同期，營業額按年起18%至3492萬2000令吉。

棕油价好转　振德放眼15%盈利成长

（吉隆坡24日讯）鑑于棕油价格好转，加上印尼业务的亏损缩减，振德（CHINTEK，1929，主板种植股）冀望在2014年取得10%至15%的盈利成长。       

振德执行董事吴维歷表示，棕油价目前处於低端水平，估计价格將不会进一步下行，加上该公司预计其印尼联营公司的亏损可缩小，因而他有信心振德在2014年的表现將比去年稍微好转。

吴维歷是在振德股东常年大会结束后接受记者访问时，发表以上谈话。

由於印尼的联营公司在当地所面对的土地纠纷仍未解决，以致当地的棕油园至今仍无法进行收割，这也导致振德的印尼业务在2013財政年蒙受1030万令吉亏损，拖累集团的整体表现。

吴维歷透露，该公司正与有关当局合作解决当地居民的骚动问题，並希望可在接下来的数个月恢復收割活动，以减少印尼联营业务的亏损。

在產业发展业务方面，振德持股40%的联营公司－－West Synergy私人有限公司，在2013財政年贡献335万令吉税前盈利。

他指出，West Synergy所发展的Springhill城镇位於芙蓉，面积1990英亩，目前已开发50%的土地。

专注种植业

「这是振德唯一的產业业务，虽然成长速度缓慢，但是相当稳定。」

儘管如此，吴维歷表示，该公司未来依然会专注在其核心业务，即种植业务。

「鉴於印尼方面的纠纷还未平息，当务之急是减少印尼联营公司的亏损，所以暂时还没有扩充和多样化业务的计划。」

关於土地收购，他则透露，该公司持续在物色合適的土地，但目前未有增购任何土地。

另外，振德昨日公佈最新业绩表现，2014財政年首季（截至2013年11月30日止）净利按年成长14.86%，至1330万令吉，去年同期为1158万令吉；营业额则按年增长17.92%，至3492万令吉，去年同期为2961万令吉。[东方网财经]

（吉隆坡24日讯）因鲜果串、原棕油和棕仁油售价更高，激励公司营业额和净利表现，振德（CHINTEK，1929，主板种植股）截至今年2月底第二季内，净利达184万5000令吉，按年暴涨2.4倍，上财年为53万5000令吉。

同时，营业额则达2443万5000令吉，按年扬17.9%，上财年为2072万9000令吉。

该公司向马交所报备，截至首半年内，净利累积达1514万9000令吉，按年涨25%；营业额则起17.9%至5935万7000令吉。

同时，振德也建议派发每股13%，需扣税25%中期股息，及每股17%的需扣税25%特别股息。

展望未来，由于鲜果串、原棕油和棕仁售价持续改善，若价格扬势维持，今年内料持续激励该公司表现。【南洋网财经】

商品價疲弱‧振德挑戰重重

（吉隆坡29日訊）大宗商品價格疲弱，振德（CHINTEK,1929,主板種植組）料本財政年面臨挑戰，但將翻種現在土地以增加產量。

同時，該公司也希望印尼的棕油業務因為動亂影響收成的事件可以儘快落幕，讓業務恢復正常。

該公司執行董事吳維歷在股東大會後表示，目前原棕油貨的價格仍在低價徘徊，且大宗商品價格缺乏利好因素，預料短期內難有回升可能。

他也表示，公司目前20年以上的樹齡佔大馬40%的種植地庫，因此公司今年將會重現翻種1千100公頃的地庫，以提高未來的產量。

他說，基於原棕油價格疲乏，加上翻種地庫，今年的營收及產量肯定備受影響。

他並不諱言表示，今年公司的業務備受挑戰，預料難超越去年的業績。

此外，他也表示，公司在印尼楠榜聯營種植1萬3千公頃地庫，部份種植區即將可收割，唯周遭村落有些社會動盪的問題，導致收割暫停。

“希望該動盪儘快結束，避免收成被影響。”

詢及產業業務時，他表示產業業務只貢獻公司10%的營收，約300萬令吉左右，且產業市場已放緩，公司並無意擴大產業業務。

他強調，公司核心業務依舊以種植業為主。

由於棕油價格下跌，振德截至2014年11月30日首績營收與淨利雙雙告跌20%；營收從3千492萬2千令吉跌至2千772萬1千令吉，淨利則從1千330萬零4千令吉跌至1千零611萬1千令吉。（星洲日報／財經）
