Description	KLUANG RUBBER COMPANY (MALAYA) BERHAD (“KLUANG RUBBER” OR “COMPANY”) DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT SCHEME (“DRS”)
(Unless otherwise stated, the defined terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the announcement on 22 March 2013 in relation to the DRS) Reference is made to the announcements dated 22 March 2013, 20 May 2013, 18 June 2013 and 3 July 2013 in relation to the DRS. On behalf of the board of directors of Kluang Rubber (“Board”), CIMB Investment Bank Berhad (“CIMB”) wishes to announce that the DRS will be implemented for the special dividend of 24.25 sen per ordinary share of RM1.00 each in Kluang Rubber less 25% income tax in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2013 (“Special Dividend”), as announced today. On behalf of the Board, CIMB also wishes to announce that the Issue Price of the new Kluang Rubber shares (“Kluang Rubber Shares”) to be issued pursuant to the DRS for the Special Dividend has been fixed today at RM2.75 per new Kluang Rubber Share. The Issue Price is computed based on the five (5) market day volume weighted average market price of RM3.29 per Kluang Rubber Share up to and including 18 September 2013, being the last trading day prior to the price fixing date, and adjusting for ex-dividend before applying approximately ten percent (10%) discount in fixing the Issue Price. The entitlement date pursuant to the Special Dividend and the DRS has been fixed on 7 October 2013. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the new Kluang Rubber Shares arising from the DRS will be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in November 2013. This announcement is dated 19 September 2013.
