高峰控股和福星值得投資嗎?

為何在建築股火紅時,高峰控股(BPURI,5932,主板建筑組)股價沒有甚麼起色,反觀其他建築股已紛紛攀升?這是否意味著該股不值得投資?有甚麼企業活動嗎?
答:
高峰控股建築貢獻減少
雖然建築業表現出色,不過若從高峰控股的業績來看,或能找到股價無法大躍進的原因。
該公司截至2013年3月31日首季淨利下跌24.77%至157萬3千令吉,歸咎於一些工程已竣工,導致建築貢獻減少。
同時,作為主要承包商,高峰控股也因吉隆坡廉航終站(KLIA2)延遲竣工而受到負面影響,惟隨後管理層強調這不會對未來競標工程造成衝擊,且不須做出任何賠償。
目前該公司手持26億令吉建築業訂單,而尚待完成部份則佔16億令吉。
除了核心建築業務,高峰控股產業領域發展總值也寫下25億令吉,料可供未來3至4年發展,並作出顯著盈利貢獻。
分析員看好該公司致力於改善盈利賺幅的努力,給予其78仙目標價,惟與目前的股價水平相比,其漲升空間料受限。
企業消息方面,高峰控股最近通過私下配售最高佔繳足資本30%股權動議,並以1新股送2憑單比例派送高達8千821萬6千單位憑單,以籌措最高4千410萬8千令吉作為營運資本和償還銀行貸款。
另外,隨著早前政府和優樂家集團(KEURO,3565,主板建筑組)簽署西海岸高速大道特許經營權協議,分析員相信能為建築業者帶來契機,包括高峰控股是潛在受惠者。

高峰控股 获6730万沙巴工程合约
二零一三年九月五日 晚上十时二十三分
(吉隆坡5日讯)高峰控股有限公司(BPuri,5932,建筑组)获颁价值6730万令吉的沙巴尿素氨气(Samur)计划配套。这项最新合约为该公司的整体合约增至15亿2000万令吉。
高峰控股曾在今年6月获得有关计划价值2235万令吉的配套3工程。
在致给大马交易所文件中,高峰控股指出,其子公司高峰私人有限公司获颁在沙巴州实必丹供应、制造和施工配套7的土木建筑工程。
有关合约是由Apex Energy有限公司及PT Rekayasa Industri颁发,合约为期11个月。
Samur计划是在实必丹的石油和天然气工业园区内进行,并由国油化学集团有限公司(PCHEM,5183,工业产品组)发展,当中项目包括兴建尿素厂、造粒和合成氨厂,还有公用设施和码头设施。
高峰控股最新合约的工作范围包括地基工程、土木工程、内置排水管、混凝土工程和砌筑工作。
该集团董事经理丹斯里郑福成说:“凭我们从1994年7月起在沙巴完成逾15亿令吉的工程记录,我们有信心如期完成这项工程。”
高峰控股在沙巴完成的工程包括沙巴大学设施、亚庇苏莱曼沿海路、沙巴工业培训学院和Jesselton公寓。
该公司目前进行中的工程包括总值3亿8870万令吉的沙巴行政中心及总值4亿7030万令吉的亚庇時代广场。
高峰控股也在砂拉越古晋的Petra Jaya完成建设新的州立法议会综合建筑。
财报倒退
另一方面,高峰控股公布,在截至2013年6月30日止第2季度,所取得的税前利润按年从367万8000令吉下跌至287万3000令吉。
至于营业额亦由前期的2亿8427万3000令吉下降至2亿5623万6000令吉。
该集团致函马交所说:“我们将会继续专注及加强主要的核心业务。”
它称:“集团目前正在拓展商业机会,这将有助于贡献更多的经常性收入。”
高峰控股指出,目前正在进行中的合约工程总值大约16亿令吉,预计将在未来3年可为集团提供源源不绝的收入。[光华日报财经]

高峰集团私配定价RM1

(吉隆坡12日讯)高峰集团(BPURI,5932,主板建筑股)日前宣布,分别把两项私下配售活动的发售价设在1令吉。
文告指出,这发售价相比于9月9日闭市价的69.77仙,以及5天成交量加权平均市价(VWAMP)分别溢价接近43.3%。
早前,高峰集团曾建议进行两项私下配售活动,分别是建议私下配售最高达1353万6000股或不超过10%股权,以及4410万8000股新股或接近30%股权。
在第一项私下配售计划,公司将最后一批配售174万1000股的价格设在1令吉。

高峰控股在斗亞蘭 聯營發展1.5億項目

(斗亞蘭17日訊)高峰控股(BPURI,5932,主要板建築)獨資子公司高峰房產(Bina Puri Properties),與Kensington發展有限公司聯營發展總值達1億4800萬令吉,位于斗亞蘭沙巴的“8 Avenue”項目。
高峰控股發布文告指出,“8 Avenue”是公司在沙巴州的第5個項目,有信心能帶給公司正面收入,目前已成功推動公司的發展總值升至26億2800萬令吉。
該發展項目坐落在斗亞蘭旁道路,將發展成綜合項目,共有259個單位多功能商務單位(SOVO)、商業購物中心、55個商業辦公單位及車停車場等。
高峰房產主席丹斯里馮程元看好,配合Kensington發展有限公司的合作,上述房產發展項目能順利竣工。
“公司將繼續尋找位于沙巴有潛質開發的地區,並相信即將要于未來幾年推出的發展項目,可進一步加強公司的競爭力和增加收入。”
他出席高峰控股與Kensington發展有限公司的聯營發展簽約儀式后,發表談話。

高峰获4.4亿工程

(吉隆坡25日讯)高峰控股(BPuri,5932,主板建筑股)获得森那美嘉德亚洲(美拉蒂广场)私人有限公司,总值4亿4101万令吉的合约,负责一栋13层高的商业中心的建筑工程。
该公司將负责兴建这项位于文良港的商业中心,底层至7楼的商业空间,以及5层高的停车场。
这项合约的期限是24个月。预计將为高峰控股2013財政年带来正面的盈利贡献。
加上这项最新的合约,高峰控股今年来取得的合约达到7亿7527万令吉,该集团有信心,在年底之前,將会陆续取得新合约。该公司目前未完成的订单合约达到19.1亿令吉。[东方日报财经]

(吉隆坡25日讯)金务大(GAMUDA,5398,主板建筑股)董事拿督黄奇仁的儿子黄共辉,增持高峰集团(BPURI,5932,主板建筑股)股权至9.52%,市场揣测,黄共辉或有可能入主高峰集团成领航高层之一。
现年28岁的黄共辉,是在两周前将5.7%持股,增至9.52%,大马证券交易所文件显示,他是透过私下配售股权作业,以每股1令吉购下600万股。
高峰控股周二(24日)闭市价为72仙,私下配售股价较闭市价高出38.89%。
彭博社数据显示,高峰控股的其他大股东有Jentera Jati有限公司(持股13.76%)、该公司总执行长丹斯里拿督郑福成(11.35%)、陈正杰(译音,持股6.33%),以及Bumimaju Mawar有限公司(5.53%)。[南洋网财经]

(吉隆坡1日訊)高峰控股(BPURI,5932,主要板建築)子公司獲總值9658萬令吉工程頒發書,訂單額提高至逾20億令吉。
該公司向馬證交所報備,子公司于9月26日在沙巴獲得該項建造宿舍的工程,合約由Likas Bay Precint私人有限公司頒發。
高峰控股指出,公司將在合約下負責2項建築及外在工程,並且需在24個月內完成。
文告指出,加上最新合約,高峰控股今年至今已獲得總值8億7185萬令吉合約,帶動總訂單額提高至20億1000萬令吉。

聯營2億曼谷度假村‧高峰預計投資回酬30%

(吉隆坡11日訊)高峰控股(BPURI,5932,主板建筑組)與UFUN集團及中國投資者聯營發展總值2億令吉曼谷度假村發展計劃,預計首期發展計劃投資回酬料達30%。
高峰集團董事經理丹斯里鄭福成在聯營簽約儀式後表示,首期發展計劃料於3年內完成,2017年首季投運,預計投資回酬30%。
該計劃是由高峰控股旗下49%股權投資臂膀高峰(泰國)有限公司、UFUN集團及中國個人投資者湯從順聯營發展,三方分別持股56%、29%及15%,度假村名為曼谷Marina Resort & Spa,發展面積76萬8千542平方呎,共有817個單位。
另外,除了上述度假村,高峰集團亦計劃未來在度假村後方興建水上樂園、濱海中心及外國村。
鄭福成透露,目前該公司還在等待當地土地賣家的回應。
“會持續在該處收購土地,面積約100至500英畝,發展總值及期限將視買家反應才作出決定。”
目前該計劃僅開放銷售於會員,首100個單位已被預訂,買家來自東盟國及中國,並放眼3個月內500個單位售出目標,隨後才開放於公眾市場。
在加上這項最新發展,高峰控股旗下的總發展總值將達28億8千萬令吉。
KLIA 2 12月料完工
至於第二吉隆坡國際機場(KLIA2)何時竣工的問題,鄭福成表示上週五剛與聯營夥伴UEM集團主席丹斯里阿末達祖丁一起巡視工程,目前工程已完成98%,部份工程已交接且開始進行安檢。
“預計12月將100%完工,不過當局還需要5個月時間進行安檢程序,料可在4月檢查完畢,於5月如期投運。”
至與大馬機場控股有限公司(MAHB)索取延期賠償一事,鄭福成表示已針對該事提出上述,不存有延期賠償問題,公司每個月也如期獲得工程付款。
早前大馬機場(AIRPORT,5014,主板貿服組)向承包商之一的UEM-高峰控股發出延期賠償(LAD),每日索償20萬令吉。
第二吉隆坡國際機場原本預定於今年5月啟用,不過因工程無法如期完成,開幕日期已第五次延展,負責機場管理的大馬機場在今年5月表示該機場僅可能在年杪準備就緒。(星洲日報/財經)
