每股盈利报3.04仙，低于上财年次季的4.91仙。

国云集团次季营业额也下跌32.19%至4325万1000令吉，上财年为6378万7000令吉。

累积首半年，公司净利报452万6000令吉，或每股5.51仙，较上财年的577万4000令吉滑落21.61%至。

要15萬給20萬 國雲集團送育小大禮

（檳城10日訊）浮羅新路頭育華小學董事部，要求在當地發展的國雲集團（PLB）有限公司捐款15萬令吉，后者不只答應，反而多加5萬令吉，共計20萬令吉供該校擴建禮堂基金。

該校董事長陳偉俊說，董事部只要求15萬令吉捐款，但國雲集團主席拿督斯里王籽雲慷慨捐獻20萬令吉，讓董事部驚喜萬分，該集團主席是首個捐獻如此巨額給育華小學的熱心人士。

他說，這筆捐款對學校未來發展有很大幫助，同時也造福區內的莘莘學子。

末季淨利增59% 國雲工程全年獲利1281萬

（吉隆坡28日訊）國雲工程（PLB，7055，主板要建築）截至8月底末季淨利按年增58.8%，至479萬令吉，相比去年同期為302萬令吉，並宣布派發每股10仙股息，對比上財年每股股息5仙。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，同時期營業額從5643萬令吉，按年起15.3%至6506萬令吉。

國雲工程2014財年全年淨利從上財年同期的1255萬令吉，微增2%至1281萬令吉；每股盈利從15.28仙，微增至15.59仙。不過，營業額則按年跌16.5%，從2億2974萬令吉降至1億9173萬令吉，主要受去年脫售發展土地的較高比較基礎影響。

未來，該公司將持續發展在進行中工程，包括98 Nibong住宅和浮羅山背（Balik Pulau）Prestige III最后發展階段。

在國行實施打房措施下，國雲工程謹慎看待房產市場，但仍對公司2015財年前景抱持樂觀看法。【中国报财经】

发展25亿可负担房屋 国云重建大华高原

（吉隆坡24日讯）国云集团（PLB，7055，主板建筑股）计划开始发展数年前购下的130英亩地皮，及重新发展搁置的垄尾大华高原计划，包括进行总值预计达25亿令吉的可负担房屋项目。

该公司购下的130英亩地皮主要是围绕着搁置的垄尾大华高原计划。

《The edge》引述国云集团执行董事王月明报道，将投入1700万令吉重振大华高原计划，该项目位于槟岛垄尾，是一项搁置18年的房屋计划。

她说，集团将会重新发展该项目，这包括兴建7658间可负担房屋，发展总值预计达25亿令吉。

“我们将会复兴大华高原的2A阶段发展，该计划已完成接近70%。

目前，只看到架构而已。其余的都被洗劫一空，包括门、窗口、窗花、电线和电缆。”

搁置18年

王月明指，虽然收购130英亩，包括44英亩地皮将交回给州政府和联邦政府机构，进行基建、公用设施，和兴建长达1.2公里的道路，但是13英亩的地皮已发展成1A阶段。

她补充，集团仍有大约72.8英亩能够重新发展，并指会在明年首季展开重建活动。

王月明表示，重新发展大华高原计划，是国云集团数年前收购地皮所定下的条件。

“我们2011年收购6块地皮时，不知道会发生什么事情；我们的目的是在槟城增加地库；在进行第二项收购时，条件就是要重新发展这项搁置计划。”

王月明说，集团把该项复兴活动视为对人民和槟城的企业社会责任，相信有助解决可负担房屋的问题。

她表示，将会在未来6年兴建可负担房屋，包括2B和3A阶段，目前的架构将会被拆除。

此外，州政府答应减少发展成本，让集团能够达到可负担房屋的需求，成本介于29万2500令吉至39万令吉。【南洋网财经】

国云753万槟城买地

（吉隆坡12日讯）国云集团（PLB，7055，主板建筑股）以753万3980令吉，收购9块位于槟城的土地。

根据文告，独资子公司PLB Cemerlang分别向阿都拉塔立和西蒂艾莎，以704万3932令吉和49万令吉收购上述土地。

国运集团指，这项土地收购是配合集团壮大地库的计划，以作未来发展用途。

该公司也相信，大马房地产市场料会继续增长，而通过收购具策略地点的土地，有助巩固产业发展业务。

不过，目前尚未落实新购土地的发展规划。一旦落实，则会向有关当局申请发展。【南洋网财经】
