大光末季派息3.7仙

（吉隆坡18日讯）受累于汽车电器和填海业务贡献下滑，大光（YOKO，9849，主板工业产品股）在截至2013年12月31日财年末季净利按年挫37.5%，并宣布派发每股3.7仙股息。

大光末季净利从上财年同期的471万1000令吉，下滑37.5%至294万4000令吉，相等于每股盈利3.43仙。

当季营业额按年挫21.5%至4292万1000令吉，上财年同期是5471万2000令吉。

大光也宣布派发3.7仙股息，全年共派出5.58仙。

合计全年，大光净利增长68%至1364万8000令吉，相等于每股盈利15.76仙；营业额则挫5%至1亿8777万1000令吉。【中国报财经】

（吉隆坡13日讯）大光（YOKO，9849，主板工业产品股）由于电池销量减少，导致截至3月杪的首季净利按年挫56%，至143万9000令吉。

根据文告，大光上财年同期净利报327万令吉。

同期营业额则报3793万8000令吉，较上财年同期的4584万8000令吉，挫17.25%。

（吉隆坡29日讯）于周一暂停交易的大光（YOKO，9849，主板工业股）宣布，该公司大股东--HSG投资私人有限公司，与Fordington私人有限公司达成意向协议（HOA），建议以每股1.7令吉或9014万令吉，脱售大光5302万5118股股票或占缴足资本约62.16%股权予Fordington私人有限公司。

该公司文告指出， 配合此项脱售活动， Fordington公司將对大光进行精密审查（duediligence）。

同时， 该公司指出， 委任Mercury证券研究担任Fordington的独立顾问。

董事局將出现变动

值得注意是，大光主席吴瑞兴及首席执行员杨勉同（人名皆译音），是通过新加坡Hup SoonGlobal企业私人有限公司（HSG）持有HSG投资私人有限公司。

有鑑於此，一旦完成此项股票买卖活动，不排除董事局將会出现变动。

Pursuant to Section 11(2) of the Malaysian Code on Take-Overs and Mergers, 2010 (“Code”), we wish to announce that the Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) had today been notified by Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd, on behalf of Fordington, that Fordington had entered into a HOA with our controlling shareholder, HSG, for the acquisition of the entire equity stake of HSG in Yokohama, consisting of the Subject Shares, representing approximately 62.16% of the issued and paid-up share capital in Yokohama (excluding treasury shares) at a cash purchase price of RM1.70 per Subject Share. （吉隆坡12日讯）鉴于献购者已掌控超过50%股权，大光（YOKO，9849，主板工业产品股）的献购案已转为无条件献购（Unconditional）。

大光昨天向马交所报备，董事部将针对献购案开会讨论，选项包括接受献购或另寻其他买家提出替代献购。

该公司也将根据2010年大马并购法令，委任一名独立顾问探讨Fordington公司的献购价是否合理。
