Listed on the Singapore Exchange Mainboard, Fabchem is one of the leading manufacturers of initiation systems and the largest boosters and detonating cords producer within a supply regulated industry in China.

We are principally engaged in the production and sales of explosives, comprising explosive devices, initiators and detonators, under both our own brand name and those of third parties. Our products are sold for commercial use. Our products are mainly used in the mining, energy exploration and infrastructure construction industries such as coal mining, hydroelectric construction, oil exploration, road and railway construction and large construction projects such as the Three Gorges Dam.

Our PRC customers are located in various major provinces in the PRC such as Henan, Shanxi, Zhejiang and in major cities such as Beijing and Shanghai and they include mining companies, construction companies, transport companies and local distributors. Our products are also sold in more than 10 countries including China, Australia, South Africa, Mongolia, India, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.

As value-added services, we also provide after-sales services such as providing technical assistance and assistance in detonating activities to our customers. These services are provided as part of the supply of our products to our customers.

The Group sells its products to both domestic and overseas customers.

In the domestic market, its products are distributed mainly through local distributors in major provinces such as Henan, Shanxi and Zhejiang, and in major cities such as Beijing and Shanghai. It also sells directly to end-users such as mining and construction companies.

Australia is currently the Group’s largest overseas market in terms of revenue contribution. For the overseas market, the Group exports its products to customers in more than 10 countries, including the Australia, South Africa, Mongolia, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. Its main customers for overseas market are Orica and Dyno Nobel. Orica and Dyno Nobel are the world’s largest and second largest commercial explosives players. The Group also sells its products to export distributors in China, who in turn export the products to their overseas customers.
