（吉隆坡27日讯）芙蓉机械工程（SEB，5163，主板工业产品股）宣布，以1000万令吉，或每股4.22令吉，脱售Selekta Spektra私人有限公司（简称SELEKTA）的40%。

根据上周的文告，该公司与Grand River Marketing私人有限公司签署股权买卖协议，卖出手中的237万股，相等于40%股权。

芙蓉机械工程料能从中获得128万1200令吉的单次收益，主要用作营运资本。

脱售后，SELEKTA将不再是芙蓉机械工程联号公司。

后者早前是以总值910万令吉，分批购入SELEKTA的股票。

公司表示，SELEKTA的业务主要涉及垃圾填埋、垃圾预处理、回收和报废品交易等，属于非核心业务，且不曾获利，因此决定撤资，专注于核心业务。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡28日讯）芙蓉工程有限公司（SEB，5163，工业产品组）和控股公司前风变压器有限公司（SUCCESS，7207，工业产品组）今日对前风变压器将脱售在芙蓉工程65%股权的报道作出否认。

两家公司回应《The Edge》财经日报今日引述消息的报道时表示，关于前风变压器脱售芙蓉工程持股权的任何企业发展，他们并不知情。

“事实上，尽管芙蓉工程在截至12月31日止2014财政年和2015财年首半年蒙亏，前风变压器向该公司提供了更多财务和管理支援。亏损归因于在2015年4月完成的沙巴氨脲（Sabah Ammonia Urea，SAMUR）项目成本超支。”

“管理层已经采取了各种措施和策略，稳定和改进芙蓉工程的财务状况，同时注重其核心业务，即加工设备制造，尤其是棕油提炼、食品、化学和废物处理工业。”

两造称：“因此，文中所述的任何传言纯属猜测，前风变压器和芙蓉工程董事部并不知道有关前风脱售持股权的企业发展。”

《The Edge》财经日报引述消息指出，国内最大型低压变压器和工业照明灯制造商之一的前风变压器，放眼脱售其持有的芙蓉工程65%股权。

有趣的是，驻森美兰州工艺设备制造商–芙蓉工程昨日因股价涨停板，遭大马交易所发出“不寻常市场交易”质询。该股昨日盘中劲飙30仙或65.2%，写下52周新高76仙，该股周一（10月26日）仅收于46仙。

芙蓉工程的市值由3660万令吉，一日之内大幅扩大至6060万令吉。

不过，截至闭市时，芙蓉工程股价回落11.5仙或15.13%至64.5仙，最低曾报63.5仙，成交量为1189万7700股。

另一方面，前风变压器股价也不断走升，该股在不到三周即飙升81仙或61%。

前风变压器昨日劲扬13仙或6.5%，至历史新高2.14令吉，市值高达2亿4670万令吉。

该股今日早市一度走低到2.08令吉价后，闭市以2.13令吉挂收，微跌1仙至0.47%，共有201万3800股转手。

前风变压器在2006年杪和2008年期间，全购芙蓉工程的100%股权。芙蓉工程随后在2010年上市于大马交易所。

截至2014年12月杪，芙蓉工程2014财年蒙亏575万令吉，2013财年净赚627万令吉。截至今年6月杪，芙蓉工程2015财年上半年的净亏扩大至597万令吉。

芙蓉工程的逊色表现重击前风变压器的业绩表现，前风变压器2014财年的净利走低至2444万令吉，2013财年净赚2893万令吉，跌幅为15.5%。

陈氏家族的私人投资公司–Omega Attraction私人有限公司持有前风变压器的42.39%股权，集团董事经理陈玡傧、其太太Pan Kim Foon和女儿Tan Chung Ling也是大股东。

（吉隆坡27日讯）芙蓉机械工程（Seremban Engineering Bhd）总执行长（CEO）Chuah Cheong Jin以其他商业承诺为由辞职。

年届63的Chuah Cheong Jin，在1978年展开职业生涯，并在钢铁制造领域和金属行业积累了25年经验。

芙蓉机械工程今日向大马交易所报备，在去年7月9日加入公司之前，他是SapuraKencana Petroleum Bhd子公司SapuraKencana Pinewell私人有限公司的项目经理。

2002年，他加入新加坡的Vivendi Water System（亚洲）私人有限公司担任高级经理，负责新加坡特许半导体制造的超纯水和化学系统厂。

之后，他加入Veolia Water System（上海）有限公司为副合约总监，并在2006年成为苏丹Bentini-NF Energy的高级项目经理。2009年，他出任Zelan Arabia Co Ltd的项目总监。

芙蓉机械855万买地

（吉隆坡13日讯）芙蓉机械工程（SEB，5163，主板工业产品股）向持股60%的子公司SEPEN工程，以855万令吉，收购位于万挠的一片土地及一座单层厂房。

该公司向马交所报备，双方在本月4日签署买卖协议，该片土地位于万挠根登再也（Kundang Jaya），属于策略性地点。

该土地被各种设施及著名的城镇包围，同时交通便利，可以通过南北大道从吉隆坡市中心到万挠中转站。

芙蓉机械指出，将利用128万令吉内部资金，以及727万令吉银行贷款，支付这项收购计划。

该公司也说，收购这项资产，能够为公司提供稳定的租金收入来源及资本增值。【e南洋】
