Listed in 2000 on Singapore Stock Exchange and upgraded to the Singapore Exchange Mainboard in 2003
Our business was founded in 1977 as a Mechanical and Electrical Engineering company. We started our wholly owned subsidiary – King Wan Construction Pte Ltd 30 years ago as a one-stop integrated service provider comprising plumbing and sanitary works, electrical engineering, installation of fire protection and alarm systems, air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems, communications and security systems as well as underground pipeline communications systems.


In 1996, through K&W Mobile Loo Services Pte Ltd, we expanded our revenue stream by diversifying our business into the rental and cleaning services of portable chemical lavatories for use at property development showrooms, construction worksites and public events. We are now one of the leading operators in Singapore.

The Group was admitted to the official list of the SGX Sesdaq in Dec 2000.

In 2002, we witness the birth of another subsidiary specializing in the production and sale of environmentally friendly water-based paint in China. In 2003, the Group invested in Cables International Pte Ltd – a leading supplier of electrical cables and an accessories solution provider to the international energy sectors with operations across Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

In Oct 2003, the Group was transferred to the official list of the Mainboard.

Our geographical footprint was enlarged in 2004 as we penetrated into Thailand’s pulp and paper industry by acquiring a stake in Thailand-base Environmental Pulp and Paper Co., Ltd. In the same year, we had also acquired an interest in an ethanol production business - Ekarat Pattana Co., Ltd.

Apart from our ventures in Thailand, we are also involved in the property development business through our associate company Dalian Shicheng Property Development Co., Ltd and associate company - Meadows Bright Development Pte Ltd.

Dalian Shicheng successfully launched the 1st phase of her Singapore Garden project in Dalian, China in 2005. The Singapore Garden project when completed will comprise approximately 3000 unites of high and low rise apartments, terrace houses, commercial buildings, hotels and shop fronts.

Separately, in Sept 2006, Meadows Bright Development launched “The Inspira” in Singapore, located at Robertson Quay. To date, 100% of the 120 apartment units have been sold.

Venturing into the various sectors comprising construction & engineering, service, manufacturing and property development have over the years garnered strength for the Group. We strongly believe that with diversity comes strength.

庆源企业(King Wan Corp，以下简称庆源)于30年前在新加坡涉足电机工程业。它目前声称是屋宇及建筑业的领先机电业者之一。.

公司完成了多个公营及私营的住宅发展项目。

庆源也从事产业发展，并分别在新加坡、中国及泰国拥有多个项目。它所涉足的其他领域包括制造业、服务业及船只拥有及出租。

泰国营运
于2012年4月25日，公司把其在泰国环境浆纸公司(Environment Pulp and Paper Company (EPPCO))及泰国乙醇制造商(Ekarat Pattana (EPC))的股权出售给泰国糖厂(Kaset Thai Industry Sugar (KTIS))，售价约为5,020万新元，其中5%是以现金支付。

当KTIS在泰国股票交易所上市时，余下约4,770万新元将以KTIS的股票偿付。

最近，从泰国传来的消息显示(曼谷邮报在2014年4月4日的一篇报道)，KTIS将会在2014年4月21日至23日上市。这意味着庆源终于可以确认它在2012年出售股权给KTIS的大部分款项。

虽然招股价还未有确定，但侨丰-德意志摩根建富(OSK DMG)的Lee Yue Jer在今天早上(8/4/14) 的一份报告指出：
