亞太飛行訓練 憑單首日上市大挫

（吉隆坡19日讯）亚太飞行训练（APFT，5194， 主要板贸易）的凭单挂牌首日大贬超过50%，全日交投火热超过1亿股易手。

亚太飞行训练-WA（APFT-WA，5194WA，主要板凭单）开市时仍微扬1仙至24.5仙，但交易不到3分钟则遭抛售，跌势一发不可收拾，但交投却十分旺盛。

休市时，该凭单已重挫12仙或51%至11.5仙，半日却有高达1亿1496万2000股易手。

午盘期间，该凭单跌势加剧，截至下午4时，该凭单以全日最低报9仙，挫14.5仙或62%，成交量1亿5793万8700股。

母股亦难逃一劫，亚太飞行训练同样以扬势开跑后，随后走势跌跌不休；休市时暂挂52.5仙，挫11仙或17%，交投509万3600股。

截至下午4时，该股报45仙，挫18.5仙，成交量653万800股；全日最低挫18仙或28%至45.5仙。

亚太飞行训练进行系列企业活动，包括发行7850万股红股，并且送出免费凭单，每持有2股现有股可获1免费凭单。

在上个月26日，该公司董事局将凭单的行使价定在每项40仙，此价格为亚太飞行训练当时过去5个交易日的平均价格约3.1%折价。

亞太飛行訓練 研究開拓收益方案

（吉隆坡23日訊）亞太飛行訓練（APFT，5194，主要板貿易）今日回應馬證交所異常活動質詢（UMA）指出，對于股價波動激烈不知情。

該公司昨日晚間遭質詢，今日回應向馬證交所報備指出，公司目前確實是在尋找商機改善收益來源。

“目前董事局正在研究各項可開拓收益的建議，一旦有結論必定會對外公佈。”

但該公司指出，除了上述原因，該公司董事局確實不知為何近期股價波動激烈。

亞太飛行訓練今日股價先起后跌，但幅度稍有收歛，開市微揚0.5仙至37仙后，交易不到15分鐘后即走跌，但跌幅不大。

休市時該股暫掛34仙，跌2.5仙，交投491萬4900股；截至下午4時，該股報34仙，跌2.5仙，交投量589萬股。

亞太飛行訓練在上週憑單首日掛牌股價波動最大，過去兩個交易日股價挫48%。

《星報》上週曾引起交易商指出，該公司計劃在石油與天然氣領域展開收購以多元化收入，助業績轉虧為盈。[中国报财经]

上市交易首日‧大股東狂售亞太航訓WA

（吉隆坡25日訊）亞太航訓（APFT，5194，主板貿服組）執行主席兼大股東拿督法魯奧曼19日透過公開市場，把在2送1免費憑單計劃下獲派的亞太航訓WA（APFTWA，5194WA，憑單）拋售一空。

悉數拋售所有憑單

交易所公佈的大股東交易數據顯示，法魯奧曼在上週五憑單首日上市當天，共賣出5千733萬5千500股亞太航訓WA，相等於總發行量的73%！

值得一提的是，亞太航訓WA首日上市成交量報1億7千133萬3千200股，意味法魯奧曼拋售的憑單數量共佔當天總交易量的33.4%；亞太航訓WA何以在上市首日潰跌14仙或59.57%，答案已呼之欲出。

若以亞太航訓WA在上市首日最高26仙和最低9.5仙交易價計算，法魯奧曼最多可從拋售亞太航訓WA中套現1千490萬7千令吉，最低則可套現544萬6千令吉。

另外，交易所數據顯示法魯奧曼也分別在上週四和週五，以每股55.5仙和53仙價格脫售亞太航訓共350萬股股票或2.23%股權。

亞太航訓早前建議以2送1比例派發免費憑單，直接和間接持有該公司約1億1千467萬1千股股票或73%股權的法魯奧曼按比例將獲分大約5千733萬5千500股，按此計算，法魯奧曼在上週五拋售的憑單數量，正好等於其在免費憑單計劃下獲分的所有憑單。

大馬股票交易所兩天前曾就亞太航訓股價的不尋常波動發出質詢文告，惟該公司回應時強調對股價波動原因毫不知情。

自上週五暴跌至今，亞太航訓股價持續低迷；截至今日閉市，亞太航訓股價掛33.5仙，小跌0.5仙，目前股價已較1週前回落47%，惟卻與兩週前股價相去不遠。

此外，亞太航訓WA今日則掛9.5仙，漲1仙，成交量1千750萬1千100單位，是全場第12熱門股。亞太航訓WA轉換價設在40仙，以總轉換成本計，亞太航訓WA截至今日止轉換成本為49.5仙，比亞太航訓最後掛價溢價16仙或47.76%。（星洲日報／財經）

亞太航訓發新股還債‧3060萬進軍油氣業

（吉隆坡5日訊）亞太航訓（APFT，5194，主板貿服組）宣佈系列企業計劃，包括發行新股還債的資本化計劃，收購資產，從而使其業務多元化至油氣及石化領域。

新股每股27.48仙

該公司發文告指出，該公司將發行5千458萬5千152股，每股定價27.48仙新股，以償還拖欠兩名大股東-拿督法魯克奧斯曼，以及弗拉控股有限公司總數約1千500萬令吉的款項。

該公司將以3千零60萬令吉代價，收購PT Technic（馬）有限公司的51%股權，將以1千萬令吉現金，以及發行7千496萬3千609股，每股定價27.48仙的新股支付。而1千萬現金將由公司執行主席兼大股東-拿督法魯克奧斯曼通過預支方式融資。

這使該公司通過PT Technic（馬）有限公司涉足石油與天然氣及石化領域的工程，採購，建築，及啟動（EPCC），特別是輸送管，儲存，架構鋼鐵及機械工程裝置等領域。

一旦落實上述計劃，該公司的繳足股本1億5千700萬股，將增加至最高3億6千504萬9千股，或是繳足資本將由3千140萬令吉，增加至7千301萬令吉。而拿督法魯克奧斯曼家族的持股，則由目前的59.85%增加至70.21%。

凭单专栏：进军油气业股价反弹 APFT-WA吸引投机者

几个月前因凭单初面世被大股东狂抛售的APFT（APFT，5194，主板贸服股）在近日公司宣布进军石油天然气领域后在低价受到投资者支持而股价显著反弹。

APFT母股和凭单价都在9月5日公司宣布上述消息后大幅度上涨。它们在上周五闭市时分别以32仙及11仙结束交易。

APFT原本是一家专注航空课程和训练的公司，但是公司在两年前上市后的业绩表现差强人意。该公司在今年首半年承受了677万令吉的净亏损。

为了减少公司对原有生意的依赖，APFT在本月初建议以3060万令吉收购油气服务公司PT Technic（马）私人有限公司的51%股权把旗下业务多元化至油气领域。

PT Technic是油气与油化领域的采购、建筑和启用（EPCC）业者，手上有5份未入账合约，总值高达6920万令吉。

APFT发行的免费凭单是在7月19日开始在大马股市交易。该公司母股价在7月15日的闭市价只有36.5仙。

大股东抛售

不过，APFT母股却在7月16日到7月18日三天猛涨至63.5仙。该股在18日甚至一度升到比三天前高接近一倍的70仙。

当APFT-WA在7月19日上市时，母股价突然大插水从当天开市时的65仙狂跌至闭市时的44.5仙。

APFT-WA则在首天交易就从开市时的24.5仙被抛售到闭市时的9.5仙。该凭单当天的成交量达1亿7133万单位，比发行总量的7850万单位还多超过一倍。

根据大马交易所的文告，APFT的大股东拿督法鲁奥曼在凭单上市首日把所持有的凭单全部出售并在之后一直卖出母股。

APFT将通过发新股收购PT Technic。

在现有大股东不断出售公司股票的情况下，该公司或许在不久后出现新的显著股东。

由于目前市场倾向油气股，APFT-WA虽然估价不低但是应该还会吸引到不少投机者的注意。

（吉隆坡8日讯）APFT（APFT，5194，主板贸服股）建议私下配售最多3650万4000股新股，以筹措最高1014万8000令吉。

APFT拟发行介于1570万股至3650万4000股普通股，或不超过缴足股本10%，予第三方投资者。

公司表示，私下配售一旦获得马交所批准后，将在6个月内分阶段发行，而发售价也会分开公布。

发售价将不超过5天交易量加权平均价格（VWAP）的10%溢价，也不会低于每股面值20仙。

以27.8仙推算，公司预估可筹获至少436万5000令吉，或最高1014万8000令吉，用于营运资本、购买直升机、偿还银行贷款和支付私下配售的相关开销。[南洋网财经]

亚太航训（APFT，5194，主板贸易服务股）在上周五发出在12月30日举行股东大会的通知书。这个股东特别大会主要是通过该公司以收购PT TECHNIC公司51%股权进军石油天然气行业。

该公司母股和凭单在上周五分别以28仙和9.5仙挂收。

亚太航训原本是一家专注航空课程和训练的公司。由于该公司在过去两年业绩差强人意，亚太航训决定把业务多元化并建议以3060万令吉买进PT TECHNIC公司51%股权进军石油天然气行业。

PT TECHNIC公司是主要提供油气领域的工程，采购，建筑和承包（EPCC）服务。该公司目前持有约6750万令吉的合约。

根据公司文告，PT TECHNIC的卖方将在2014财政年提供约600万令吉的盈利担保。

亚太航训的股价在过去几个月因大股东拿督法鲁奥曼不断抛售而表现疲弱。

引伸波幅49.4%

拿督法鲁奥曼近期解析他仅是采取降低持股的举动，以便在亚太航训完成即将落实的企业计划之时，不会触及75%的持股上限。

亚太航训-WA的估价从交易角度来看是理论上略被低估。该凭单的引伸波幅达49.4%，比母股短期历史波幅（52.3%）略低。

亚太航训的股价在该公司股东特别大会逼近时或会受到投资者的关注。

卖压没有母股那么重的亚太航训-WA在母股反弹的时候有望取得比母股更好的潜在回报。

亞太航訓預期2014年轉盈

（吉隆坡30日訊）亞太航訓（APFT，5194，主板貿服組）透過收購PT Technic（馬）有限公司51%股權將業務多元化至油氣領域，並預期油氣業務可帶動公司轉虧為盈。

油氣將貢獻50%營收

同時，該公司執行主席拿督法魯奧曼也在媒體匯報會上透露，油氣業務將在下財政年貢獻該公司50%營收，並放眼在2至3年內取代航空訓練業務成為核心盈利。

亞太航訓過去3季業績報損，主要因航空訓練業務放緩，他指出，油氣領域表現穩定，因此進軍該業務有助於穩定表現起伏不定的航空訓練業務，並進一步帶領該公司轉虧為盈。

同時，他看好油氣領域展望，並指該市場具有200億令吉的合約規模，只要該公司可從中攫取1%已經非常足夠。

“PT Technic的盈利保證和潛在合約機會是推動該公司轉虧為盈的兩大因素。”

“眼下PT Technic每年可穩定獲取600萬令吉收入，持有51%的股權意味著亞太航訓可從中獲取300萬令吉盈利；我們預計該收購計劃可在明年1月完成，並在末季開始貢獻盈利。”

惟他也坦言，該公司或在2014財政上半年仍處於虧損狀態，但在油氣業務帶動下，虧損逐步減少，因此預料2014財政全年會報正面盈利。

不會放棄航空訓練業務

亞太航訓通過PT Technic可進軍石油與天然氣及石化領域的工程，採購，建築，及啟動（EPCC），特別是輸送管，儲存，架構鋼鐵及機械工程裝置等領域。

另一方面，航空業務因本地主要航空公司削減航空訓練、學員資金獲取困難加上市場供應過剩問題而導致業績開始放緩，但法魯奧曼表示並不會放棄航空訓練業務，因該業務的長期展望仍然正面。

“我們仍獲不少培訓飛行員的請求，目前也積極和航空公司洽談合作，預期該業務最終可重新獲利。”

此外，他透露，該公司計劃將航空訓練業務擴展至印尼和印度市場，並預計將在明年3月在印尼開辦第一所航空訓練學校，而印度則有12名學員將在明年1月正式受訓。

“同時，我們也獲緬甸、越南和柬埔寨建議開設學校，惟我們不希望擴張腳步太過緊迫，因此暫緩在該些國家的發展。”（星洲日報／財經）
