米占马哈迪斥资1800万 购SBI Offshore10.8%

（吉隆坡1日讯）米占马哈迪斥资700万新元（约1800万令吉），透过私下配售方式购入新加坡上市公司SBIOffshore的10.8%或2700万股。
报道指出，有关配股对象为4名投资者，而米占马哈迪是其中之一。

目前，米占马哈迪为菲律宾上市公司Petron的董事。

SBI Offshore表示，米占马哈迪是透过英属维京群岛（英文简称BVI）注册公司CEVenture Offshore，购买以上股权。

根据《星报》报道，米占马哈迪为物流财团（Konsortium Logistik）前任执行主席兼总裁，并在去年中止艺丽控股（AHB，7315，主板贸服股）的大股东身分。

市场认为，他购入SBI Offshore，是他重回企业界大展身手的迹象。

根据SBI Offshore文告指出，整个配售规模高达6200万股，预计筹集1620万新元（约4163万令吉）。

晋第3大股东

由中国公司持有的新加坡注册公司Millennium Marine，也透过私配，购入SBI Offshore2700万股。

在完成以上活动后，米占马哈迪和Millennium Marine，将一同并列成为SBIOffshore第三大股东。

至于其他两个私配对象，分别为新加坡籍且担任Ostara Capital董事的奥斯拉曼达，以及来自大马且身兼SP Asia-Euro Capital董事和Ostara Capital创办人身分的彭顺平（译音）。

两人分别购入400万股，占该公司1.6%股权。

SBI Offshore表示，融资所得将作为扩展业务的营运资本，以及在油气领域的并购用途。
