耐力斯延长安康贷款期限

（吉隆坡12日讯）耐力斯（NYLEX，4944，主板工业股）发文告指出，它与安康（ANCOM，4758，主板工业股）签署第3次延长贷款期限协议，將安康的1000万令吉贷款期限延长12个月，至2015年4月12日。

安控是耐力斯的控股公司。

根据文告，耐力斯在2012年10月与安康签署一项协议，为后者提供1000万令吉的贷款。此贷款原定在去年4月12日偿还，但是在安康的要求之下，双方將贷款期限延长至今年4月12日。

然而，耐力斯在昨天发文告指出，隨著安康的再次要求，双方再度签署另一项协议（第3次延长协议），允许安康进一步將偿还贷款的期限延长12个月，至2015年4月12日。【东方网财经】

600億邊佳蘭計劃啟動‧耐力斯從中受惠

（吉隆坡20日訊）總值600億令吉的邊佳蘭發展計劃如火如荼展開，耐力斯（NYLEX,4944,主板工業產品組）預料當地多個領域皆需要大量化學用品，該公司可從中受惠。

需要大量化學用品

同時，該公司計劃擴建印尼工廠，以進一步爭取當地龐大的市場。

該公司董事經理拿督蕭家偉在股東大會後向記者表示，公司看好邊佳蘭發展計劃，因為當地正在籌建許多的工廠，而這些原料都必須使用化學原料，公司供應化學原料涵蓋許多行業，如汽車、家具、消費品等等，預料可從該計劃爭取商機。

他表示，公司目前在大馬、越南、新加坡及印尼設有分銷中心，而工廠則只設立在印尼及大馬而已。印尼的人口眾多，且市場潛力強，公司打算在印尼的工廠進行擴產計劃。

“越南的人口眾多，相信未來5至10年內的發展會相當不錯，惟目前當地經濟並不太理想。”

他表示，中國的原材料相當的便宜，對公司造成了一定挑戰。

“中國的物品不但可以自給自足，也能供應海外，這是相當棘手的問題，不過這是自由化的競爭，公司唯有不斷提高附加價值以獲得更高的賺幅，目前的賺幅約3至10%左右。”

安康物流與耐力斯協同效應佳

蕭家偉也是安康物流（ANCOMLB,0048,創業板科技組）的執行副主席，詢及該公司業務狀況時，他表示該公司與耐力斯有很好的協同效應，因為許多化學物品的運輸，都必須使用物流服務。

“他表示，目前耐力斯目前貢獻公司2千200萬至3千200萬令吉，佔營業額的50%以下，相信未來該比例會增加，因為耐力斯繼續成長，相對的物流需求量自然就增加。”

詢及中國網購帶動了物流業的增長時，他表示，公司將專注在工業物流業務，並沒有打算多元化物流生意。

他補充，安康物流雖然是創業板公司，但是從2008年以來，已經派發了數次股息及進行資本回退，總額近3億令吉，因此相信股東們相當滿意公司的表現。（星洲日報／財經）
