China Dairy Group Limited (“CDG”) is the investment holding company of Xi’an Yinqiao Biological Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (“Yinqiao”) (西安银桥生物科技有限公司) in the People’s Republic of China (“China”).

Based in Xi’an (西安), the capital city of Shaanxi (陝西) province, Yinqiao is the largest dairy manufacturer in northwestern China, with its products distributed to most of the provinces and municipalities in China. Today,Yinqiao is the market leader in Shaanxi province. The Group has two liquid milk manufacturing plants and five milk powder processing plants, strategically located in the provinces of Shaanxi and Xinjiang (新疆).

Over the years, Yinqiao has built a strong branding in its trademarks,“Yinqiao” (银桥) and “Qinyong” (秦俑),which have received numerous awards from provincial and national organisations in China,amongst them the “Branded Product of China” and “China Top Brand”,the highest national recognition given to a China enterprise for brand excellence. Markedly, Yinqiao is the only dairy company in northwestern China to be bestowed with this prestigious award.
