高峰获登嘉楼1亿合约 肯逸湖兴建度假村

(吉隆坡18日讯)高峰控股(BPURI,5932,主板建筑股)获得登嘉楼公共工程局,颁发1亿令吉的合约以兴建度假村。

根据文告,独资子公司高峰私人有限公司,将为登嘉楼肯逸湖Pulau Poh度假村,设计大蓝图和兴建工作,并将在3年内竣工。

该座生态度假村将有150间客房、可容纳300人的宴会厅、餐馆、零售店面和泳池。

今年已获8亿订单

相信是获得利好消息的激励,高峰控股的股价今天早盘趋涨,一度达41.5仙,闭市时以40仙平盘报收,成交量有34万3000股。

执行董事郑家恩在文告中指出,公司成功赢得该项合约,反映出公司能承建不同建筑工程的能力。

他指出,这项发展计划独特之处,是将着重于生态环境,因此,不需要太多的维修工作,室内设计也会衬托出自然和宁静的风格。

包括这项合约,该集团目前的未完成订单高达27亿2000万令吉,而今年共取得8亿3800万令吉的新工程,相信接下来能取得更多工程。【南洋网财经】

高峰控股 本益比下修至7倍

高峰控股(BPURI,5932,主板建筑股)获登嘉楼公共工程局,颁发1亿令吉,为期3年的兴建度假村合约。

包括这项合约,该集团目前未完成订单高达27亿2000万令吉,今年内共取得8亿3800万令吉新工程。

行家建议
若上述工程税前盈利赚幅为3%,合约期间,料为高峰控股贡献230万令吉净利,或每股1仙。

不过,最新工程在我们对高峰控股2015财年内将取得达10亿令吉新工程的预算之中,所以,目前维持该股业绩预测。

目前原油价格疲弱、令吉贬值,加上市场情绪谨慎,相信将冲击该公司产业和建筑业务,所以下修其本益比,从8倍降低至7倍。

且该公司进行雇员认股计划(ESOS)后,股票数量将增加,该股目标价格从72仙,下调到63仙,但维持“买入”评级。

(吉隆坡3日讯)高峰控股(Bina Puri Holdings Bhd)标得一项价值9494万令吉的建筑合约,这项合约是国家石油(Petroliam Nasional Bhd)旗下的柔佛边佳兰炼油与石油化工综合发展(RAPID)中的建筑合约。

高峰控股(基本面:0.15;估值2.6)今日向大马交易所报备,该公司从日本东洋工程与建筑私人有限公司(Toyo Enginnering & Construction)手中标得此合约,在RAPID计划下打造一座蒸汽裂化厂(steam cracker)。

“将上述合约计算在内,高峰控股迄今尚未动工的订单共计27亿2000万令吉,今年也成功标得总值9亿3300万令吉的工程。我们仍积极投标国内外各项工程,冀望在年杪前标得更多新工程。”

文告称:“上述工程料将为高峰控股截至2016年12月杪财年的净资产与盈利,作出贡献。”

高峰控股集团执行董事郑家恩在另一项文告中指出,该合约是高峰控股进军石油与天然气领域的第一项大型建筑工程。

郑家恩表示,这项工程耗时27个月,由明年1月开始动工,工程内容包括土方工程、地基设备,以及防火工作。

“这也证明了高峰控股的通用性和竞争力,采用先进的建筑技术以符合严格的工程需求。”

闭市时,高峰控股起1.5仙或4.23%,收报于37仙,全日成交量达31万股。

Further to our announcement on the project known as “CIVIL WORK IN PROGRESS AREA ‘B’ – 2130, 2140, 2150 AND 2170 FOR RAPID STEAM CRACKER COMPLEX (‘SCC’)” released on 3 September 2015, we would like to clarify that the contract sum of RM94.94 million would be paid by monthly progress payment.

The scope of work includes the construction of civil works such as pre-cast pipe rack, reinforced concrete foundation, glass-reinforced epoxy (GRE) piping works, earthworks, pavement of concrete and asphalt and concrete pipes.

根据合约,公司将在国家石油的炼油与石油化工综合发展计划(RAPID)内,负责蒸气裂解装置中心(Steam CrackerComplex)的建筑工程。

这项合约为期27个月,相关工程将在明年1月展开。

截至目前,高峰控股未完成订单已提高至27.2亿令吉;今年内共接获6项工程,总值为9.33亿令吉。

行家建议
我们预测在这项RAPID工程中,高峰控股能够获得3%的税前赚幅,预计是210万令吉或每股1仙的税前盈利。

高峰控股目前已获得总值9.33亿令吉,再攀上更高点,因此,我们将今年该公司获得的预估订单额,调高到10亿至11亿令吉。

另外,我们也分别调升2016与2017财年的净利赚幅3.6%与2.8%。

按2016财年的7倍每股盈利计算,我们上调目标价至38仙,保持“守住”的投资评级;预计2016财年周息率是5.6%。

(吉隆坡15日讯)高峰控股(Bina Puri Holdings Bhd ( Valuation: 2.00, Fundamental: 0.15))今早一度起0.5仙或1.05%,因安联星展研究指该股有望走高。

截至10时30分,该股报47.5仙,无起落,成交量有57万5400股。

安联星展研究指出,高峰在周二(10月13日)突破47仙,冲上49仙,终场收于47.5仙,起1.5仙或3.26%。

该研究机构指出,该股继续在高于20日和50日移动平均线交易。

“随着周二收高,该股有望再次上探更高水平,即时阻力位是49仙。若突破49仙,应可进一步涨至下个阻力水平,52至53仙。”

“支撑位落在45仙。如果跌破45仙,将面对下跌到42至43仙的压力。”

该机构并表示,该股在周二的成交量是182万股,相比3个月平均的37万股。

技术指标方面,平滑异同移动平均线(MACD)高于9日移动平均线,买入信号保持不变。

相对强弱指标显示,该股目前处于超买区域。

2.3亿承包主楼等6建筑物 高峰再获边佳兰合约

(吉隆坡20日讯)高峰控股(BPURI,5932,主板建筑股)短短两个月内,再赢得第二项边佳兰合约,为边佳兰石油综合中心(PIPC)兴建6栋建筑物,合约总值2亿3412万令吉。

根据文告,子公司Bina Puri私人有限公司是在上周二(13日),获PRPC公用事业及设施私颁发合约,负责在边佳兰展开工程、建筑和启用承包项目,兴建主楼及实验室大楼,为期30个月。

同时,还包括外部土木工程,如修建路面、排水渠、供水和排水系统、围栏与大门,料可激励2016财年的净资产和净利表现。

上述合约将把高峰控股迄今的未完成订单,推高至28亿令吉。

包括此合约,该公司今年已成功赢得11.7亿令吉新合约。

这不是高峰控股在边佳兰的首个合约,上月3日,刚从东洋工程与建筑获得总值9494万令吉。

执行董事郑家恩表示,这两项合约证明,高峰控股有能力赢得大规模的油气建筑合约。

“我们仍会在国内外积极竞标不同的项目,希望在年杪前能得到更多新项目。”

扩张柔州版图

高峰控股在柔佛的事业版图不断扩张中。今年5月底,子公司高峰产业与马帕斯集团(MPCORP,6548,主板产业股)旗下的Lake Hill度假村发展联营,兴建412个单位的双层排屋,发展总值2亿400万令吉。

在6月中,该公司获美迪尼发展颁发总值1亿9500万令吉的合约,在美迪尼中央商业区承建2栋23层楼高的办公楼。

公司将为边佳兰石油综合中心(PIPC)兴建6栋建筑物,并负责相关土木工程,合约为期30个月。

这是高峰控股今年赢得的第7项合约,新订单总值已达12亿令吉,未完成订单总值28亿令吉。

行家建议
估计这项合约的税前盈利赚幅达3%,相信可在建筑期间,为高峰控股带来530万令吉净利,相等于每股贡献2.4仙。

我们将公司的现财年新订单预测,上调至14亿令吉,高于原本的11亿令吉。

公司目前未完成订单总值,相等于上财年建筑营业额的3.4倍,所以明后财年的财测,也分别调涨10.5%和5.5%。

同时,我们看好未完成订单可捎来支撑,因而把目标价上调至48.5仙,预计周息率可达4.4%,总回酬报12.2%。

高峰获2.3亿一马房屋合约

(吉隆坡26日讯)高峰控股(BPURI,5932,主板建筑股)获得一个大马人民房屋机构(PR1MA)的工程合约意向书(LOI),总值2亿3000万令吉。

高峰控股指出,这项合约内容包括为PR1MA在柔佛新山,建设20单位店铺以及4栋住宅公寓,其中3栋是拥有252住宅单位的18层公寓,以及一栋拥有238单位的17层公寓,合计共有994住宅单位。

文告中指出,公寓的住宅单位面积从950至1100方尺不等,而每间店铺的面积为1630方尺。工程料耗36个月。

高峰控股总执行长郑家恩表示,公司放眼在短期内获得这项工程。

郑家恩也在文告中提到:“在最新公布的预算案中,建筑行业成了其中获益领域,根据第11大马计划重点增长城市如沙巴、砂拉越、柔佛以及吉隆坡的业绩表现,公司有信心能够成为大型建筑企业之一。”

高峰子公司6月印尼上市 私募基金接触‧放眼筹1754万

(吉隆坡13日讯)高峰控股(BPURI,5932,主板建筑股)印尼子公司PT Mega power Makmur(简称PMM)计划今年6月杪前,在印尼进行首次公开募股(IPO),放眼筹资400万美元(约1754万3017令吉)。

高峰控股总执行长郑家恩在汇报会上指出,持股80%的子公司PMM,主要从事发电业务,旗下拥有7座发电量合计28兆瓦的微型柴油(micro diesel)发电厂,以及一座4兆瓦的水力发电厂。

在这当中,水力发电厂还在兴建当中,预计在今年竣工与营运后,就能为高峰控股贡献400万至500万令吉的营业额。

而PMM的收入来源,就是与印尼国家电力公司Persero签署购电协议,把电力售卖给后者。

高峰持股 稀释至52%

“PMM将在下个月提交上市申请给印尼证劵交易所,目标在6月30日前上市;一旦完成IPO,高峰控股在PMM的持股率,将稀释到51%至52%之间,但还依然维持大股东地位。”

至于PMM所筹集的资金,将作为营运资本,用在相关扩展计划。

他也指出,印尼的市场风险偏好相当良好,因此,PMM的IPO计划已获数家当地私募基金的关注。

“基于PMM的IPO规模较小,所以我们认为,这应该不会吸引到大马机构投资者的目光。”

郑家恩表示,PMM曾在前年向大马交易所提出申请,倒置收购一家创业板公司,以在我国股市上市,但遭到拒绝。

当时,马交所认为PMM业务规模较小,且只有单一收入来源,因而拒绝放行。

“由此,我们决定在印尼上市,且印尼经济也有望在今年回扬,因此,公司看好如今是上市的良好时机。”

汇报会出席者还包括集团财务总监李德伟、集团营运总监黄河清与营运总监李东良。

PMM业务扩展至沙巴泰国

PMM也在泰国兴建微型柴油发电厂房,并与沙巴州政府和相关单位展开洽商,在州内打造水力发电厂。

郑家恩说:“PMM不只是专注在印尼的发电业务,而是会扩展至其他地区,如泰国和沙巴。”

其中,位于泰国北部的微型柴油发电厂,目前还在兴建当中;一旦竣工,公司将与当地供应商合作,取得原料来发电。

另一方面,PMM和沙巴州政府和相关单位洽谈后,已筛选出数个合适的地点,并提出兴建和营运水力发电厂的建议。

全年料赚1000万

随着建筑领域前景乐观,李德伟看好高峰控股可在2015财年,净赚1000万令吉,营业额也可提高至10亿令吉。

“截至去年第3季,公司净利为600万令吉,营业额报8亿令吉,希望全年可达到这些目标。”

郑家恩续称,高峰控股的内部目标,是每年取得20%的净利增长率,因此,冀望今年业绩也可达标。

在所有建筑订单中,超过70%是高峰控股亲自负责的合约,其余则是承包合约。

目前,进行中的建筑订单总值34亿令吉,当中58%来自西马、29%来自东马以及13%为国外合约。

至于未完成订单,则报19亿令吉。

今年可标获10亿订单

高峰控股预期今年可竞得10亿令吉的建筑订单,并看好上财年将净赚1000万令吉,且目标每年净利增长20%。

郑家恩表示,高峰控股如今正竞标100亿令吉的合约,当中包括总值10亿令吉的炼油与石油化工综合发展(RAPID)工程配套,以及联同砂查也马特(CMSB,2852,主板工业产品股)竞标的20亿令吉泛婆罗洲大道工程配套。

根据往年数据,公司竞标成功率为10%,由此,预期今年可竞得10亿令吉的工作订单。

“我们正竞标的RAPID工程配套,每个价值3亿至6亿令吉,而公司相信继早前取得的蒸气裂解装置中心(Steam Cracker Complex)建筑合约后,可再赢得一项合约。”

郑家恩也认为,尽管政府调整2016年财政预算案时,可能会对发展开销“动刀”,但预料高峰控股不会受到显著冲击。

“即使政府将发展开销削减20%或30%,这部分的规模仍相当庞大,而且工程会照跑,因此,公司还是可取得建筑订单。”

此外,政府积极推出的可负担房屋计划,也可为公司带来支撑。

去年亏2000万 瓜雪大道2019年收支平衡

根据去年财报,高峰控股旗下瓜拉雪兰莪高速大道(LATAR)蒙受2000万令吉亏损,但随着车流量持续增长,该大道有望在2019年收支平衡。

郑家恩指出,LATAR正面临亏损2000万令吉的窘境,且净亏损报1000万令吉,冲击了公司业绩。

“2000万令吉的亏损,其实不如预期般严重,因此,我们目标在2019年收支平衡。”

黄河清也表示,该大道的每日平均车流量(AADT),在去年录得18.7%涨幅,且自2012年就开始取得双位数增长率,前景相当明朗。

郑家恩补充道,LATAR账面投资成本,只有3000万令吉,但根据近期展开的评估,该大道目前价值相较账面投资成本,已走高了4.5倍,LATAR可说是高峰控股的“隐藏价值”。

冀产业销售倍增至1.4亿

高峰控股今年将推介20亿6720万令吉的产业项目,放眼产业销售可倍增至1.4亿令吉。

即将推出的包括发展总值2.66亿令吉的8Avenue、2亿令吉的加叻(Karak)土地发展计划、12.886亿令吉的Riveria Sentral和3.081亿令吉的TheUltimate Cheras Pertama项目。

郑家恩指出,去年产业销售7000万令吉,今年新推介和即将完成的Opus等项目,有望推动销售倍增至1.4亿令吉。

“虽然产业市场正陷入颓势,不过,一旦国家银行放宽银行贷款政策,该领域就可重振旗鼓。”

此外,尽管接到3项收购献议,但高峰控股无意脱售在前年建竣的The Main Place购物广场,因为该广场如今持续为公司捎来贡献。

klia2延迟完工赔偿 与大马机场协商中

在吉隆坡第二国际机场(klia2)延迟完工赔偿(LAD)方面,高峰控股和UEM阳光(UEMS,5148,主板产业股)的联营公司,还在与大马机场(AIRPORT,5014,主板贸服股)协商。

黄河清表示,klia2在去年5月开始营运,至今并未出现任何显著问题,因此,估计大马机场对公司的表现感到满意。

“我们还在与大马机场解决有关问题,其中的延迟完工赔偿,由于牵涉到延长工程期限的因素,因此也需要与大马机场核实。”

对此,郑家恩说:“klia2的问题还在解决当中,公司会适时公布最新进展。”【南洋网财经】

该公司在2015财年已取得12亿令吉合约,比2014年的7.65亿令吉高,此外,管理层也预测今年可竞得10亿令吉建筑新订单。

至于产业业务,管理层设下目标,要把销售额从2015财年的7000万令吉,倍增至1.4亿令吉。

行家建议
对于印尼子公司的上市计划,我们感到正面,因为该能源子公司能够带来稳定且持续的收入,可缓和建筑和产业业务盈利周期的影响。

我们预测,该公司在2016财年将可获得8亿令吉的新增订单。

为了反映2015财年所取得的实际新增订单(12亿令吉)以及印尼子公司的水力发电厂的盈利贡献,我们把2017财年的盈利预测上修2.5%。
