本撙節奏效，遍視利（PENSONI，9997，主板工業產品組）截至2015年8月31日首季淨利稍微走高2.64%至225萬6千令吉。

首季營業額則微挫6.69%至9千893萬5千令吉。

管理層透過文告表示，馬幣下挫以致營業額下降，惟公司透過成本管理並提高了賺幅。

展望未來，該公司表示，市場營運激烈，公司將持續開放新的市場並與現有的客戶維持關係。

該公司透露，未來將把業務拓展至新興市場，並增設更多的海外分銷商。此外，公司也透過研發新產品以迎合市場需求。（星洲日報／財經）

强化本地并重出口拓新领域 遍视利3招应战稳增长

（大山脚17日讯）遍视利（PENSONI，9997，主板工业产品股）拟出三项措施，以便在目前严峻的经济局势里，维持业务稳健增长。

集团总执行长周俊仁阐述，第一是注重及加强本地的市场；第二，也并重出口市场，尤其是东南亚及中东等国，在一些国家找策略伙伴；第三，开拓新领域，生产智能手机配件。

他说，遍视利已是一个有力量的品牌，足以应付经济风暴的挑战，所以该集团不会裁员。

周俊仁今日在常年股东大会后的记者会上，透露上述消息。

出席股东大会者，还包括遍视利创办人兼执行主席拿督斯里周荣吉，及执行董事丹斯里陈坤海。

拟攻越南印尼泰国

另外，集团董事经理周俊义也说，虽然很多工业都面对放缓问题，但该集团首季成绩比起去年，还是保持在同等水平。

“从经济气候吸取一些经验，才是最重要的，我们仍有出口市场。去年，公司业务有30%是出口，本集团有打算把业务打入一些东南亚国家，如越南、印尼、泰国，包括在有关国家设立分公司。”

截至今年5月31日财政年，遍视利取得比过去5年更好的净利，董事部也宣布派发每股1.5仙的单层中期股息，以及每股2仙的终期股息，该建议在今天召开的股东常年大会上获得股东通过。

遍视利在2015财年，全年净利为1757万7000令吉，按年飙涨512%，归功于市场增长和开拓海外市场的努力成果。海外市场增长，抵消了经济不明朗和消费税的挑战。
