居銮4疑问
读者Kong问：
居銮（KLUANG，2453，主板种植组）这家公司好像很低调，请问（一）业务是什么，（二）前景可好？（三）合理价多少？（四）大股东是谁？
答：（一）居銮主要涉及种植油棕，生产及销售油棕鲜果串。同时，该公司也投资股票证券进行长期投资。另两家老牌上市公司双溪巴眼（SBAGAN，2569，主板种植组）及古才（KUCHAI，2186，主板矿务组）为其联号公司。
（二）谈及未来前景，该公司在宣布首季业绩时指出，截至2018年6月30日为止的其余9个月里，预料公司的鲜果串产量改善，仍落在正轨中。不过，恶劣天气情况、劳工需求及昆虫侵袭等将带来挑战。
整体来说，公司预料2018年6月30日为止财政年的种植业务表现将令人满意。
公司业绩表现也胥视投资公司的股息收入、投资上市公司的市值、以及货币汇率波动等因素而定。
至于公司旗下联号公司的业绩，料将受到投资公司市值及货币影响。
、该公司截至2017年9月30日为止第一季的业绩不是很标青，净利为236万3000令吉（每股净利为3.74仙），前期为净亏3000令吉。营业额为654万2000令吉。不过，值得关注的是，该公司的资产负债表亮丽，每股资产值约为10令吉69仙。
总资产为12亿2804万7000令吉、包括现金及银行余款为2亿7164万令吉、投资为4亿7728万5000令吉。
储备金达6亿1232万3000令吉。负债则不多。
（三）没有证券行给予合理价。
（四）截至2017年9月28日为止，公司2017年常年年报资料显示，大股东为新加坡李氏家族，主要通过The Nyalas树胶园丘有限公司，直接及间接持有该公司的49.85%股权，或是3148万9614股的股票。
