(吉隆坡19日讯)东盈(OIB,5827,主板產业股)以3819万令吉收购6片土地。

该公司通过子公司OIB產业(PRV)私人有限公司签署6项买卖协议,向Jenderam產业私人有限公司收购位於雪州龙溪及加影的6片永久地契土地。该公司將通过內部融资进行这项收购。        

有关的收购活动符合该公司扩充地库及获取长期持续性收入的策略。

同时,这些土地的地点也让该公司可以进军半岛中部的產业市场。

不过,该公司表示,目前还无法公佈將在有关土地进行的发展项目。【东方网财经】

東盈豪派息 股價飆至逾15年最高

(吉隆坡13日訊)東盈(OIB,5827,主要板房產)宣布派發12仙中期股息,刺激該股高漲22仙或8%,報2.95令吉,為14年來盤中最高水平。

高額股息讓東盈獲投資者極力追捧,開盤時隨即上漲18仙至2.91令吉,隨后漲22仙或8%,報2.95令吉,這是自2000年5月盤中觸及3令吉以來的最高水平。

休市時,該股漲19仙至2.92令吉,半日成交量為7萬4000股。截至下午4點半,該股漲17仙至2.90令吉,成交量7萬7600股,為十大上升股之一。

東盈上週五(10日)向馬證交所報備,建議派發截至6月底2015財年中期股息,每股派發12仙股息,截至日期為7月24日,除權日為7月28日。

根據早前財報指出,公司2015財年截至3月底首9個月營業額按年翻漲1.4倍至1億6948萬令吉,淨利漲1.5被至1769萬令吉。

东盈偕Di jaya Gemilang 发展6.7亿综合产业

(吉隆坡22日讯)东盈(OIB,5827,主板产业股)与Dijaya Gemilang私人有限公司联营,发展位于吉打双溪大年,Permaipura综合产业发展计划,发展总值达6亿7100万令吉。

该公司向马交所报备,联营计划由旗下OIB产业私人有限公司进行,发展土地面积达43万7140平方米,发展结合住宅和商业的产业项目。

Dijaya Gemilang是地主,提供发展土地;东盈则负责整个产业项目的发展和承担发展成本。

该公司预计,整个产业项目的发展工程料耗时15年完成。

东盈指出,短期内,上述联营计划不会对公司有盈利贡献,但未来开始发展和销售产业时,就会陆续为公司贡献净利,提升财务状况。【南洋网财经】

根据日前的文告,东盈子公司OIB产业(C)私人有限公司,于上周五(11日)与Straightscape Incon(M)私人有限公司达成协议,向后者购买这3块土地。

这3块地皮的总面积,达1万7465.04平方米,交易预期在3个月内完成。
