Cedar StrategicListed on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, Cedar Strategic Holdings Ltd. ("CSH" or the "Group") was incorporated in Singapore on 17 October 1980.

CSH currently owns Yess Le Green Pte. Ltd. ("YLG") and West Themes Pte. Ltd ("WT"), two companies in the real estate industry principally engaged in the business of asset management. YLG and WT specialize in the enhancement of assets, refurbishment and leasing of commercial properties in Singapore. YLG also operates a student hostel on one of its properties. CSH has also completed the purchase of a 25% economic interest in a piece of land in Kaiyang County, Guizhou Province in the People's Republic of China ("PRC").

In line with the Group’s ongoing business transformation, CSH has plans to acquire the Hua Cheng group, a major real estate group based in Guizhou Province, which has a track record of over 20 years in the development of residential and commercial properties. Going forward, the Group will focus on expanding its footprint in the real estate sector in China, Singapore and in the region, striving to maximize Shareholders' value in the longer term.

凯利板上市公司世达控股(Cedar Strategic Holdings)将发售附加股来集资1,470万元。公司拟以每股0.005元发行最多达稍微高于30亿股的新普通股(可撤销非包销附加股)。此外，公司收购了一家国际著名建筑商的子公司，以逐步成为一家区域房地产商。假设所发售的附加股被完全认购，所获净收益预计为1,470万元(已扣除预估成本和相关开支)。公司在这之前刚刚宣布一项价值近10亿元的反向收购交易。发股价比公司于8月16日的0.008元闭市价低了37.5%。在结账当日，每持有两股现有的普通股便可获得一股附加股。

世达控股(Cedar Strategic Holdings)表示，它刚收购不久的子公司贵阳顺和房地产开发(Guiyang Shunhe Real Estate Development Company)已在本月交付了其发展项目中超过7,416平方米面积的的商业单位。该发展称为‘小城故事’，位于中国贵州贵阳市。贵阳顺和将从中录得约3,600万人民币的收入，并料将对世达控股的4Q13业绩带来贡献。贵阳顺和是世达控股于今年10月底收购的凯恩控股(Trechance Holdings)旗下四家公司之一。这四家公司所拥有的产业组合在FY12带来了2,720万人民币的租金收入，并有估计27万平方米的产业正在发展中及/或供日后发展。
