超峰产托派息5.09仙

(吉隆坡24日讯)超峰产托(TWRREIT,5111,主板产业信托股)在截至6月30日止次季,净赚703万6000令吉,比上财年同期的692万令吉,按年微扬1.7%。
现财年同季营业额则按年增加2.2%,至1321万9000令吉,上财年同期为1293万1000令吉;现财年同季每股盈利为2.51仙。
鉴于业绩表现取得改善,董事部宣布,在该季派发每单位5.09仙股息。
截至今年6月杪首半年,基于维修与保养费偏高,导致该公司的净利按年降低2.7%,至1639万8000令吉,上财年同期为1684万9000令吉。
营业额则按年微扬2.3%,至2712万8000令吉,上财年同期报2651万9000令吉。[南洋网财经]

超峰产托CEO呈辞

(吉隆坡11日讯)超峰产托(TWRREIT,5111,主板产业信托股)总执行长洪奕文(译音)即日起辞去所有职务,以另谋高就。
超峰产托今天向马交所报备,现年44岁的洪奕文,辞去超峰产托管理公司———GLM产托管理私人有限公司的总执行长之职。
GLM产托董事兼国浩置地(Guoco,1503,主板产业股)董事经理陈利坤(译音),将暂时监管公司日常业务,直至觅得新任总执行长。
洪奕文是在今年7月1日受委总执行长,拥有超过18年管理顾问、企业与财务顾问和金融领域策略规划的经验。
超峰产托上一任总执行长杨强健(译音),则是受委1年后,调任至国浩置地管理层。[南洋网财经]

超峰产托末季净利挫83%

(吉隆坡27日讯)鉴于出租率下滑,超峰产托(TWRREIT,5111,主板产业信托股)截至去年12月31日财年末季净利按年下挫82.56%至783万6000令吉,上财年同期为4492万8000令吉。
无论如何,超峰产托宣布派发每单位5.61仙股息。
根据季度财报,超峰产托末季营业额报1240万5000令吉,上财年同期报1393万6000令吉下滑11%,主要因为公司在上财年同季进行了产业重估,因而入账3558万令吉。
当季每股盈利报2.79仙,上财年同期是16.02仙。
合计全年,超峰产托净利报3266万7000令吉,上财年同期为7138万7000令吉,跌幅为54.24%;营业额则报5287万1000令吉,较上财年同期的5448万5000令吉跌3%。
全年每股盈利报11.65仙,上财年同期是25.45仙。
委任托管公司CEO
此外,超峰产托在另一文告宣布,委任廖仁兴(译音)为其管理公司———GLM产托管理私人有限公司的总执行长,接下于去年9月份卸任的前总执行长洪奕文(译音)职务。[南洋网财经]

超峰产托次季净利跌23%

(吉隆坡21日讯)超峰产托(TWRREIT,5111,主板产业信托股)营运开销增加,加上出租率降低,导致今年次季净利按年下滑22.6%。
超峰产托次季净利报544万6000令吉,逊于上财年同期的703万6000令吉。
派3.83仙收入分配
该产托亦派发每单位3.83仙收入分配,但低于上财年次季的5.09仙。除权日期为8月7日,支付日期为8月27日。
相比于上财年的1321万9000令吉,超峰产托次季营业额下滑10.77%,现财年报1179万5000令吉。
超峰产托面对高营运开销,旗下HLA大厦和HP塔的出租率降低,导致次季表现逊色。
首6个月净利滑落25.55%,至现财年的1220万9000令吉;营业额报2391万5000令吉,按年跌为11.84%。【南洋网财经】

twrreit 3Q2014 quarter report,業績每況愈下

Twrreit(5111)發布了最新的3Q2014 quarter report,看看以下的summary:
REVENUE 下滑 24%
PROFIT下滑 49.33%
EPS(earning per share)更是從3.01cent下滑至1.52cent
連NAV也下滑 1.9%
全部指標下滑~
Twrreit管理層表示REVENUE下滑是因為MENARA HLA& MENARA ING的高空置率,但是並沒有透露確實數據。Twrreit淨利下挫49%是由於PROPERTY EXPENSES的提高,如:電費
Twrreit表示:“公司正面臨klang valley office供過於求的局面,但無論如何將提高出租率以回饋股東。”
這次EPS(earning per share) 1.52cent中,有1.72%或0.026cent屬於unrealised income, 如把這項unrealised income撇除,twrreit的實際收入(realised income)只有RM1.494,uncle jim預計Twrreit接下來的派息將會少於3cent, 除非Twrreit有能力在4Q2014反彈,可是,twrreit的EPS從Q1的2.41cent下滑到Q2的1.94cent,再到現在Q3的1.52cent,根本每況愈下,4Q2014反彈的機會渺茫~

(吉隆坡29日訊)超峰產業信托(TWRREIT,5111,主板產業投資信托組)以1億3千234萬零725令吉脫售ING大廈予Goldstone吉隆坡公司。
超峰發文告表示,該次脫售包括19層樓大廈及190個停車位,買賣協議已經在今日簽署。
超峰截至今年9月30日的每單位淨資產值為1.7948令吉,脫售資產後,淨自產值將提高近5%。
截至去年12月31日,ING大廈的淨賬面值是1億零150萬令吉。超峰預期可從脫售計劃中獲得4千零40萬令吉賺益,包括1千504萬令吉的資產重估價值。(星洲日報/財經)

(吉隆坡28日讯)超峰产托(TWRREIT,5111,主板产业信托股)截至12月31日末季,净利飙涨311.6%,公司也宣布派发每单位3.2仙股息。
公司末季净利报3225万2000令吉,或每股盈利11.5仙;上财年同期则有783万6000令吉,相等于2.79仙。
去年杪,公司以1亿3234万725令吉,脱售位于吉隆坡市中心的IMG大厦。
另外,末季营收减15.45%,报1048万9000令吉,上财年同期是1240万5000令吉,因为Menara ING和Menara HLA出租率较低,而且营运成本也增加。
公司同时宣布派息3.2仙,该股息除权日为下月11日,享有权益日期为13日。合计全年,超峰产托净利扬49.2%,至4873万4000令吉,营业额录得4448万2000令吉,年跌15.87%。
公司全年派出了7.03仙股息,较上财年同期的10.7仙少。[南洋网财经]

超峰产托CEO辞职

(吉隆坡2日讯)超峰产托(TWRREIT,5111,主板产业信托股)总执行长廖仁兴(译音)日前辞去职务,同时也卸下GLM产托管理私人有限公司的总执行长职位。
根据文告,廖仁兴以追求其他兴趣为由,向公司提出辞呈。
而GLM产托管理的执行董事,并身兼国浩置地(Guoco Land)董事经理陈立群,在新任总执行长上任之前,将负责GLM产托管理的营运,从即日起生效。【南洋网财经】
